If you hadn’t seen it with your own eyes, you would never have believed me about the Hart Witches and the clandestine MK ULTRA Occult Bureau trauma based abuse of their 6 (six) innocent adopted black children. Ritual Strangulation is one of the arts of the Dark Fallen Angels. Philo of Alexandria (20 BC – 50 CE), also called Philo Judaeus, was a Hellenistic Jewish philosopher who lived in Alexandria, in the Roman province of Egypt observed that strangulation does not allow the blood- which embodies the essence of the soul to run out freely that may be considered to be taboo. Lucifer, demons and gods want souls.
In the Cairo Calendar, a papyrus document dating between 1163 and 1271 B.C, scientists identified Algol, “the Demon Star” which lies approximately 93 light-years away in the constellation Perseus as one of the Eyes of Medusa’s head. Its name comes from the Arabic phrase, ra’s al-ghul, which means “the demon’s head.” In Greek mythology, Perseus is the legendary founder of Mycenae. Alongside Cadmus and Bellerophon, was the greatest Greek hero and slayer of monsters before the days of Heracles.
In the Perseus Project (1899), Gaius Sallustius Crispus, (Sallust, 86 – c. 35 BC), a Roman historian, politician, and novus homo from an Italian plebeian family said this about the about The Conspiracy of Catiline in 63 BC,
“There is a place in the prison, which is called the Tullian dungeon (a subterranean chapel partially made of oak, beneath a small church erected over it), and which, after a slight ascent to the left, is sunk about twelve feet under ground. Walls secure it on every side, and over it is a vaulted roof connected with stone arches; but its appearance is disgusting and horrible, by reason of the filth, darkness, and stench. When Lentulus had been let down into this place, certain men, to whom orders had been given, strangled him with a cord. Thus this patrician, who was of the illustrious family of the Cornelli, and who filled the office of consul at Rome, met with an end suited to his character and conduct. On Cethegus, Statilius, Gabinius, and Cæparius, punishment was inflicted in a similar manner.”
The “certain men” (Latin, vindices rerum capitalium) can be literally be interpreted as “the revengers of the capital matters” or “capital revengers” that specialize in state or empire secret ritual strangulation. The subterranean chapel match the description of the secret sacred rites of the Temples of Sun God Mithras. The temples were called mithraea (singular mithraeum).
Mithras and Perseus wore the so-called Phrygian cap, which was only worn in the olden times by either Persians or someone “oriental”, and, like Perseus, Mithras looks away from their victims.
Perseus was believed to be from the underground chamber and Mithras was born from the rock, both from underground caverns. They are also comparable because of the weapons they use—harpe and dagger, both with curved blades— used by Perseus and Mithras respectively.
Religious and state “capital revengers” and “sacrificants” that specialize in secret ritual strangulation are far from long loss and forgotten history. Known as the “soldiers of Christ” after the military bearing of their founder, Ignatius Loyola, there are over 12,000 Jesuit priests, and the society is one of the largest groups in the Roman Catholic church. The quotes from the Jesuit Oath were entered into the Congressional Record, 62nd Congress, 3rd Session; House Bill 1523, Library of Congress, Catalog Card Number, 66-43354, Volume 49, part 4, pages 3215-16.

STEPHEN BLAKE CRAWFORD, STANFORD, HUMAN SACRIFICE & ALEISTER CROWLEY
Many including himself have been waiting a long time for a break in the infamous Satanic Black Mass RitualMurdersacrifice of Arlis Perry in October 1974 at Roman Catholic Stanford University Memorial Church. According to the San Francisco Gate, DNA testing provided investigators with new leads in the unsolved murder that led to 72 year old, Stephen Blake Crawford of San Jose, CA.
Crawford, a U.S. Air Force veteran, was born in Los Angeles. He began work for the Stanford Department of Public Safety in 1971 as a police officer and had carried a gun. He had master keys to most of the building on campus. He left Stanford sometime in 1976. And, they aren’t talking about what he did after leaving Stanford University. Early in the investigation of Perry’s murder, law enforcement allowed Crawford to walk without taking a lie detector test that most of the Perry murder suspects took. In the interest of National Security?
