The story line goes like this. Lenard Larry McKelvey known professionally as Charlamagne Tha God was released from prison or juvenile detention for drugs sale and distribution, and began attending night school and eventually got a job as a radio intern.

Charlamagne says that he started as an intern in radio when he was 18 years old at Z93 in Charleston SC.^[2] WWWZ is a commercial radio station in Charleston, SC, owned by Cumulus Media. The station features the Mainstream Urban radio format that plays R&B and Hip-Hop. WWWZ signed on the air May 10, 1974 as a Brothers Broadcasting-owned, low-power, freeform format station. The station broadcast from a mobile home studio off Hwy 61 near Summerville, SC and was referred to as “3WZ”. In 1981, WWWZ switched to its current Urban format as “Z93“. In summer 1999, Z93 added new hosts to “The All-New Breakfuss Club.”^[3]

Charlamagne went on to become second mc (the hit man) to radio host, Wendy Williams. He developed the stage name of Charlemagne, taken from his pseudonym as a drug dealer, “Charles“, and created a new persona (implanted MK ULTRA/MONARCH personality) based on Emperor Charlemagne, who ruled much of western Europe in the late 700s and early 800s, whom he read about at night school. He added “Tha God” because it “sounded cool.”^[4] He is an extremely mixed up character out of some experimental government mind program in South Carolina.

Joint Base Charleston is one of 12 Department of Defense Joint Bases and is host to over 60 Department of Defense and Federal agencies. The Wing delivers installation support to a total force of over 90,000 Airmen, sailors, soldiers, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, civilians, dependents, and retirees across four installations including Charleston Air Force Base and Naval Weapons Station Charleston, the latter of which is located in Goose Creek and Hanahan.^[5]

Soon thereafter his arrest on June 22, 2001, 22 years old, Lenard Larry McKelvey aka Charlamagne Tha God, pled guilty to ‘Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor’ and served 3 years of probation after irresponsibly hosting a party June 8-9, where alcohol was served to minors, Malika E. Joyner, 18 years old, and Jessica Nicole Reid, 15 years old. However, it was far deeper than that.

Ms. Joyner told police at the scene that she had no idea where they were or how they got there. The there was the villa # 30- Short Stay Navy (Joint Base) Recreation Military Family Camp. The recreation area consists of fifty five acres located near McKelvey’s hometown Moncks Corner on Lake Moultrie, South Carolina. It provides a variety of lodging options include: tent sites, not so primitive log cabins, recreational vehicle park and single family and group home away from home units. The family camp is restricted to members of the U.S. Military and Department of Defense.^[13]

Local police responding to a 9-11 call from Reid’s mother- found Jessica Reid crying uncontrollably wailing for help. Police observed that both girls were still reacting substantially under the influence of some substances that they did not clearly identify. According to Ms. Joyner, she drank the cup of “SODA” (Kool-Aid) then that was the last thing she remembered until she woke up with a man trying to kiss her then forced away. She then went to find Jessica. She said that she found Jessica Reed in the room across from where she was- naked and crying stating that she had been raped.^[14]Whatever the young ladies drank that night wasn’t Spanish fly, and it was either alcohol or Kool-Aid. Drugging black females with Spanish fly or whatever, he says that he is freaky like that and that’s the way he rolls.

It is alleged that it was McKelvey that picked them up, and gave them the cups of Kool-Aid. Summerville Medical Center corroborated that the juvenile Jessica Reid had been sexually assaulted. Police also found a hole in the wall of the bedroom she had been raped and sexually assaulted in. Police noted the victim had caused the hole assuming under the influence of a substance in a fit of rage she violently trussed one of her members, limbs or head into the wall.

On or about June 22, 2001, Lenard Larry McKelvey was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 2nd degree Code: 16-3-655. Reid’s mother, Joslyn, admits she told her teenage daughter to stop cooperating with the prosecution saying she wanted to “protect her daughter from suffering.” Reid says her lack of cooperation meant attorneys couldn’t convict McKelvey on the charge he was arrested for, criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Instead, he pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, for which the then-22-year-old McKelvey received three years probation.

In 2015, Lenard Larry McKelvey known professionally as Charlamagne Tha God suggested that he had a license to clandestinely MK ULTRA/MONARCH Acid Test and rape an innocent incapacitated black juvenile female minor. He (the Merry Prankster) snickered about it, above.

On the evening of February 12, 1966, the infamous Stanford Research Institute (SRI) CIA Merry Pranksters rode into the Black Community in Watts and clandestinely poisoned the people with LSD and most likely other MK ULTRA experimental hallucinogenic drugs and rode out of town. They also snickered about leaving a young black female out of her mind wailing all night to a symphony of “I Don’t Care.” Nobody is sure that her wailing didn’t stop. It had been rented by military ID- Derrik Major of a unknown branch reserve. The U.S. Naval Weapons Station Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) teamed up with local police to investigate the crimes at villa #30, because crimes took place on federal grounds. Naval Support Activity Charleston, originally designated Naval Weapons Station Charleston, is the base of the U.S. Navy in the cities of Goose Creek and Hanahan, South Carolina. The base encompasses more than 17,000 acres of land with 10,000 acres of forest and wetlands, 16-plus miles of waterfront, four deep-water piers, 38.2 miles of railroad and 292 miles (470 km) of road. The current workforce (military/civil service/contractor) numbers more than 11,000 with an additional 3,600 people in on-base family housing. Under the 2005 Base Realignment and closure Commission Recommendations, the Air Force is to jointly manage Naval Weapons Station Charleston as Joint Base Charleston.^[15]

On the police report, Derrick Major of the U.S. Navy or U.S. Department of Defense is formally written up as a suspect in Ms. Reid’s forcible rape. Yet, other than name there is no other information on Derrick Major, serial, rank- nothing. It appears that Derrick Major entirely disappeared from the case. It means that the U.S. Navy protected and shielded Derrick Major from criminal investigation and prosecution. Or, Derrick Major don’t exist! The case was filed away for 16 years.

WWWZ (Z93 Jamz)/Charleston, SC is owned by Cumulus (borrowed from Latin cumulus. Doublet or comble) Broadcasting. Lewis Dickey, Jr. centered in Atlanta, GA, who in 1997 was a co-founder of Cumulus Broadcasting, which is now the second-largest radio company in the country. The company that Dickey founded in 1997 now owns and operates more than 450 stations in 89 U.S. markets as well as a radio network serving more than 10,000 stations nationwide.^[17]

Lewis Dickey is a (Jesuit) Catholic of Austrian descent that attended St. John’s Jesuit in Toledo, OH. But an injury sidelined him during his time at Stanford and the downtime just opened his eyes to other things on campus or off, allegedly. Dickey returned to Toledo, an amateur sociologist, he says. “I was always interested in consumer behavior” that translated controlling mass populations by providing radio stations with better information about their listeners. Dickey’s father owned and ran a number of radio stations under Midwestern Broadcasting Co. that had been the nucleus of Cumulus.^[18]

In 1986, the 24-year-old Dickey, Jr. founded Stratford Research, which provided music and program research to radio stations throughout the Midwest. (Stratford now functions as the research division for Cumulus.) The Stratford Way is calibrated scientifically for rigid stratification of formats that took hold in the late 1980s, forcing listeners into classic rock or urban contemporary ghettos where the playlists don’t vary — and where you will never hear a song that hasn’t been tested by hours of research. “More of what you want [they want to implant], more often, and less of what you don’t want [they don’t want you to have] is how Dickey describes his broadcast model. For 30 years, (Alfred) Lutter Consulting has provided enterprise software development services to US companies in a wide variety of industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500.

