X was arrested October 8 in Miami-Dade County and charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman,domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering. He pleaded not guilty, but was detained for violating a house arrest agreement related to a 2015 home invasion, robbery, and aggravated battery case.

Officially right this moment, Devonte is on the FBI’s List of Missing Persons as of March 26, 2018. However, there is no positive ID of Devonte ever being in Mendocino County or in California on March 26. The man with his hands around the throat of this missing child would certainty be at the top of my suspect list.
Nevertheless, the FBI under Christopher Wray of Georgia appears not too interested in actively investigating Devonte as a missing child, or asking any questions at all about Devonte.
In April 2018, “I’m to the point where I no longer am calling this an accident; I’m calling it a crime,” [Master Mason] Mendocino County Sheriff, Tom Allman told HLN’s “Crime & Justice with Ashleigh Banfield.” In other words, the matter of Jennifer, Sarah, Markis, Jeremiah, Hannah, Devonte, and Sierra is being currently investigated as a homicidal criminal mass murder case. Beginning on March 26, 2018, his main suspect has been a woman that looks like Jennifer Hart in Safeway in Fort Bragg, Mendocino County on March 25.

I think it is fair and appropriate to formally ask the California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra, to take over the investigation of the Hart Case from the Mendocino County Sheriff. If the woman in Safeway is determined not to be Jennifer Hart, then the unidentified woman may be a criminal decoy, conspirator or a patsy to cover-up racial mass murder. If the decoy is in fact dead found at bottom of the sea cliff, then she also is a murder victim.

The picture of Peter Yarrow, formerly of Peter, Paul & Mary, with his hands around Devonte’s throat deeply affected and tore me apart emotionally for days and nights. Yarrow left hand is applying a lethal trachea strangleon Devonte. It appears deceptively settle only because Devonte is smiling, but Devonte was under a very sophisticated form of mind control. When I first saw the picture, alarms started going off in my subconscious. It terrified me, inside. My Lord, they prepared Devonte to be ritually sacrificed!
Strangulation is the restriction of airflow through the trachea via something squeezing from the outside. It’s technically incorrect to say that someone was “choked” by another person. The correct terminology would be strangled. Whether caused intentionally or accidentally, anything wrapped around the neck hard enough to restrict airflow through the trachea is causing strangulation.[1] It is not a mistake or coincidence. The picture shows Yarrow torturing Devonte. He has the child in a trachea strangleholdas if he is some kind of crash wreak dummy. And as if he is or will be a “ritual strangling” child victim! Panic disorder is a severe form of anxiety in which the affected individual feels an abrupt onset of fear, often accompanied by profound physical symptoms of discomfort. Two of the most common and terrifying symptoms of severe anxiety (trauma) are a sense of shortness of breath and feelings of suffocation.[3]