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office deputies said they arrived at a San Jose apartment around 9 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 to serve a warrant to Crawford. After deputies announced themselves at the front door, they heard a gunshot. When they entered the apartment Crawford was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.[1] Crawford took part in the heinous Satanic ritual sacrifice of Arlis Perry that I believe was part of the CIA MK ULTRA Occult Bureau. It is possible that he had been implanted with a termination or self destruction alter personality.
And, it seems as though the Sheriff’s Office is overly anxious to close the books on the Perry murder case without talking about the man’s background in or his tie ins to satanism. They won’t even talk about the motive for killing Perry, because they would have to discuss Black Mass human sacrifices, and Satanicdesecration of the Catholic Church.
Whomever killed Arlis Perry were fervent SATANISTS and Crowleyians. Crawford wasn’t alone that midnight hour. From the DNA evidence, it appears that Crawford was getting off on the kneeling pillow, while someone else, a sacrificant, ritually strangledPerry. The person that killed Perry was a Satanic High Priest ritual STRANGLER and CIA Assassin. Many thought that anyone linking Perry’s murder to a satanic cult was crazy. Well, it appears that Crawford didn’t share that opinion during his life.

ARLIS PERRY, NORTH DAKOTA & THE PROCESS CHURCH
The Process Church
After graduating from Bismarck High School, Arlis’s husband Bruce Perry moved across the country to attend Stanford University pursuing a career as a doctor. Arlis still had a year left in high school and it has been reported that during this time, while Bruce was away, Arlis, a fervent Christian, spent her time spreading the Gospel and proselytizing to non-believers. One of the groups that Arlis allegedly approached and knew a lot about in Bismarck and attempted to convert was the Process Church. The full name of the group is the Process Church of the Final Judgment.
Established in London in 1966 by Mary Ann Maclean and Robert de Grimston Moore, two former Scientologists who were expelled from the church.
During questioning, Charles Manson was asked if he knew Process co-founder Robert De Grimston Moore, to which Manson responded “You’re looking at him. Moore and I are one and the same.”[2]
Robert DeGrimston has published three books on the subject of war, Jehovah on War, Lucifer on War and Satan on War, alleging that the words are from the three gods themselves as operating through the mouth of DeGrimston. The Process Church is linked to Nazi Occultism, Satanism, Son of Sam, and Charles Manson and Family. The Process Church of the Final Judgment is an English occult society dedicated to observing and aiding the end of the world by stirring up murder, violence and chaos (Helter Skelter), and dedicated to the proposition that they, the Process (The Enlightened Ones), shall survive the gore as the chosen people.

Grimston’s wife, Mary Anne DeGrimston assumed various names such as Hecate and the Oracle and possibly Circe. Both Robert and Mary Anne are devout reincarnationist. According to one account, Mary Anne believes she is the reincarnation (agent) of Dr. Paul Josef Goebbels.[3]
Aleister Crowley was born October 12, 1975. Perry was murdered around midnight on the 12th of October. Perry’s body had been spread across the central altar of the church, but that the authorities had her body moved to another location in order to maintain the sanctity of the church. Found on her back, naked from the waist down with her legs spread wide apart, her pants were carefully placed over her legs to form oppositional, triangular shapes.[4]
In Amalantrah Working (1918) Crowley reached the conclusion that the name should be spelled BAFOMIThR, signifying “Father Mithras.” Crowleyan invocations and sexual magick involve ancient Mithraic and Bacchanalian rites, Goetia, and Gnosticism.

The Grimorium Verum (Latin for True Grimoire or The Grimoire of Truth) is an 18th-century grimoire attributed to one “Alibeck the Egyptian” of Memphis, who purportedly wrote in 1517. Like many grimoires, it claims a tradition originating with King Solomon.

August 10, 1969, six of the Manson Family led by Tex Watson entered the La Bianca residence, tied up both Rosemary and Leno, placed pillow cases over their heads, and strangled them with lamp cords. But, they weren’t experienced stranglers.