Lutter Consulting manage global teams of senior software engineers to help companies use technology to achieve a strategic advantage by lowering costs, increasing sales, or retaining clients by harnessing the best of new web technologies. Lutter Consulting are experts in migrating legacy software, replacing outdated systems with up-to-date solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. Their clients have included Unocal, AT&T, United Defense, E*Trade, CSC, Cumulus Media, Lynda.com and Epic Management.^[20]

United Defense Industries (UDI) was a major U.S. defense contractor which is now part of BAE Systems Land and Armaments. This company produced combat vehicles, artillery, naval guns, missile launchers and precision munitions. In 1997, UDI was subject to a takeover bids by rival General Dynamics and Carlyle Group. It chose the (lowest) bid from private equity firm The Carlyle Group.^[21]

Ritual Strangulation is one of the arts of the Dark Fallen Angels. Philo of Alexandria (20 BC – 50 CE), also called Philo Judaeus, was a Hellenistic Jewish philosopher who lived in Alexandria, in the Roman province of Egypt observed that strangulation does not allow the blood- which embodies the essence of the soul to run out freely that may be considered to be taboo. Lucifer, demons and gods want souls.

In the Cairo Calendar, a papyrus document dating between 1163 and 1271 B.C, scientists identified Algol, “the Demon Star” which lies approximately 93 light-years away in the constellation Perseus as one of the Eyes of Medusa’s head. Its name comes from the Arabic phrase, ra’s al-ghul, which means “the demon’s head.” In Greek mythology, Perseus is the legendary founder of Mycenae. Alongside Cadmus and Bellerophon, was the greatest Greek hero and slayer of monsters before the days of Heracles.

In the Perseus Project (1899), Gaius Sallustius Crispus, (Sallust, 86 – c. 35 BC), a Roman historian, politician, and novus homo from an Italian plebeian family said this about the about The Conspiracy of Catiline in 63 BC,

“There is a place in the prison, which is called the Tullian dungeon (a subterranean chapel partially made of oak, beneath a small church erected over it), and which, after a slight ascent to the left, is sunk about twelve feet under ground. The “certain men” (Latin, vindices rerum capitalium) can be literally be interpreted as “the revengers of the capital matters” or “capital revengers” that specialize in state or empire secret ritual strangulation. The subterranean chapel match the description of the secret sacred rites of the Temples of Sun God Mithras. The temples were called mithraea (singular mithraeum).

Mithras and Perseus wore the so-called Phrygian cap, which was only worn in the olden times by either Persians or someone “oriental”, and, like Perseus, Mithras looks away from their victims.

Perseus was believed to be from the underground chamber and Mithras was born from the rock, both from underground caverns. They are also comparable because of the weapons they use—harpe and dagger, both with curved blades— used by Perseus and Mithras respectively.

Religious and state “capital revengers” and “sacrificants” that specialize in secret ritual strangulation are far from long loss and forgotten history. Known as the “soldiers of Christ” after the military bearing of their founder, Ignatius Loyola, there are over 12,000 Jesuit priests, and the society is one of the largest groups in the Roman Catholic church. The quotes from the Jesuit Oath were entered into the Congressional Record, 62nd Congress, 3rd Session; House Bill 1523, Library of Congress, Catalog Card Number, 66-43354, Volume 49, part 4, pages 3215-16.

Consecration is the solemn dedication to a special purpose or service, usually religious. Consecrat is a word comes from Latin, which means dedicated, devoted, and sacred. Persons and Souls can be consecrated to SATAN.

STEPHEN BLAKE CRAWFORD, STANFORD, HUMAN SACRIFICE & ALEISTER CROWLEY

Many including himself have been waiting a long time for a break in the infamous Satanic Black Mass Ritual Murder sacrifice of Arlis Perry in October 1974 at Roman Catholic Stanford University Memorial Church. According to the San Francisco Gate, DNA testing provided investigators with new leads in the unsolved murder that led to 72 year old, Stephen Blake Crawford of San Jose, CA.

Crawford, a U.S. Air Force veteran, was born in Los Angeles. He began work for the Stanford Department of Public Safety in 1971 as a police officer and had carried a gun. He had master keys to most of the building on campus. He left Stanford sometime in 1976. And, they aren’t talking about what he did after leaving Stanford University. Early in the investigation of Perry’s murder, law enforcement allowed Crawford to walk without taking a lie detector test that most of the Perry murder suspects took. In the interest of National Security?

The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office deputies said they arrived at a San Jose apartment around 9 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 to serve a warrant to Crawford. After deputies announced themselves at the front door, they heard a gunshot. When they entered the apartment Crawford was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.^[1]Crawford took part in the heinous Satanic ritual sacrifice of Arlis Perry that I believe was part of the CIA MK ULTRA Occult Bureau. It is possible that he had been implanted with a termination or self destruction alter personality.

And, it seems as though the Sheriff’s Office is overly anxious to close the books on the Perry murder case without talking about the man’s background in or his tie ins to satanism. They won’t even talk about the motive for killing Perry, because they would have to discuss Black Mass human sacrifices, and Satanic desecration of the Catholic Church.

Whomever killed Arlis Perry were fervent SATANISTS and Crowleyians. Crawford wasn’t alone that midnight hour. From the DNA evidence, it appears that Crawford was getting off on the kneeling pillow, while someone else, a sacrificant, ritually strangled Perry. The person that killed Perry was a Satanic High Priest ritual STRANGLER and CIA Assassin. Many thought that anyone linking Perry’s murder to a satanic cult was crazy. Well, it appears that Crawford didn’t share that opinion during his life.

ARLIS PERRY, NORTH DAKOTA & THE PROCESS CHURCH

The Process Church

After graduating from Bismarck High School, Arlis’s husband Bruce Perry moved across the country to attend Stanford University pursuing a career as a doctor. Arlis still had a year left in high school and it has been reported that during this time, while Bruce was away, Arlis, a fervent Christian, spent her time spreading the Gospel and proselytizing to non-believers. One of the groups that Arlis allegedly approached and knew a lot about in Bismarck and attempted to convert was the Process Church. The full name of the group is the Process Church of the Final Judgment.

Established in London in 1966 by Mary Ann Maclean and Robert de Grimston Moore, two former Scientologists who were expelled from the church.

During questioning, Charles Manson was asked if he knew Process co-founder Robert De Grimston Moore, to which Manson responded “You’re looking at him. Moore and I are one and the same.”^[2]

Robert DeGrimston has published three books on the subject of war, Jehovah on War, Lucifer on War and Satan on War, alleging that the words are from the three gods themselves as operating through the mouth of DeGrimston. The Process Church is linked to Nazi Occultism, Satanism, Son of Sam, and Charles Manson and Family. The Process Church of the Final Judgment is an English occult society dedicated to observing and aiding the end of the world by stirring up murder, violence and chaos (Helter Skelter), and dedicated to the proposition that they, the Process (The Enlightened Ones), shall survive the gore as the chosen people.

Grimston’s wife, Mary Anne DeGrimston assumed various names such as Hecate and the Oracle and possibly Circe. Both Robert and Mary Anne are devout reincarnationist. According to one account, Mary Anne believes she is the reincarnation (agent) of Dr. Paul Josef Goebbels.^[3]

Aleister Crowley was born October 12, 1975. Perry was murdered around midnight on the 12th of October. Perry’s body had been spread across the central altar of the church, but that the authorities had her body moved to another location in order to maintain the sanctity of the church. Found on her back, naked from the waist down with her legs spread wide apart, her pants were carefully placed over her legs to form oppositional, triangular shapes.^[4]

In Amalantrah Working (1918) Crowley reached the conclusion that the name should be spelled BAFOMIThR, signifying “Father Mithras.” Crowleyan invocations and sexual magick involve ancient Mithraic and Bacchanalian rites, Goetia, and Gnosticism.

The Grimorium Verum (Latin for True Grimoire or The Grimoire of Truth) is an 18th-century grimoire attributed to one “Alibeck the Egyptian” of Memphis, who purportedly wrote in 1517. Like many grimoires, it claims a tradition originating with King Solomon.

August 10, 1969, six of the Manson Family led by Tex Watson entered the La Bianca residence, tied up both Rosemary and Leno, placed pillow cases over their heads, and strangled them with lamp cords. But, they weren’t experienced stranglers.