Anectine (succinylcholine) is a MK ULTRA/MONARCH chemical strong muscle relaxant which paralyzes the body and makes one think they are suffocating. It was secretly used in prisons for aversion (behavior modification) conditioning experimentation.[4]
In Monarch Programming, Alters and Triggers: Trauma-based Coercive Mind Control is the 12th form of mind control, beginning with thought reform that is registered consciously, with memory, through the most covert forms of mind control, in which the individual has no memory of the installation, and is controlled beyond conscious awareness.
Trauma-based mind control programming can be defined as systematic torture that blocks the victim’s capacity for conscious processing (through pain, terror, drugs, illusion, sensory deprivation, sensory over-stimulation, oxygen deprivation, cold, heat, spinning, brain stimulation, and often, near-death), and then employs suggestion and/or classical and operant conditioning (consistent with well-established behavioral modification principles) to implant thoughts, directives, and perceptions in the unconscious mind, often in newly-formed trauma-induced dissociated identities, that force the victim to do, feel, think, or perceive things for the purposes of the programmer. The objective is for the victim to follow directives with no conscious awareness, including execution of acts in clear violation of the victim’s moral principles, spiritual convictions, and volition.
Installation of mind control programming relies on the victim’s capacity to dissociate, which permits the creation of new walled-off personalities to “hold” and “hide” programming. Already dissociative children are prime “candidates” for programming. Alternatively, very young children can be made dissociative through trauma-based programming. The extreme abuse inflicted on young children in intra-familial satanic and “black” witchcraft cults reliably causes dissociation. Children in these cults are programmed to the extent that the cult’s leaders understand mind control programming. Many ritual abuse survivors report that other abuser groups with criminal, political, [CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH] and military agendas infiltrate their familial cults to gain access to these readily-programmable children to program them to fulfill their own agendas, often paying the cult parents large sums of money to do so.
One common function of trauma-based mind control programming is to cause the victim to physically and psychologically re-experience the torture used to install the programming should the victim consider violating its directives. The most common programs are unidimensional directives communicated during torture and impaired states of consciousness to; “Remember to forget” the abuse and “Don’t tell” about the abuse.
Much trauma-based mind control programming is significantly more complex, more technological in its methods of installation, and utilizes the individual’s dissociated identities (personalities) to effect greater layering of psychological effects. Personalities are usually programmed to take executive control of the body in response to particular cues (hand signals, tones, etc.) and then follow directives, with complete amnesia for these events. Personalities are often programmed to believe that explosives have been surgically implanted in their bodies and that these will detonate if the individual violates orders or begins to recall the programming, the torture used to install it, or the identities of the programmers.
In highly sophisticated mind control, the individual is programmed to perceive inanimate structures in the unconscious inner landscape. “Structures” are mental representations of objects, e.g., buildings, grids, devices of torture, and other containers, that “hold” programmed commands, messages, information, and personalities. In many cases, walls are also installed that serve as barriers to hide deeper levels of programming and structures. Unconscious personalities perceive themselves as trapped within, or attached to, these structures, both visually (in internal imagery), and somatically (in experiences of pain, suffocation, electroshock, etc.).[5]
Studying the picture of Peter Yarrow and Devonte, it is trauma-based mind control programming taking place directly in front of your eyes! The picture actually makes me so upset that I become physically ill. If I look at it if for only a minute, I get double vision and dizzy. I have to lay down. It is an atrocious smoking gun form of MK ULTRA/MONARCH ritual child abuse, programming and torture that do not mark the child’s body.[6]
From what I have come to understand is that the above picture of Yarrow and Devonte was uploaded by Jen Hart to Facebook on 12/3/2014.[7] The picture appears to have been recorded in a storehouse, warehouse or even a basement. And, it appears that Jen Hart’sFacebook photo page with the picture have been subsequently wiped clean.[8]
Along with the public, Jen Hart tagged BethanyYarrow, daughter of Peter Yarrow, posting “Devonte sends an abundance of love to you and your family! Our entire family looks forward to the next time we meet. Much Love.” It appears that Devonte was the first of the 6 (six) adopted black children to undergo highly advanced, sophisticated experimental trauma based mind control programming. All of the children were scheduled to go thru very sophisticated levels of high control to be implanted with complicated dissociated identities.
Bethany replied; “Oh Jen Hart! I will never forget that smile. What an amazing young man you have raised. The world thanks you, and him, for reminding us of the power of love, forgiveness and the highest possibilities of humanity. This is the unity prayer that we are all walking. The way this image has been propagandized is highly disturbing to me because it distracts from the real issues. He warns against understanding the use of Bnei Elohim in this verse to mean “the Sons of God”, and most sources explain it to mean ANGELS.
Nephilim, Fallen Angels & Giants
Classical interpretation of the Bible relies heavily on the Midrash, a tradition of stories and fables that help explain the basic text. A remarkable Midrash appears in several sources explaining the appearance of the Nephilim, the “fallen ones”, as being a product of ANGELS. The Midrash relates how, before the flood, mankind was sinning greatly and God began to regret creating man. Three angels – Shamchazai, Uza, and Uzziel – came to God and said they could replace the sinning men, repopulating the world with perfect angels. God warns them that they will sin even more, however they persist in their claim. God relents, and when the angels descend into the world and see the daughters of men, they sin, and their descendants are the Nephilim, described as giants, that are mentioned again later in the Bible. There are several important points in this story. Prominent Rabbinic sources describe the angels’ jealousy of man’s role in serving God, inevitably illustrating how man has the ability to transcend the angels by overcoming the difficulties and temptations unique to creatures of flesh and blood.
Another source in the Babylonian Talmud relates that Sihon and Og, two kings mentioned later in the Bible, were descendants of the FallenAngel, Shamchazzi.
The Midrash states that Og was alive in the time of Noah but escaped the flood by clinging to the side of the Ark. Og was named in Deuteronomy 3:11 as the only remaining man from the Rephaim, a biblical race of Giants, and his bed was described as being enormous and made entirely of iron.
The Nephilim are mentioned again in Numbers 13:33. The 12 Spies were sent into the Land of Israel and reported, “There we saw the Nephilim, the sons of the Giant of the Nephilim, and we were in our eyes like grasshoppers, and so we were in their eyes.” Anak, translated as “enormous”, was the archetypal giant and father of the race of men that lived in Hebron. The Midrashic sources explain that Anak was Og, one of the descendants of the Nephilim, and the fugitive from the flood. Another Midrash tells how Og attacked the Jews in the desert and Moses killed him.