Rosemary and Leno La Bianca were then stabbed repeatedly until they eventually had passed. Most of the Manson Family serial murders of white families were remarkably blamed on a satanic sect of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense. I was well away and distance from the Panthers when they welcomed the ILLUMINATI into the black movement, and began to move into the isolated Santa Cruz Mountains for clandestine CIA MK ULTRA Revolutionary arms and explosives training with Dr. Gregory Bateson and SRI stationed at Santa Cruz University.
In 1969, Bobby Seale converted to a secret sect of Humanism Ministry most likely attached to the Fellowship of Humanity (Humanist Hall) in Oakland. It is the first and oldest affiliate of the American Humanist Association. Humanist philosophies are all focused on humans. Human beings—not God—are at the center of all this thinking. Within secular humanism, and even religious humanism to a lesser degree, anything dealing with the supernatural (including God, the Bible, angels, demons) isn’t considered. While modern humanists point to Prometheus in Greek mythology as a hero in defiance of Zeus, the real origin of humans defying God and thinking for themselves goes back to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Satan presented the underlying philosophy of self-determination to Eve as higher-level thinking—something positive and good for her to do. Satan invited Eve to cast away God’s rules and to think for herself. Based upon Satan’s sales pitch for humanism, Eve was deceived (Timothy 2:14). She ate of the forbidden fruit and gave it to Adam, who did the same. Bobby began to sell a slick version of Satanism/Humanism among brothers and sisters in the black community, Man is God, the Son of Man Temple.
In April 1971, BPP Captain Fred Bennettwas ritually sacrificed. His body was mutilated, dismembered and burned at a secret so called revolutionary bomb training hideout in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The secret bomb and revolutionary training sites in the mountains were overseen by a clandestine untouchable special group of mulatto Humanist CIA agent provocateurs and assassins operating out of the Humanist Hall on 27th Street in Oakland.
Early on October 13, 1974, a security guard (Stephen Blake Crawford) was making his usual rounds at Stanford Memorial Church when he made a shocking discovery: Inside the church, lay the corpse of a young woman on the altar. They said that her body was found on the side of the altar.
However, Satanists don’t roll like that. Perry’s body was spread across the top of the altar. 19 year old Arlis Perry of Bismarck, North Dakota had an ice pick shoved through the back of her left ear, and it appeared she had been strangled. The ice pick is a silent killer that causes lethal internal bleeding at the site. The young woman was naked from the waist down, and the killer(s) had inserted a 3-foot long candle into her vagina.

A second altar candle was placed under her bra between her breasts. Despite the candles being used as devices for sexual assault, there was no evidence that Arlis had been defiled any other way. There were no signs of rape, although a kneeling pillow found next to the body did have traces of semen on it.[5]
The Perry ritual killing was a secret Black MassSatanic RitualSacrifice serviced by at least two (2) or more satanists. Today, we know that Stephen Blake Crawford had been one of them. The two witnesses who exited the church shortly after Arlis arrived described a man entering the church as being approximately five foot ten inches tall, and of medium build and with sandy hair. Interestingly, this description fits that of the unknown man who visited argued with Arlis at her job the day before her murder.[6]
In the late 1980s, the truth community was blown away when the iconic classic Maury Terry “The Ultimate Evil: Mind Control, Satanism, & the U.S. National Security Establishment” (1987) fully documented Perry’s ritual murder links to the Charles Manson Family, Son of Sam, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, and the Process Church of England.
The Minot Air Force Base is located in Ward County, North Dakota. It is home to Aerospace Defense Command, Strategic Air Command (SAC), Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC).[7]There is evidence of air force base’s ties to clandestine mind-control programs. Minot is an area that has highly secretive satanic cults operating in it that have been directly tied to the Son of Samcoven.
In June 1971, Jewish Charles Richard Berkowitz joined the U.S. Army. In December, he was shipped to South Korea as an Army Specialist E4 where he is stationed for 10 months.