Rosemary and Leno La Bianca were then stabbed repeatedly until they eventually had passed. Most of the Manson Family serial murders of white families were remarkably blamed on a satanic sect of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense. I was well away and distance from the Panthers when they welcomed the ILLUMINATI into the black movement, and began to move into the isolated Santa Cruz Mountains for clandestine CIA MK ULTRA Revolutionary arms and explosives training with Dr. Gregory Bateson and SRI stationed at Santa Cruz University.

In 1969, Bobby Seale converted to a secret sect of Humanism Ministry most likely attached to the Fellowship of Humanity (Humanist Hall) in Oakland. It is the first and oldest affiliate of the American Humanist Association. Humanist philosophies are all focused on humans. Human beings—not God—are at the center of all this thinking. Within secular humanism, and even religious humanism to a lesser degree, anything dealing with the supernatural (including God, the Bible, angels, demons) isn’t considered. While modern humanists point to Prometheus in Greek mythology as a hero in defiance of Zeus, the real origin of humans defying God and thinking for themselves goes back to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Satan presented the underlying philosophy of self-determination to Eve as higher-level thinking—something positive and good for her to do. Satan invited Eve to cast away God’s rules and to think for herself. Based upon Satan’s sales pitch for humanism, Eve was deceived (Timothy 2:14). She ate of the forbidden fruit and gave it to Adam, who did the same. Bobby began to sell a slick version of Satanism/Humanism among brothers and sisters in the black community, Man is God, the Son of Man Temple.

In April 1971, BPP Captain Fred Bennett was ritually sacrificed. His body was mutilated, dismembered and burned at a secret so called revolutionary bomb training hideout in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The secret bomb and revolutionary training sites in the mountains were overseen by a clandestine untouchable special group of mulatto Humanist CIA agent provocateurs and assassins operating out of the Humanist Hall on 27th Street in Oakland.

Early on October 13, 1974, a security guard (Stephen Blake Crawford) was making his usual rounds at Stanford Memorial Church when he made a shocking discovery: Inside the church, lay the corpse of a young woman on the altar. They said that her body was found on the side of the altar.

However, Satanists don’t roll like that. Perry’s body was spread across the top of the altar. 19 year old Arlis Perry of Bismarck, North Dakota had an ice pick shoved through the back of her left ear, and it appeared she had been strangled. The ice pick is a silent killer that causes lethal internal bleeding at the site. The young woman was naked from the waist down, and the killer(s) had inserted a 3-foot long candle into her vagina.

A second altar candle was placed under her bra between her breasts. Despite the candles being used as devices for sexual assault, there was no evidence that Arlis had been defiled any other way. There were no signs of rape, although a kneeling pillow found next to the body did have traces of semen on it.^[5]

The Perry ritual killing was a secret Black Mass Satanic Ritual Sacrifice serviced by at least two (2) or more satanists. Today, we know that Stephen Blake Crawford had been one of them. The two witnesses who exited the church shortly after Arlis arrived described a man entering the church as being approximately five foot ten inches tall, and of medium build and with sandy hair. Interestingly, this description fits that of the unknown man who visited argued with Arlis at her job the day before her murder.^[6]

In the late 1980s, the truth community was blown away when the iconic classic Maury Terry “The Ultimate Evil: Mind Control, Satanism, & the U.S. National Security Establishment” (1987) fully documented Perry’s ritual murder links to the Charles Manson Family, Son of Sam, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, and the Process Church of England.

The Minot Air Force Base is located in Ward County, North Dakota. It is home to Aerospace Defense Command, Strategic Air Command (SAC), Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC).^[7] There is evidence of air force base’s ties to clandestine mind-control programs. Minot is an area that has highly secretive satanic cults operating in it that have been directly tied to the Son of Sam coven.

In June 1971, Jewish Charles Richard Berkowitz joined the U.S. Army. In December, he was shipped to South Korea as an Army Specialist E4 where he is stationed for 10 months.
During his years of service, he used marijuana, mescaline, amphetamines, and LSD. The Late John Judge along with Mae Brussell maintained that the type of “acid” the Manson Family used was a special military version, unlike the stuff found on the streets, and though it was called “acid” was actually different from LSD-25. It is believed that the MK-ULTRA version of “acid” was a psilocybin derivative called EA1729 that was used at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, home to Himmler’s SS Rocket Team, as part of MK-ULTRA experiments. Reportedly, this is the same “acid” that a buddy of David Berkowitz’s named Terry Patterson – who served with him in Korea – claimed Berkowitz was given by the “brass” while he served in the Army. Berkowitz was placed in a special program for “profiled” candidates, after he asked for conscientious objector status. Mae Brussell was convinced that Berkowitz was another in a long list of MK-ULTRA patsies, and hilariously referred to him as “Son of Uncle Sam”.

At Least 4 (Four) Son of Sam Assassins

The Son of Sam and the .44 Caliber killings and assaults, began in New York City during the summer of 1976. The crimes were perpetrated with a .44 Bulldog revolver. Six people were murdered and nine wounded by July 1977. Charles Richard Berkowitz (MK ULTRA LSD Mind Control Occult Bureau Satanist) was arrested and charged with all the crimes. However, the Son of Sam murders and assaults were carried out by a clandestine Satanic Coven linked to Minot.

Terry was also able to connect the 1978 death of John Carr (F-106 Maintenance) at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. Carr, who was shot in the head (suicided) at the home of his girlfriend on base, was initially listed as a suicide, but it turned out, John’s father, Sam Carr of Yonkers, was the inspiration for the term “Son of Sam.” Sam had another son named Michael also linked to the Process and the Son of Sam assault team. When the investigation of John’s murder got close to Michael, he also came up dead.^[8]

Berkowitz told Terry the group likely killed John Carr, a user of illicit drugs and diagnosed schizophrenic, because of his bizarre behavior and the fact he was untrustworthy. Berkowitz also fingered Carr as one of the Son of Sam shooters.

Terry traveled to Minot, N.D., where he interviewed Lieutenant Terry Gardner of the Ward County Sheriff’s Department, who had received a book from Berkowitz during the time he was investigating Carr’s death. The book was the Anatomy of Witchcraft by Peter Haining and on page 114, Berkowitz (or someone) had underlined the following passage: “The shade of Aleister Crowley looms large in the area, but his excesses pale into insignificance compared to today’s devil worshipers.”

In the margins, he had written: “Arliss [sic] Perry. Hunted, stalked and slain. Followed to California,” and scribbled at the top of the page was: “Stanford Univ.” (Berkowitz later admitted the chilling notations were his.) Peter Haining became one of Britain’s leading authorities on horror, and particularly on early Gothic and the classic English ghost story.^[9]

Many scoffed at Terry’s claims and his response was: “Why would he [Berkowitz] make it up? He had no motive, no reason. He’s confessed to three murders, he’s not getting out.”^[10]Berkowitz linked Perry’s ritual murder at Stanford directly to an assassin from Los Angeles called Manson II that was connected to the Charles Manson Family. Terry did not reveal the identity of Manson II, but stated that he had moved in the circles of both Charlie Manson and Mama Cass Elliot. It is likely that there were more than one Manson II High Priest Satanic Stranglers.

The late great Mae Brussell believed that she had been directly stalked by a figure connected to Manson II. In 1975, she met him face to face in her home. Mae met him thru an alleged truther researcher called Julie Mc____. She dropped him off at Mae’s home in Carmel-By-the-Sea. A couple of years later, Julie called Mae to apologize for bringing the man to her home. Julie said that she had been enticed to bring him to her house. As a reward, she worked with CIA figures, E. Howard Hunt and U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel William Buckley of the CIA.^[11]

Lt. Col. Buckley was employed by the CIA from 1955 to 1957 and again from 1965 until his death in 1985. He served in many varied assignments all over the world. He was taken hostage from his last assignment in Beirut; Lebanon where he was the Political Officer/ Station Chief at the U.S. Embassy. Colonel Buckley died after 15 months in captivity of illness and torture.^[12]

E. Howard Hunt was the country’s most dangerous and notorious CIA spooks linked to the assassination of JFK, who later served time for his role as one of the plumbers in the bungled burglary that later toppled Richard Nixon.^[13]Julie also told Mae that the CIA planned to build a house across the street from her to serve as high tech surveillance center to monitor her and the truth community. The house was built. And, the day that Mae died the house across the street mysteriously burned down.