There is a connection between the reappearance of these Giants and the coming of the Messiah. In the Talmud, Sanhedrin 97a, there is a discussion between Rav Nachman and Rav Yitzchak. Rav Yitzchak asks, “Do you know when Bar Naphli (the sons of the fallen) will come?” Rav Yitzchak asks, “Who are the Bar Naphli?” Rav Nachman answered, “It is Messiah”.
Rav Nachman brings down a verse from Amos 9:11, “On that day will I raise up the fallen tabernacle (Sukkah) of David and I will build it as in the days of old.” The Talmudgoes on to describe the difficult times preceding the Messiah. This section of the Talmud also explains that the Messiah will come the year after a Sabbatical cycle is completed, as was explained in a Breaking Israel Newsarticle. “Bar Naphli” in the Talmudclearly refers to specific people who both Rav Yitzchak and Rav Nachman have heard of, and who Rav Nachman connects with the coming of the Messiah. As noted previously, the Hebrew verb “Naphal” translates as “Fall” but here, in the Talmud, the word is “Naphil’ in Aramaic. In the language of the Talmud, Naphli means “‘Giant”. By the discussion in the Talmud, it seems clear that these Bar Naphli, Giants, will return in time to usher in the Messiah.[26]

When someone dies unexpectedly or in suspicious circumstances, it is the job of a coroner or medical examiner to investigate what caused the death. We rely on these death investigators to provide the autopsy report and a death certificate to bring murderers to justice. In the U.S., there isn’t one system that determine the qualifications for coroners. You don’t necessarily need to be a medical physician, experienced medical examiner, or forensic pathologist to be a coroner. So, a sheriff and other unqualified people can occupy the coroner’s office even scumbags, crooks, criminals, and Freemasons.
As far as I am aware, neither Scottish Rite MasonSheriff Allman or Sex Cult LeaderLt. Barney have any experience as medical examiners or forensic pathologists. CrimeOnline spoke to Joseph Scott Morgan, Distinguished Scholar of Applied Forensics at Jacksonville State University, about what could potentially be determined from the remains that were found, and the possibility that the remains belonged to someone who was in the Hart’s SUV when it plunged over a cliff on March 26. “After six weeks [in water] a body should not be skeletonized,” Morgan said. “That’s a process that could take a long period of time.” But Morgan added that he believed an appendage could have become skeletonized at a faster rate if aquatic life had eaten away at it. “I’m curious how the lower extremity was disarticulated,” he said. In medical terminology, disarticulation is the separation of two bones at their joint, either traumatically by way of injury or by a surgeon during arthroplasty or amputation.[11]
If Sheriff Allman and Lt. Barney can’t even make a possible ID of Jennifer Hart without the help of Mr. Magoo at Safeway in Fort Bragg, CA on March 25, 2018, I don’t expect them to determine how a human foot became disarticulated from inside a pair of jeans inside a shoe. If it wasn’t possible for that foot to become disarticulated inside a pair of jeans and inside a shoe, then it is “planted” evidence.
Morgan said that if a body had sustained traumatic injuries during a death event, this could potentially attract aquatic life and accelerate decomposition. And evidence of injuries could potentially help a medical examiner determine the cause of timing of death. If an individual was alive at the time of a traumatic event, such as being thrown from a car in a rocky area, “that means that as a result of the trauma there will be open wounds at impact,” and blood would likely be evident in the clothing worn, Morgan said.
That brings up an interesting question whether or not there was any blood evidence in the Hart SUV recovered at the bottom of the cliff, or any blood evidence on rocks at the crash site. CoronersSheriff Allman and Lt. Barney have not released any pictures, diagrams or descriptions of where the children’s bodies were found. As Morgan pointed out, as result of trauma impact, there would be open wounds on the bodies and blood evidence at the crash scene.
Asked if a medical examiner could determine if an individual had been starved, Morgan said that bones could be analyzed for mineral deficiency, but as in many aspects of postmortem analysis, the process is easier if there is soft tissue to analyze along with it. It is not known if any soft tissue was found along with the remains.[12]