During his years of service, he used marijuana, mescaline, amphetamines, and LSD. The Late John Judge along with Mae Brussell maintained that the type of “acid” the MansonFamily used was a special military version, unlike the stuff found on the streets, and though it was called “acid” was actually different from LSD-25. It is believed that the MK-ULTRA version of “acid” was a psilocybin derivative called EA1729 that was used at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, home to Himmler’s SS Rocket Team, as part of MK-ULTRA experiments. Reportedly, this is the same “acid” that a buddy of David Berkowitz’s named Terry Patterson – who served with him in Korea – claimed Berkowitz was given by the “brass” while he served in the Army. Berkowitz was placed in a special program for “profiled” candidates, after he asked for conscientious objector status. Mae Brussell was convinced that Berkowitz was another in a long list of MK-ULTRA patsies, and hilariously referred to him as “Son of Uncle Sam”.
At Least 4 (Four) Son of Sam Assassins
The Son of Sam and the .44 Caliber killings and assaults, began in New York City during the summer of 1976. The crimes were perpetrated with a .44 Bulldog revolver. Six people were murdered and nine wounded by July 1977. Charles Richard Berkowitz (MK ULTRA LSD Mind Control Occult Bureau Satanist) was arrested and charged with all the crimes. However, the Son of Sam murders and assaults were carried out by a clandestineSatanic Coven linked to Minot.
Terry was also able to connect the 1978 death of John Carr (F-106 Maintenance) at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. Carr, who was shot in the head (suicided) at the home of his girlfriend on base, was initially listed as a suicide, but it turned out, John’s father, Sam Carr of Yonkers, was the inspiration for the term “Son of Sam.” Sam had another son named Michael also linked to the Process and the Son of Sam assault team. When the investigation of John’s murder got close to Michael, he also came up dead.[8]

Berkowitz told Terry the group likely killed John Carr, a user of illicit drugs and diagnosed schizophrenic, because of his bizarre behavior and the fact he was untrustworthy. Berkowitz also fingered Carr as one of the Son of Sam shooters.
Terry traveled to Minot, N.D., where he interviewed Lieutenant Terry Gardner of the Ward County Sheriff’s Department, who had received a book from Berkowitz during the time he was investigating Carr’s death. The book was the Anatomy of Witchcraft by Peter Haining and on page 114, Berkowitz (or someone) had underlined the following passage: “The shade of Aleister Crowley looms large in the area, but his excesses pale into insignificance compared to today’s devil worshipers.”
Arliss Perry
In the margins, he had written: “Arliss [sic] Perry. Hunted, stalked and slain. Followed to California,” and scribbled at the top of the page was: “Stanford Univ.” (Berkowitz later admitted the chilling notations were his.) Peter Haining became one of Britain’s leading authorities on horror, and particularly on early Gothic and the classic English ghost story.[9]
Many scoffed at Terry’s claims and his response was: “Why would he [Berkowitz] make it up? He had no motive, no reason. He’s confessed to three murders, he’s not getting out.”[10] Berkowitz linked Perry’sritual murder at Stanford directly to an assassin from Los Angeles called Manson II that was connected to the Charles Manson Family. Terry did not reveal the identity of Manson II, but stated that he had moved in the circles of both Charlie Manson and Mama Cass Elliot. It is likely that there were more than one Manson IIHigh Priest Satanic Stranglers.

MAE BRUSSELL, STANFORD, THE CIA MK ULTRA SATANIC STRANGLER & THE DEATH ANGELS
The late great Mae Brussell believed that she had been directly stalked by a figure connected to Manson II. In 1975, she met him face to face in her home. Mae met him thru an alleged truther researcher called Julie Mc____. She dropped him off at Mae’s home in Carmel-By-the-Sea. A couple of years later, Julie called Mae to apologize for bringing the man to her home. Julie said that she had been enticed to bring him to her house. As a reward, she worked with CIA figures, E. Howard Hunt and U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel William Buckley of the CIA.[11]
Lt. Col. Buckley was employed by the CIA from 1955 to 1957 and again from 1965 until his death in 1985. He served in many varied assignments all over the world. He was taken hostage from his last assignment in Beirut; Lebanon where he was the Political Officer/ Station Chief at the U.S. Embassy. Colonel Buckley died after 15 months in captivity of illness and torture.[12]
E. Howard Hunt was the country’s most dangerous and notorious CIA spooks linked to the assassination of JFK, who later served time for his role as one of the plumbers in the bungled burglary that later toppled Richard Nixon.[13] Julie also told Mae that the CIA planned to build a house across the street from her to serve as high tech surveillance center to monitor her and the truth community. The house was built. And, the day that Mae died the house across the street mysteriously burned down.