Julie told Mae that the man she left at her house the was the assassin that did the killing (ritual strangling) at Stanford of the Perloff (Perlov) girl. He was a shadow government”capital revenger” and a CIA “sacriicant” strangler.

On Feb. 16, 1973, deputies found the body of Leslie Marie Perlov in the foothills behind the Stanford campus . Perlov, age 21, had been strangled to death three days earlier. Her scarf “wrapped tightly around her throat.” The case remains unsolved to this day. The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate it as a cold case.^[14]

Police Say Perlov Not Sexually Assaulted Leslie Marie Perlov, the Palo Alto law clerk whose strangled body was discovered last Friday in the foothills behind the campus, was apparently not sexually assaulted as was previously believed. Capt. Frank Mosunic said that “indications are that she was not sexually assaulted” before she was murdered. Her skirt had been pulled up around her waist, and her pantyhose had been stuffed into her mouth.^[15]

September 11, 1973, Santa Clara County sheriff’s detectives and officers of the Stanford Department of Public Safety (Stephen Blake Crawford) remain baffled by the brutal murder of a physics student. Early on the morning of Sept. 11, a jogger found the body of David Sidney Levine, a senior in physics from Ithaca, N.Y., on a walkway just east of the Meyer Library. About 1 am in the morning, Levine’s assailants stabbed him 15 times in the back and side with long knives.

It is believed that Levine may have been an early victim of the “Death Angels” Satanic Cult, a prison mind control group responsible for the so-called Zebra race killings. San Francisco Mayor Joseph Alioto, announcing the arrest of seven men in connection with the killings, said Levine’s murder was one of 73 (seventy-three) “murderous assaults” in the state that might be laid to the reputed black separatist sect. Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Lead Detective Capt. Frank Mosunic told the Daily yesterday that “what we have would coincide with what San Francisco has released to the media.” Mosunic said that there is a “very strong possibility that two blacks were involved in the (Levine) murder,” and that “we wil1 be in touch with San Francisco tonight, and some people from Alameda.”^[16]

Jessie Lee Cooks & Anthony Harris

The satanic “two blacks” suspected of killing Levine with long knives were former state mental patients/convicts Anthony Cornelius Harris and multiple personality disordered Jessie Lee Cooks, both connected to clandestine California prison CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH Black Manchurian Candidate mind control programs.

The October 20, 1973 machete (long knives) murder of Quita Hague, and mutilation of Richard Hague in San Francisco was the work of Black Manchurian Candidates Cooks, and Anthony Harris. Cooks was identified by Hague as an assailant. Hague could not identify the other assailants, but it was Cooks that abducted them. Hague said that he was hit in head with an object by Cooks, and knocked unconscious.

On October 30, 1973, at approximately 9:05 p.m., Frances Rose, 28, was shot and killed with a .22 automatic pistol at 55 Laguna Street. A witness described the assailant as a muscular Black man, 25, 5’ 10”, wearing a navy-blue watch cap, an olive-green jacket, and gloves. A few minutes later within blocks of the scene of the shooting, police stopped Jessie Lee Cooks. Cooks was perspiring profusely like Manchurian Candidate Sirhan Sirhan after the Assassination of RFK.^[17]

Cooks had been through the various federal CIA CHAOS “spook” prison secret behavior modification and conditioning systems and assessments at Terre Haute, Marion, McNeil Island (Charles Manson), and Terminal Island (Charles Manson). Cooks was a perfect Manchurian Candidate for the Big Show (Death Angels/Zebra Murders- Strategy of Tension).

For the Big Show, Cooks was turned over to a white Russian emigrant, Dr. David G. Schmidt of Stanford University Medical Center at Neumiller Hospital, San Quentin Prison. Prison Chief Psychiatrist Dr. Schmidt was a colleague of CIA-MK ULTRA/MONARCH psychiatrist and Station Chief at Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility, Dr. James Alexander Hamilton.

During the 1950s, Dr. Schmidt reportedly collaborated in secret CIA-MK ULTRA LSD experiments using state prisoners in the psychiatric wards as guinea pigs. Dr. Schmidt allegedly invented a secret mind control (psychotronic) machine called, Magnetic Integrated Neuron Duplicator (MIND). This is just a fancy phrase that means EEG cloning. TAMI stands for “Thought Amplifier and MIND Interface”.^[18]

Anthony Cornelius Harris turned state witness and walked away from murder charges and disappeared even though he was directly linked to killing 10 out of 14 whites during the Zebra Killings operation. Anthony Harris had an extensive psychiatric history and institutional background. In 1959, when he was 14 years old, Anthony’s mother placed him in a state mental hospital, Pacific State Hospital, because he was fighting with his brothers and sisters. He was in the hospital about a year before he escaped from Patton State Hospital where he had most likely undergone mind control experiments to kill consistent with the objectives of the CIA’s notorious zombie assassin program, MK-ULTRA/MONARCH.

George Tarjan & Linus Pauling

The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) had a special research project/branch at Pacific, Socio-Behavior Study for Mental Retardation. The NIMH project was headed by Dr. George Tarjan and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Linus Pauling, an international renowned chemical/nuclear scientist. Dr. Tarjan was a Professor of Psychiatry of the Neuropsychiatric Institute, UCLA, Past President of the American Psychiatric Association, and American Academy of Child Psychiatry.

Dr. Jolly West

The UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute was home to the notorious CIA/MK- ULTRA “Maestro of Mind Control”, Dr. Louis Jolyon West. The CIA funded secret MK ULTRA programs at state mental hospitals thru NIMH. It was a conduit for CIA funded clandestine mind control programs.^[19]

Anthony Harris, number B-35599, was also a mind control subject of Stanford University’s Dr. David G. Schmidt and the MIND machine at San Quentin.^[20] However, I don’t believe that there was any evidence that really linked Harris and Cooks to the killing of Levine. Mayor Joseph Alioto inside information about the “Death Angels” came out of Anthony Harris and his control group. Nevertheless, the Levine case remains unsolved.

Dr. Schmidt’s San Quentin Mind Control Boys infiltrated the well respected Nation of Islam mosques in Oakland and San Francisco to use as bases of operation. Dr. Hamilton’s Vacaville Prison Mind Control Boys moved into a halfway house called “Alternative House” in Oakland to run what one told me was a “Black Mafia”. Dr. Hamilton’s group ran a drug distribution and enforcement network connected to the Mr. Steve NY Gambino Syndicate drug network in Oakland.

I had a tense face off with one of Dr. Hamilton’s well publicly financed boys in a Oakland community meeting, and I didn’t know it. I told him and his small group of brothers the foolishness that they had proposed to do in the black community in the name of the black community wasn’t going to happen, period. It was Cecil Moody, the former president of Dr. Hamilton and Colston Westbrook’s (BCA), a CIA medical cohort mind control group, at Vacaville Prison.

In fact, Cecil Moody and Donald Defreeze (SLA- Cinque) competed for the presidency of the BCA. I didn’t recognize his name because he had changed it around. Of course, my name was thereafter scratched off the city and county community contact list.