Malnutrition in children is common globally and may result in both short and long term irreversible negative health outcomes. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that malnutrition accounts for 54 percent of child mortality worldwide,about 1 million children. Another estimate also by WHO states that childhood underweight is the cause for about 35% of all deaths of children under the age of five years worldwide.[6]Malnutrition increases the risk of infection and infectious disease, and moderate malnutrition weakens every part of the immune system. Court documents say that Jeremiah, but not his brother (Devonte) or sister (Siera) was born with drugs in his system. A developmental pediatrician said it was unlikely that all 6 (six) children had medical conditions that would explain their extremely small bodies. Seeing all 6 (six) children who all appeared very small should had given the doctor reasons to look further into their histories. It should have also given people around the Children notice that they were being harmed. Yet to deliberately veil the doctor and medical malfeasance, their case worker deliberately wrote in her notes that “being adopted, no medical history is known for each child.” It was an outright vicious lie.The case worker has not been publicly identified. In today’s society, doctors and physicians are known as people who help us return to, and maintain, good health. Nevertheless, an osteopathic (practice in all areas of medicine) female doctor who worked at a Providence clinic in Clackamas, Oregon concluded she had “no concerns whatsoever” about their well- being. Someone in her office deliberately falsified the file and wrote a note that said the children’s heights and weights were not troubling because they were proportionately small. That is also a false ILLUSION for the blind.[19]
The doctor abandoned the Children to continue to suffer malnutrition under the witches until they were mass murdered, organs harvested or sacrificed by their coven. The name of the osteopathist was heavily redacted so she also has not been publicly identified. Clackamas is a suburb of Portland, OR. Without the name of the doctor or the Children’s state case worker, we have to dig deeper to look at the greater Catholic Church of Portland and the Vatican to try to explain why one of their doctors under their jurisdiction would have “no concerns whatsoever” about the well being even though they were in fact substantially clinically malnourished 6 (six) black children shorter and lighter than 90 percent of children their age. In 2004, sexual abuse cases bankrupted the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Oregon in Portland. In Oregon, litigation from victims threatened to overwhelm the 356,000-strong archdiocese of the west-coast state, which at the time faced a further 60 court cases. In 2004, 196 people have filed accusations against 41 priests in claims dating back to the early 1950s. Its settlements are second only to those of Boston, which paid out $85 million. One case in Portland, OR was brought by a 51-year-old cattle rancher, James Devereux, sought $130 million damages for abuse he claims he suffered at the hands of a priest, Father Maurice Grammond, in the 1960s when he was a teenage altar boy. The other case, involving the same priest in the 1980s, was brought by an anonymous litigant who claimed he was abused between the ages of eight and 10. Grammond, who died at the age of 82 in 2002, is the source of many of the cases against the church, whose officials were accused of ignoring complaints against the priest and moving him on to new parishes whenever they surfaced – said to be a common feature of the church’s handling of alleged serial abusers.
Grammond had been accused of abusing at least 50(fifty) boys during a 40-year career, was said to have molested boys in his car, in the rectory, on camping trips and even during confessions – but was never prosecuted. He apparently claimed that he had no responsibility because children “threw themselves” at him.[21] Grammond was also notorious for his open interference and influence over Portland’s juvenile court, child protective services (CPS), and the foster care system to set him up with some of his pedophilia child victims.[22]

He was so disturbed by what he had overheard about Tiny Hannah that he called 9-11 to report the incident to try to try to get for Hannah and the Children.

On or about May 10, 2018, a Mendocino County’s sheriff’s deputy was called to the area of North Highway 1 and Hardy Creek in Westport around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. On an ocean beach, a local resident found a pair of girl’s jeans with a shoe entangled in one of the pant legs. An inspection led to discovering human remains of what appeared to be a human footinside of the shoe. The remains were found about a mile away from where the Hart SUV plunged over a cliff onto rocks at the edge of the ocean on March 25 or March 26, 2018. The foot was delivered to Mendocino County’s Coroners, Knights Templar Sheriff Tom Allman and Sex Cult Guru Lt. Shannon Barney.
As far as I am aware, Allman and Barney have not released to the public any final reports detailing autopsy findings of Jennifer, Sarah Hart and the Children. And, I suspect that they will not release any detailed autopsy findings in the case that indicate whether or not the Children had any vital organs. In lieu of the pending DNA tests on the foot, our most precious Tiny Hannah is still missing, presumed dead. I had suspected that only the body parts of Tiny Hannah and Devonte would be recovered, because I believe that they had sacrificed, organs removed- harvested, and bodies burned. Prior to the sheriff’s court warrant search of the Hart home, a county animal control officer who entered the house to gather the family’s animals found evidence that two (2) dogs lived in the home. Animal control were contacted on March 27, 2018, Tuesday afternoon, by a woman who said she was an aunt of the Hart family, according to Paul Scarpelli, the manager of Clark County Animal Control. “She was calling concerned about the animals,” Scarpelli said.[1]
They took action immediately. Animal control, escorted by the Clark County sheriff, entered the home and found several fat and healthy chickens, some fat and healthy ducks and one cat, Scarpelli said. The animals are safe. Some were taken to a nearby humane society and an animal control staff member was fostering some of the ducklings that were found.[2] The officer said it appeared 2 (two) dogs lived in the home but the dogs were not in the house, Scarpelli said. The officer found 2 (two) large dog bowls, 2 (two) dog beds and 2 (two) leashes. He said there was no food laid out for the dogs. Well, that’s really interesting that if Tiny Hannah and the Children had been abused dogs, cats or a horses, they would be live today. Clark County animal control officer(s) had state power to storm into the Hart house to protect animals without a search warrant, but Clark County CPS can’t immediately help to protect Children.