Julie told Mae that the man she left at her house the was the assassin that did the killing (ritual strangling) at Stanford of the Perloff (Perlov) girl. He was a shadow government”capital revenger” and a CIA “sacriicant” strangler.
On Feb. 16, 1973, deputies found the body of Leslie Marie Perlov in the foothills behind the Stanford campus . Perlov, age 21, had been strangled to death three days earlier. Her scarf “wrapped tightly around her throat.” The case remains unsolved to this day. The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate it as a cold case.[14]
Police Say Perlov Not Sexually Assaulted Leslie Marie Perlov, the Palo Alto law clerk whose strangled body was discovered last Friday in the foothills behind the campus, was apparently not sexually assaulted as was previously believed. Capt. Frank Mosunic said that “indications are that she was not sexually assaulted” before she was murdered. Her skirt had been pulled up around her waist, and her pantyhose had been stuffed into her mouth.[15]
September 11, 1973, Santa Clara County sheriff’s detectives and officers of the Stanford Department of Public Safety (Stephen Blake Crawford) remain baffled by the brutal murder of a physics student. Early on the morning of Sept. 11, a jogger found the body of David Sidney Levine, a senior in physics from Ithaca, N.Y., on a walkway just east of the Meyer Library. About 1 am in the morning, Levine’s assailants stabbed him 15 times in the back and side with long knives.
It is believed that Levine may have been an early victim of the “Death Angels” Satanic Cult, a prison mind control group responsible for the so-called Zebra race killings. San Francisco Mayor Joseph Alioto, announcing the arrest of seven men in connection with the killings, said Levine’s murder was one of 73 (seventy-three) “murderous assaults” in the state that might be laid to the reputed black separatist sect. Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Lead Detective Capt. Frank Mosunic told the Daily yesterday that “what we have would coincide with what San Francisco has released to the media.” Mosunic said that there is a “very strong possibility that two blacks were involved in the (Levine) murder,” and that “we wil1 be in touch with San Francisco tonight, and some people from Alameda.”[16]
Jessie Lee Cooks & Anthony Harris
The satanic “two blacks” suspected of killing Levine with long knives were former state mental patients/convicts Anthony Cornelius Harris and multiple personality disorderedJessie Lee Cooks, both connected to clandestine California prisonCIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH Black Manchurian Candidate mind control programs.
The October 20, 1973 machete (long knives) murder of Quita Hague, and mutilation of Richard Hague in San Francisco was the work of Black Manchurian Candidates Cooks, and Anthony Harris. Cooks was identified by Hague as an assailant. Hague could not identify the other assailants, but it was Cooks that abducted them. Hague said that he was hit in head with an object by Cooks, and knocked unconscious.
On October 30, 1973, at approximately 9:05 p.m., Frances Rose, 28, was shot and killed with a .22 automatic pistol at 55 Laguna Street. A witness described the assailant as a muscular Black man, 25, 5’ 10”, wearing a navy-blue watch cap, an olive-green jacket, and gloves. A few minutes later within blocks of the scene of the shooting, police stopped Jessie Lee Cooks. Cooks was perspiring profusely like Manchurian Candidate Sirhan Sirhan after the Assassination of RFK.[17]
Cooks had been through the various federal CIACHAOS “spook” prison secret behavior modification and conditioning systems and assessments at Terre Haute, Marion, McNeil Island (Charles Manson), and Terminal Island (Charles Manson). Cooks was a perfect Manchurian Candidate for the Big Show (Death Angels/Zebra Murders- Strategy of Tension).