Dr. Gregory Bateson also ran a clandestine Stanford Research Institute (SRI) experimental Black Manchurian Candidate program out of the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. Bateson and SRI’s group centered around a false Muslim sect called, Al Constran.^[21] They were also a cell of drug runners and the Zebra Operation long knives “Death Angels.” ^[22]

Jessie Lee Cooks had been in police custody since October 1973, they could have stopped the infamous Zebra Killings before it ran amok from October 1973 to April 1974. There were at least 15 murders and 8 attempted murders, entirely against white victims. However, some authorities believe there may have been as many as 73 (seventy-three), or more, victims killed in California.^[23]

On March 24, 1974, Janet Ann Taylor, 21, was strangled to death after leaving the Stanford University campus. Taylor, daughter of former Stanford University Athletic Director Charles A. (Chuck) Taylor, was apparently hitchhiking back to her La Honda home after visiting friends on the campus Sunday night. Her body was found the next morning three miles from the Stanford campus, in a roadside ditch on Sand Hill Rd. Like Perlov, Taylor was strangled (although by hand instead of with a scarf) but not sexually molested. The strangling pressure crushed bones in her throat. Investigators at the time speculated about a possible link between the cases.“Both were barefoot when their bodies were found, and both had been wearing raincoats,” The Daily reported. “Both women had been carrying purses, which were not found with the bodies.”^[24]

In July 1976, adhesive tape was the weapon of choice in the murder of 25-year-old Edward McNeill, a postdoctoral researcher in chemistry. In the fifth unsolved murder of a Stanford University community member in three years, McNeill was bound with adhesive tape and strangled in his Menlo Park apartment. His landlady and a friend found McNeill on July 20, and coroners declared that he had been dead for approximately two days.^[25]

The CIA “capital avenger” that stalked Mae Brussell in Carmel-By-the Sea linked to Stanford’s ritual strangulation murders does not appear to have been a man generally believed to be the Manson II serial assassin, William Molony “Bill” Mentzer, or Stephen Blake Crawford that was working at Stanford in 1975.

William Mentzer is serving life without the possibility of parole in a California prison. In 1991, he was convicted of the 1983 murder of Roy A. Radin. Allegedly, Mentzer aka Manson II was an associate of Charles Manson, but he hasn’t been convicted of any crime connected with Manson Family. He also allegedly associated with the Son of Sam satanic coven. They also allege that he may possibly be the Zodiac Killer. One thing is certain is that he was a low ranking hit man with ties to U.S. intelligence and the shadow government. He wasn’t very smart and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. In 1983, he had been hired by drug dealer Karen DeLayne Greenberger along with Alex Lomota Marti and Robert Ulmer Lowe to kidnap and murder Roy Radin, because Radin had cut her out of a Hollywood movie deal and had been involved in the theft of cocaine and money from her house.

Alex Marti was a neo-Nazi Argentine national that had been part of the Argentine Death Squad that “admired the Nazi method of execution: a single gunshot to the back of the head.” (Sinister Forces Book III, Peter Levenda, pg. 218) The men appear to have first encountered one another while working as bodyguards for famed pornographer publisher, Larry Flynt, the founder of Hustler. In 1983, Flynt worked closely with Mae on the inside to produce the Rebel magazine. If Mentzer had been her mysterious CIA house guest in 1975, Mae certainly would set off an immediate alarm. She didn’t miss much.

CONCLUSION

Detectives combing the apartment found a box in Crawford’s closet containing important personal papers such as financial records. They also found the jacket to Terry’s “The Ultimate Evil.” Sheriff spokesman Sgt. Reggie Cooks said the book jacket was found in a folder with other papers.

Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith

Sheriff Laurie Smith said that investigators did not think Crawford was connected to any other unsolved homicides at Stanford or the local area. But, she appeared to leave the possibility open.

“During this time there were a lot of serial killers in this area,” she said. Wow! She said, “We have a chart of unsolved homicides and we’re looking at when he was living in this area,” she said, noting that detectives are looking at whether there is a correlation between Crawford’s presence in the local area and whether homicides stopped when he wasn’t living here. Maybe, Smith should at least pick up Terry’s book and read it.^[26]

Before I left for Los Angeles in 1972 or 1973, some of our then radical brothers had been admitted to Stanford University. On several occasions, I accompanied brothers, riding shotgun, on sundown rides into the Farm. During the day, it was on a liberal college atmosphere. But when the sun went down, Stanford was like something out of Alabama. Black students said that reported racial incidents, but Stephen Blake Crawford and the Stanford Department of Public Safety never showed up.

We had to roll right up in some of Stanford’s dorms to straighten out racial matters and racial harassment of black students. At the time, I didn’t know anything about the Arlis Perry Murder or the other killings on the Farm, but there was something about the place that always bothered and scared me when the sun went down. We rolled in Stanford, handled our business and rode out.

Nevertheless, I hate to rain on anyone’s parade that believe that the Arlis Perry Satanic Murder Case has been closed. A standard plain run of the mill Stanford security guard without anything more as of this minute, Crawford had no motive to kill Perry. Law enforcement won’t even deal with the issue of whether or not Crawford was a Crowleyan Satanist at the very least. The sheriff’s department has also been quick to say that Crawford had nothing to do with Stanford’s other three 1970s unsolved strangulation murders, Leslie Marie Perlov, Janet Ann Taylor, and Edward McNeill. Arlis was ritually strangled and snuffed out by a bloodless ice pick stab behind the left ear by a Satanist and experienced assassin.

I was at a large public jazz concert in Antioch, CA when I was suddenly tapped on the back by an Oakland Black Angel Assassin that I knew. She whispered, see there- “I can kill you anytime I get ready.” I told her that I am not running from anybody, then I thought about the silent pick ice plunged in my brain from behind- instant death without blood. I am still not running from anyone even her- ice pick, poisoning, gunshot or whatsoever.

The bottom line is Arlis Perry’s serial satanic sacrificant is still out there. Stephen Blake Crawford had lived with the knowledge of the identity of the CIA’s Occult Bureau sacrificant for 44 years. He had many tales to tell, but now he is dead, and dead men tell no tales. I quite certain that he was implanted with a MK ULTRA termination or self destruct alter that took his life when threatened with detection, arrest and public exposure. Because, that is the way they roll in these extremely highly controversial explosive murder cases.

Mae Brussell pointed out, for a number of years, her thesis which has endured that all or most of the mass serial killers were/are, in fact, forms of agent provocateurs. Basically, according to Mae’s thesis is that it is the application of the “strategy of tension“. The CIA unleash all of these horrendous cold blood killers that have the effect of driving the political spectrum to the “right“. People want and demand “law and order“. They want stronger laws, more cops, more jails, lengthy sentences, quicker capital punishment. And in general, it predisposes the masses to accepting brutal police state conditions. “What we need is ‘law and order.” “We need a Fuehrer like figure (Donald J. Drumpf) in America.” ^[27]

In 2015, XXXTentacion started dating a woman who would later accuse him of holding her captive and abusing her in his apartment. According to her testimony, between May and October of 2016, XXXTentacion repeatedly beat her and strangled her, once held a knife to her throat, and after learning she was pregnant, beat her so severely she couldn’t recognize herself in the mirror.

It was after that incident, on October 6, 2016, that XXXTentacion allegedly held a woman captive in his apartment, confiscating her phone and refusing to let her go to a hospital until her face healed. Two days later, while XXX was playing Minecraft and using Skype, she escaped by crouching behind an open refrigerator door where she wouldn’t be seen and sneaking out a side door of the apartment. X was arrested October 8 in Miami-Dade County and charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering. He pleaded not guilty, but was detained for violating a house arrest agreement related to a 2015 home invasion, robbery, and aggravated battery case.

John William Warde was a twenty-six-year-old that committed suicide on Tuesday, July 26, 1938. He leaped from a window ledge of the seventeenth floor of the Gotham Hotel at 5th Avenue and 55th Street. In 1951, Fox adapted the scene into the HollyWeird feature film Fourteen Hours, with Richard Basehart as the man on the ledge. Built in 2010, the new Gotham Hotel on 46th Street doesn’t appear to have any windows that open for people to jump out of.