For the Big Show, Cooks was turned over to a white Russian emigrant, Dr. David G. Schmidt of Stanford University Medical Center at Neumiller Hospital, San Quentin Prison. Prison Chief Psychiatrist Dr. Schmidt was a colleague of CIA-MK ULTRA/MONARCH psychiatrist and Station Chief at Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility, Dr. James Alexander Hamilton.
During the 1950s, Dr. Schmidt reportedly collaborated in secret CIA-MK ULTRA LSD experiments using state prisoners in the psychiatric wards as guinea pigs. Dr. Schmidt allegedly invented a secret mind control (psychotronic) machine called, Magnetic Integrated Neuron Duplicator (MIND). This is just a fancy phrase that means EEG cloning. TAMI stands for “Thought Amplifier and MIND Interface”.[18]
Anthony Cornelius Harris turned state witness and walked away from murder charges and disappeared even though he was directly linked to killing 10 out of 14 whites during the Zebra Killings operation. Anthony Harris had an extensive psychiatric history and institutional background. In 1959, when he was 14 years old, Anthony’s mother placed him in a state mental hospital, Pacific State Hospital, because he was fighting with his brothers and sisters. He was in the hospital about a year before he escaped from Patton State Hospital where he had most likely undergone mind control experiments to kill consistent with the objectives of the CIA’s notorious zombie assassin program, MK-ULTRA/MONARCH.
George Tarjan & Linus Pauling
The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) had a special research project/branch at Pacific, Socio-Behavior Study for Mental Retardation. The NIMH project was headed by Dr. George Tarjan and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Linus Pauling, an international renowned chemical/nuclear scientist. Dr. Tarjan was a Professor of Psychiatry of the Neuropsychiatric Institute, UCLA, Past President of the American Psychiatric Association, and American Academy of Child Psychiatry.
Dr. Jolly West
The UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute was home to the notorious CIA/MK- ULTRA “Maestro of Mind Control”, Dr. Louis Jolyon West. The CIA funded secret MK ULTRA programs at state mental hospitals thru NIMH. It was a conduit for CIA funded clandestine mind control programs.[19]
Anthony Harris, number B-35599, was also a mind control subject of Stanford University’sDr. David G. Schmidt and the MIND machine at San Quentin.[20] However, I don’t believe that there was any evidence that really linked Harris and Cooks to the killing of Levine. Mayor Joseph Alioto inside information about the “Death Angels” came out of Anthony Harris and his control group. Nevertheless, the Levine case remains unsolved.
Dr. Schmidt’sSan Quentin Mind Control Boys infiltrated the well respected Nation of Islam mosques in Oakland and San Francisco to use as bases of operation. Dr. Gregory Bateson also ran a clandestineStanford Research Institute (SRI)experimentalBlack Manchurian Candidate program out of the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. Bateson and SRI’s group centered around a false Muslim sect called, Al Constran.[21] They were also a cell of drug runners and the Zebra Operation long knives “Death Angels.” [22]
Jessie LeeCooks had been in police custody since October 1973, they could have stopped the infamous Zebra Killings before it ran amok from October 1973 to April 1974. There were at least 15 murders and 8 attempted murders, entirely against white victims. However, some authorities believe there may have been as many as 73 (seventy-three), or more, victims killed in California.[23]
On March 24, 1974, Janet Ann Taylor, 21, was strangled to death after leaving the Stanford University campus. Taylor, daughter of former Stanford University Athletic Director Charles A. (Chuck) Taylor, was apparently hitchhiking back to her La Honda home after visiting friends on the campus Sunday night. Her body was found the next morning three miles from the Stanford campus, in a roadside ditch on Sand Hill Rd. Like Perlov, Taylor was strangled (although by hand instead of with a scarf) but not sexually molested. The stranglingpressure crushed bones in her throat. Investigators at the time speculated about a possible link between the cases.“Both were barefoot when their bodies were found, and both had been wearing raincoats,” The Daily reported. “Both women had been carrying purses, which were not found with the bodies.”[24]
In July 1976, adhesive tape was the weapon of choice in the murder of 25-year-old Edward McNeill, a postdoctoral researcher in chemistry. In the fifth unsolved murder of a Stanford University community member in three years, McNeill was bound with adhesive tape and strangledin his Menlo Park apartment. His landlady and a friend found McNeill on July 20, and coroners declared that he had been dead for approximately two days.[25]
The CIA “capital avenger” that stalked Mae Brussell in Carmel-By-the Sea linked to Stanford’s ritual strangulation murders does not appear to have been a man generally believed to be the Manson II serial assassin, William Molony “Bill” Mentzer, or Stephen Blake Crawford that was working at Stanford in 1975.