Like Bealtaine, Samhain was seen as a liminal time, when the boundary between this world and the Otherworld could more easily be crossed. This meant the Aos Sí, the ‘spirits’ or ‘fairies’, could more easily come into our world.^[23]

The bonfires were also used in divination rituals. In 18th century Ochtertyre, a ring of stones—one for each person—was laid round the fire, perhaps on a layer of ashes. Everyone then ran round it with a torch, “exulting“. In the morning, the stones were examined and if any was mislaid it was said that the person it represented would not live out the year. A similar custom was observed in north Wales and in Brittany. Dilek’s classes fuse rhythmic vinyasa flow, integrated Ashtanga techniques, yoga philosophy, Ayurverdic approach, attentive injury prevention and the value of yoga for healing heart. Dilek is a Yoga Alliance RYT200 from India Chakra Yoga School. Teachers can register as a RYT® 200 if they have successfully completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. She also has a RYT500 from Om Yoga Center in New York City.^[37] Dilek Edwards studied at Istanbul Bilgi University, Cultural Studies Department, Graduate Student.^[38]

Another mentor and hero of Roger Stone and Donald J. Drumpf was a devil incarnate, homosexual boy lover Roy Cohn, a CIA Pedophile Ring Leader and psychopath complicit in murder- Child Sacrifice. Stone worked with Cohn beginning with the Reagan campaign during the 1976 Republican Party presidential primaries. Stone worked with Roy Cohn. He was cleared to work with the CIA, again if he wasn’t CIA all along. In 1979, Cohn introduced Stone to Donald J. Drumpf as one of the “BROTHERHOOD.”

Detective James Rothestein, a respected former New York City vice officer said of Cohn: Cohn’s job was to run the little boys [for the CIA]. Say you had an admiral, a general, a congressman, who did not want to go along with the program. Cohn’s job was to set them up, then they would go along. Cohn told me that himself. By the way, Detective Rothestein investigated Cohn connected to the Case of Ben Rose.

A notorious homosexual pedophile and procurer, Ben Rose, is a classic example of the mentality observed in this group. Ben Rose was arrested after an investigation by the New York Police Department at his residence on St. Mark’s Place in New York City during the summer of 1972. At the time of the arrest, he had in his possession three young boy ages 14-15 years, who had been transported by him from Baltimore to New York City for the specific purpose of sexual exploitation. Upon his arrest, he agreed to cooperate with the New York City Police Department and an investigation was begun under the code name GAFF. This investigation uncovered the commercial part of pedophilia and child abuse.

A second investigation conducted in the mid 1970’s, by the Police Department during which thirteen homicides, plus the murder of these 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, were investigated under the code name OPERATION TOGETHER. This investigation was under the command of Deputy Inspector John Colin. At a critical point in the investigation, it was stopped. Inspector Colin was demoted and forced into retirement.

The third investigation was done by the New York State Select Committee on Crime. This Committee served subpoenas on both (name deleted) and (name deleted). When (name deleted) was served with the subpoena and questioned by the detectives, he informed them that because he worked for the CIA, the subpoena would be quashed, invoking National Security. He was correct, because before the detectives returned to their offices, the subpoena was withdrawn. One wonders what part of the National Security Act allows the “MURDER OF CHILDREN“. (name deleted) was also served, questioned, and appeared at the committee’s offices. He did not testify. As in all cases of this magnitude, the attorney who represented these politically connected pedophiles was Enid Gerling of New York, who also represented both (names deleted). Gerling stated at that time that the investigation was on the right track and should not stop. In conversations with Gerling over the past number of years, she has often stated that she owes these individuals no allegiance and would gladly give them up.

During the investigation by the New York State Select Committee on Crime, information was received that ROY COHN helped in covering up the murder and the disposal of the bodies. When COHN was questioned about the murder of the three 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, he stated that he was aware of what had happened, but would comment no further. Information at that time was that COHN was often used to compromise people and, if situations such as those described by Rose occurred, COHN would take care of them.

Rose also supplied information as to the methamphetamine sales in juice bars owned by organized crime. These bars were meeting places for children, pedophiles, and various pedophile rings. The investigation into this activity was again buried in the hierarchy of the Police Department and not investigated. As a direct result of this investigation, Police Officer Richard Johnson of the New York City Police Department, a primary investigator, became the subject of a bombing of his residence. Recent information is that the contract was ordered by someone inside the New York City Police Department. This case is unsolved and the cover up continues to this day.

The idea that the various human “races” were created independently by God or evolved from separate ape/monkey ancestors, has its origins with 18th Century French intellectuals, e.g. Voltaire and Cuvier, who divided humanity into “civilized” Caucasians (= whites) created by God and “barbaric’ Negros (= blacks) derived from the “monkey tribe”.

In 2008, research presented in a new paper by psychologists at Stanford, Pennsylvania State University and the University of California-Berkeley revealed that many Americans subconsciously associate blacks with apes [and hominoids]. In addition, the findings show that society is more likely to condone violence against black criminal suspects as a result of its broader inability to accept African Americans as fully human, according to the researchers.

Co-author Jennifer Eberhardt, a Stanford associate professor of psychology who is black, said she was shocked by the results, particularly since they involved subjects born after Jim Crow and the civil rights movement.

“This was actually some of the most depressing work I have done,” she said. “This shook me up. You have suspicions when you do the work intuitions you have a hunch. But it was hard to prepare for how strong [the black-ape association] was how we were able to pick it up every time.”

The paper, “Not Yet Human: Implicit Knowledge, Historical Dehumanization and Contemporary Consequences,” is the result of a series of six previously unpublished studies conducted by Eberhardt, Pennsylvania State University psychologist Phillip Atiba Goff (the lead author and a former student of Eberhardt’s) and Matthew C. Jackson and Melissa J. Williams, graduate students at Penn State and Berkeley, respectively. The paper is scheduled to appear Feb. 7, 2008 in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, which is published by the American Psychological Association. Don’t get it twisted. Dehumanization and subliminal and conscious acceptance of violence against blacks is not confined to criminal suspects.

From 1904- 1907, in total some 65,000 Herero, about 80% of the Herero population, and 10,000 Nama, about 50% of the Nama population, perished. The genocide was carried out by mass slaughter, starvation and by poisoning the wells of the Herero amongst other crimes against humanity and tactics. Thousands of Herero and Nama were imprisoned in concentration camps, where the majority died of disease, abuse, and exhaustion.^[6]Germany’s Southwest African war was a campaign of mass racial extermination and collective punishment that the Reich undertook against the Herero, Nama and San people. JAYBO & JAY Z LESSONS NOT LEARNED IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Jaybo, Jay Z & The Shady Lady Kingpin Cocaine Trafficker, Desiree Perez

During the CIA crack cocaine epidemic in 1994, Jay Z’s Desiree Perez, Chief Operating Officer of Carter Enterprises, LLC, was busted in Brooklyn with 35 kilos (about 80 pounds) of cocaine with an estimated street value of at least up to $14 million. She was a part of a massive Mafia New York to Florida to Puerto Rico – Columbian cocaine distribution ring. She should have been prosecuted as a Chapter 13 of Title 21 of the United States Code, 21 U.S.C. § 848 federal drug “KINGPIN” in the Southern District of Florida.[1],[2]

U.S. Attorney Laurence Bardfeld, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, the chief federal law enforcement officer for the District, argued in Perez’s behalf to keep her out prison. The Southern District of Florida encompasses a geographical area of approximately 15,197 square miles extending south to Key West, north to Sebastian and west to Sebring. The Southern District includes the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Highlands.[3]

Desiree Perez is a DEA/FBI agent and informant that was released from the federal prison custody and placed on five years of supervised release. She began working at nightspots in Miami Beach and was scheduled to meet her probation officer at the Club Onyx, when she skipped town without notice in early August 1997. The fugitive Perez resurfaced nine month later in Brooklyn, where she was arrested on March 5, 1998. Perez was charged with grand larceny, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to just only 9 (nine) months in prison and 3 (three) years of supervised release instead of at least life imprisonment as a major federal “kingpin” drug dealer. Perez appears to have been in business with Jay Z since at least 2002. Perez’s felonious federal drug kingpin criminal records have been court sealed.[4] Jay Z and the felonious drug trafficker Shady Lady created the racist simian-hominoid black caricature JAYBO.

On the street, drug dealers often say that they aren’t the source of the problem for drug addiction and death in the black community. They say that the n-word (niggas) want to commit suicide. They only help them KILL THEMSELVES. Black children need heroes and super heroes too, but we can’t sit by in idle silence while Jay Z and the Shady Lady profit again from the spiritual assassination and subconscious death of the masses like merchants of DEATH. I have filed a formal objection to the JAYBO trademark application for federal protection. The Opposer is a former member of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (BPP), Oakland, CA. The Opposer BPP membership is confirmed and verified by his name that appears above in its official newspaper organ, The Black Panther, Intercommual News Service, January 31, 1969.

The grounds for this opposition are as follows:

Applicant’s Mark is a Lying and Pretext Mark

1 .The “applicant” S. Carter Enterprises LLC [Shawn Corey Carter] is known professionally as JAY-Z– an American rapper and businessman. Applicant’s MARK is actually a caricature of JAY-Z. The applicant is now engaged in the manufacture, distribution, sale, advertising and promotion of a wide range of promotional goods and services including clothing of the MARK’s CARICATURE, JAYBO or JAYBO, that are not: “Candles; scented and perfumed candles; aromatherapy fragrance candles; votive candles; candle torches; wicks for candles; scented wax for use in candle warmers; candles for night lights; tea light candles.”

In lieu of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Matal v. Tam, 137 S. Ct. 1744 (June 19, 2017) that the Lanham Act’s disparagement clause violates the Free Speech Clause, whether or not JAYBO is disparaging to any person or racial is not at issue in this case. However, it may be relevant on the issue of the Applicant’s motive to deceive the trademark act. “Our legal system provides methods for challenging the Government’s right to ask questions — lyingis not one of them.” [Making false statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001), Brogan v. United States, 396 U.S. 64, 72 (1969]

LET US MEET BOSKO

BOSKOis a racist animated cartoon character created by1920-30s era white animators Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising of Kansas City, Missouri. In the history of the United States, Missouri was a slave state– a state in which the practice of African Human Bondage was legal.
BOSKO is the first recurring character in Leon Schlesinger‘s cartoon series, and is also the star of over three dozen extremely racist Looney Tunesshorts released by Warner Bros.
Hugh Harman made drawings of a new character and registered it with the copyrightoffice on January 3, 1928. The character was registered as a “Negroboy” under the name of BOSKO.
The original BOSKO character clearly appears to be an adult. However in former slave states, it was a customary psychological tactic to continually humiliate and emasculate Black men by calling them “BOYS” throughout their lives from infancy to old age to satisfy a byproduct of the horrible Institution of African Human Bondage– a sick racial psycho-sexual white superiority complex.

BOSKO WITH ANIMAL CLAWED FEET

When BOSKO was created in 1928 as an ante bellum slavery classic cognitive empathy of the majestic falsehood that black people are less than human, it was well understood in the animation industry that the southern “Negro Boy” was depicted to represent a simian “MONKEY” that justified the global institutional enslavement of the African. BOSKO can procreate, but it will not be allowed by white society to create or originate just the same as a primate.

THE LANHAM (TRADEMARK) ACT

18.The Lanham Act of 1946, also known as the Trademark Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 1051 et seq, ch.540, 60 Stat. 427 [1988 & Supp.V 1993]), is a federal statute that regulates the use of Trademarks in commercial activity.

Trademarks are distinctive pictures, words, and other devices used by business to identify their pictures, words, and other symbols or devices used by businesses to identify their goods and services.
The Lanham Act is like a shield that gives the trademark users exclusive rights to their marks, thereby protecting the time and money invested in those marks. The act also serves to reduce consumer confusion in the identification of goods and services.
The Lanham Act is also like a sword that gives trademark users a plethoric of legal procedures and remedies to strike with under federal law to help enforce their rights attached to qualified trademarks.

IN A PETITION TO OPPOSE A MARK INTENT TO DECIEVE MUST BE SUPPORTED BY CLEAR AND CONVINCING PROOF

The Trademark Opposer carries the burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence to support an inference of deceptive intent (FRAUD, INTENT TO DECIEVE).
The precise meaning of “clear and convincing proof” does not lend itself readily to definition. It is, in reality, a question of how strongly the minds of the trier or triers of fact must be convinced that the facts are as contended by the proponent. In the ordinary civil suit, the proponent must persuade the jury (or judge, if there is no jury) that the facts are more probably true than not true. Where clear and convincing proof is required, the proponent must convince the jury or judge, as the case may be, that it is highly probable that the facts which he asserts are true. On October 03, 2017, the USPTO identified the Mark, “JAYBO”, as a name that did not show whether or not it identified a particular living individual. USPTO asked applicant to respond, accordingly.
On December 28, 2017, the applicant responded that the name, “JAYBO” shown in the mark does not identify a particular living individual. It had been so declared by the applicant by signatory Desiree Perez, COO- ” S. Carter Enterprises LLC.
Desiree Perez’s declaration is in evidence, and it states the following:

DECLARATION

The signatory believes that: the applicant is entitled to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods or services specified in the application; the applicant has a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce and had a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce as of the application filing date; and to the best of the signatory’s knowledge and belief, no other person has the right to use the mark in commerce, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance as to be likely, when applied to the goods and/or services of such other person, to cause confusion or mistake, or to deceive. In fact, the applicant has declared in its Trademark/Service Mark Application, Principal Register, Serial No. 87517427 that its goods and services “JAYBO” or “JAY BO” include the following: “Candles; scented and perfumed candles; aromatherapy fragrance candles; votive candles; candle torches; wicks for candles; scented wax for use in candle warmers; candles for night lights; tea light candles.”

APPLICANT’S MARK IS TEXTUAL MATTER THAT IS NOT COPYRIGHTABLE

Applicant’s Mark is complete textual “JAYBO”. Applicant’s Mark statement says that the mark consists only of “standard characters, without claim to any particular font, style, size, or color.”
ETS-HOKIN v. SKYY SPIRITS INC., 225 F.3d 1068 (9th Cir. 2000), the court held that,

“[a] claim to copyright cannot be registered in a print or label consisting solely of trademark subject matter and lacking copyrightable matter.” 37 C.F.R. 202.10(b). Although a label’s “graphical illustrations” are normally copyrightable, “textual matter” is not–at least not unless the text “aid[s] or augment[s]” an accompanying graphical illustration. 1 NIMMER 2.08 [G][2], at 2-136. The label on Skyy’s vodka bottle consists only of text and does not include any pictorial illustrations.”

In this case, the applicant’s Mark lacks enough originality to acquire copyright protection of their own. “Textual matter” is not copyrightable at least not unless the text “aid[s] or augment[s]” an accompanying graphical illustration. Applicant’s Mark is the same as Skyy’s vodka bottle above; it consists only of text and does not include any pictorial illustrations.

Yet, at the very least 61 million people around the world have viewed the applicant’s less than human so called U.S. Copyrighted Black Panther caricature in applicant’s mass produced, “The Story of OJ”.
Opposer avers that he will be damaged by the registration of the Applicant’s Lying Mark as set forth in Applicant’s Trademark Application Serial No. 87517427 that deliberately and intentionally conceals Applicant’s Actual Mark, a racist black caricature, which misconstrue, mis-educate the public regarding true historical individuals and events, and maliciously spread the majestic falsehood around the world that black people are less than human.

It was a sight repeated from Oakland to Los Angeles and around the world that was so shocking and heartbreaking that I can never forget it or those responsible for it.

The 1980s- early 1990s Iran-Contra CIA crack cocaine epidemic devastated neighborhoods, destroyed families, men, women and children, and led to the mass extermination and imprisonment of hundreds and thousands from Black communities across the nation.

Gary Webb began researching “Dark Alliance” in July 1995 a few months after Friday, the movie, was released. Webb’s series was published in The Mercury News in three parts, from August 18–20, 1996, with one long article and one or two shorter articles appearing each day. It was also posted on The Mercury News website with additional information, including documents cited in the series and audio recordings of people quoted in the articles.

The website artwork showed the silhouette of a man smoking a crack pipe superimposed over the CIA seal.[12] The series examined the origins of the crack cocaine trade in Los Angeles and claimed that members of the anti-communist Contra rebels in Nicaragua had played a major role in creating the trade, using cocaine profits to support their struggle. It also showed that the Contras may have acted with the knowledge and protection of the CIA. The series provoked outrage, particularly in the Los Angeles African-American community, and led to four major investigations of its charges.[13]

In Oakland, I got a rare and brief opportunity to speak directly with Gary Webb on a book tour before he was killed. I could tell that he was afraid to talk with me. But, I kept at him. Behind me listening carefully to Webb and I was a suspected CIA black assassin, Styles Price, who was subsequently arrested linked to the ambush murder of Berkeley Police Officer, Ronald Tsukamoto, on August 20, 1970.[16] Price had been deliberately trying to control Gary Webb’s entire presentation, the brief question and answer session. I knew Price, and he knew me well enough to know that I didn’t play with him so I got my brief audience with Webb. Webb’s “Dark Alliance,” the San Jose Mercury News’s bombshell investigation into links between the crack cocaine trade, CIA, Nicaragua’s Contra rebels, and Black neighborhoods in California, remains one of the most explosive and controversial exposés in American journalism. The 20,000-word series enraged black communities across the nation, prompted Congressional hearings, and became one of the first major national security stories in history to blow up online. It also sparked a vicious backlash from the nation’s most powerful media outlets, which devoted considerable resources to discredit Webb’s reporting. And, they play no games.

On December 10, 2004, Gary Webb was found dead in his suburban Sacramento home. He was 49 years old. He was found with not one, but two (2) .38-caliber bullets to the head. The coroner ruled his death a suicide. I also took an opportunity to corner Ted Gunderson alone at a 9-11 Truth-Inside Job Conference in San Francisco. I wanted to know what he knew about the FBI’s covert war against Huey P. Newton, and the Panthers in Oakland, but he was shaking so bad that I didn’t push him. After that I spoke to Gunderson once or twice over the phone in Las Vegas, but I got the message that it wasn’t safe to talk about the secret war against the Panthers in Oakland, period. And, I was certain that I couldn’t trust whatever information he fed me.

They didn’t kill Gary Webb to stop him from disclosing CIA secrets. It was already exposed in “Dark Alliance.” They killed him in revenge for doing it as a message to other journalists to don’t even think about it. “Bye, Felicia” is a vicious and EVIL insult and slap in the face of the people. It is a horrifying testament of a Black Holocaust, and Racial Genocide in America.

Omarosé Onée Manigault-Newman out of Youngstown, OH is a very clever, crafty and intelligent woman. She attended Howard University where she earned a master’s degree, and worked on doctorate in communications. She also received biblical studies training at Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, OH. In the 1990s, Manigault worked in the office of Vice President Al Gore during the Dixie Mafia Bill Clinton Administration. The Mena airport in Arkansas had been used by the CIA for secret Iran- Contra cocaine smuggling operations for a long time under Bill and Hilary Clinton.[17]

In the Clinton Administration, Manigault’s title was initially Special Assistant of Logistics and that she later served as Deputy Associate Director of Presidential Personnel, however, according to an anonymous Gore staffer cited by People, her title was actually Scheduling Correspondent. Manigault, who was 23 years old at the time, was later transferred to the Commerce Department via the White House personnel office. She is a well educated candidate and qualified to work in the White House. She is a strong and very aggressive black woman. If Omarosa is anything at all, she is no dismissive “crack head” feature HollyWeird/CIA creation like a stereotypical Felicia.[18]

Nevertheless, Omarosa appears to be, undoubtedly, a ruthless opportunist and character that will cut your throat for only a few pieces of silver. She famously said, Bow Down to President Trump. “…every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump.” She was the director of African-American outreach for Donald Drumpf’s presidential campaign. She became Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison with the rank of Assistant to the President.[19]

She is also known as Reverend Manigault– initiated assistant minister of Weller Baptist Church in Los Angeles, CA.

The church is associated with the Los Angeles chapter of the Negro opportunist National Action Network (NAN), the civil rights organization founded as a Masonic Prince Hall Freemason front by Prince Hall Master Mason Rev. Al Sharpton in 1991.[20]

Omarosa may have been escorted out of the White House shouting profanities after being told of her firing by chief of staff John Kelly, according to a report by CCN and White House Correspondent, American Urban Radio Networks reporter, April Ryan. Omarosa said that she resigned, and had not been escorted out of the White House. Ryan tweeted. “But Gen Kelly Kicked her out [with] high drama with the [Christian] Minister offering vulgarities and curse words as she was escorted out of the building and off campus.”[24]

In a Don Lemon CNN’s Omarosa segment, he exposed reports that the White House gave permission and a green light to Republican cake walking Negro coons to go after Omarosa after the ABC “Good Morning America” interview with the former NFL defensive lineman, coon Michael Strahan and Robert’s vicious racialist “Bye Felicia” comment.[25]

“They [White House] told us to take the gloves off,” said coon Ayshia Connors, Former Deputy Director of African American Engagement at the Republican National Council (RNC).[26] It turned out that secret Masonic coons, goat men, and Negro Shrills across the board also got the green light to go after Omarosa. Many including myself were in the dark in a bizarre exchange between Drumpf and Ryan at a WH February 2017 press conference regarding setting up a meeting between him and the CBC. Ryan pointed out to the president that she was a journalist and that, while she does know members of the CBC, that’s not her role. We now know that Drumpf knew that she was lying. They had the WikiLeak emails between her and Podesta as early as September 2016 where she proposed to setup a meeting with CBC and Hillary Clinton.[33]

April Ryan to Podesta: “FYI [for your information] I also just talked with Marcia Fudge and Sheila Jackson Lee,” she wrote on April 18, 2015, referring to representatives from Ohio and Texas, respectively. “Also, Lets make the black reporters meeting happen asap.”[34]

The email was a follow-up to a request Ryan made earlier that day for Clinton to meet with black reporters. The subject line read, “Hillary Clinton needs to sit down with black reporters fast. Her efforts in the black community are not resonating.” Ryan wrote: “I would love to be a part of this sit down hopefully in DC.”[35]

Great great-grandfather Nicholas Bluntzer, a Nueces County pioneer, served as Robert E. Lee’s scout during pre–Civil War punitive expeditions against the Comanche. One of his great aunts Genevieve Tarlton Dougherty, a well-known philanthropist, was conferred the Lady of the Grand Cross of the Holy Sepulchre by Pope Pius XII, one of the highest honors the Catholic church accords a laywoman. Blake’s step- grandmother was Frances Tarlton “Sissy” Farenthold, a former U.S. politician, attorney, activist, and educator. She is best known for her two campaigns for the office of Governor of Texas and for being placed in nomination for the office of Vice President of the United States during the 1972 Democratic National Convention.[42]

Blake’s father, Randy Farenthold, washed ashore on Mustang Island. Chains were wrapped around his chest, along with a forty-pound concrete block around his neck. Years later it would emerge that he had been murdered for threatening to testify against four Las Vegas associated Mafioso who had swindled him out of $100,000.[43]

Congressman Farenthold ran his office like “a frat house,” per the New York Times, and frequently bullied and harassed his staff; including making lewd comments about women and calling staffers degrading names. Farenthold was sued over accusations of sexual harassment three years ago; paid $84,000 in taxpayer money to settle charges of sexual harassment filed by a former aide, and is the focus of an open Ethics Committee investigation into behavior that has been described as both verbally abusive and sexually demeaning.[44]

Kentucky State Representative Dan Johnson- DANGEROUS RACIST WHITE SUPREMACIST NATIONALIST PEDOPHILE

Danny Ray Johnson was an evangelical pastor, and Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing the 49th District in 2017. He was a Tea Party activist with community ties through the Heart of Fire Ministries, a religious organization he ran in Louisville.[45]

In early December this year, Johnson was accused of having molested a member of his church in 2012 when she was 17 years old. Johnson refused to resign, stating the allegations were untrue, and committed suicide two days later.[46]

He was a dangerous vicious racist of the South’s 2^nd Civil War Confederacy that would burn down all of America to replace the EVIL institution of slavery- African Human Bondage.

In 2016, while running for office, he posted ultra racist photos on his Facebook page that made President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama a pair of monkeys. He didn’t give a damn who it may have hurt or offended.[47]