William Mentzer is serving life without the possibility of parole in a California prison. In 1991, he was convicted of the 1983 murder of Roy A. Radin. Allegedly, Mentzer aka Manson II was an associate of Charles Manson, but he hasn’t been convicted of any crime connected with Manson Family. He also allegedly associated with the Son of Sam satanic coven. They also allege that he may possibly be the Zodiac Killer. One thing is certain is that he was a low ranking hit man with ties to U.S. intelligence and the shadow government. He wasn’t very smart and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. In 1983, he had been hired by drug dealer Karen DeLayne Greenberger along with Alex Lomota Marti and Robert Ulmer Lowe to kidnap and murder Roy Radin, because Radin had cut her out of a Hollywood movie deal and had been involved in the theft of cocaine and money from her house.

In Oakland, there was another MK ULTRA sleeper malfunction. Marilyn Webster was also a 16 year old knife welding assailant from Oakland, CA. She was alien to the Brady BunchAlex’s image of an ordinary All American white student. Marilyn’s world propagandized profile was everything that Brady Bunch Alex wasn’t. In contrast to Alex Hribal, Marilyn was a poor non-white MPD mentally disturbed anti-social, dysfunctional schizoid sociopath with a background of ritual abuse that her attorney described as hard and difficult to believe.
Yet unlike the evidence in Alex’s case, we know for certain who programmed Marilyn into a sleeper MK ULTRA/Project MONARCH Satanic MPD black female Manchurian Candidate.
Just as in the case of the Jedi Assassin- Sebron Flenaugh, I studied the police reports, case files, witness statements and all the public documents that you can assess before coming to any conclusions. On March 15, 2005 around sunset in Berkeley, CA, Marilyn and her MK ULTRA/Project MONARCH handler/programmer, Seyedeh Hamaseh Kianfar, were on their way to a secluded section of the city’s nearly 4 acre wooded Historic Rose Garden for mental conditioning and exercises.
At that time, Berkeley resident’s Alexander and Katherine Pope were also walking through the park. While passing Kianfar and Webster along a narrow garden park pathway, Webster flipped the script on her programming and suddenly attacked Mrs. Pope with almost blinding speed. Webster went for her throat and slashed the 75 year old woman’s throat almost to the bone.
Like Alex, this adolescent had also been trained to strike with a knife. Marilyn struck so coldly, precisely, quietly and smoothly in TRANCE that Mrs. Pope’s husband walking only inches behind her on the path didn’t see the attack.
After the savage attack, Seyedeh Kianfar and Webster escaped the crime scene in a silver or light blue convertible sports car. Witnesses reported the getaway car’s license plate numbers to police that identified Seyedeh Kianfar as one of the fleeing suspects.
Mrs. Pope was left to bleed to death on that quiet garden pathway and only the swift action of her husband saved her life. In the aftermath of the crime, Seyedeh Kianfar scurried Webster away and bought her a complete change of bloody clothes. Seyedeh Kianfar disposed of the bloody clothes and secrete the RitualFeasting Knife.
With a new set of clothes and a word of caution about Webster and access to knives, Seyedeh Kianfar dropped the girl off at home and took off. Seyedeh Kianfar didn’t call the police until 15 hours later.[63] Kianfar initiatively told police a bold face lie that she just happened to be driving by the Berkeley Rose Garden, and saw the 16-year-old girl holding a knife and running down the sidewalk toward Mrs. Pope.[64] That had been the original script for a veiled assassination by a sleeper agent- lone-wolf crazed juvenile black assailant.
Marilyn was intended to be yet another highline story- poster-child to fuel the eugenic debate about nature vs. mature, and further polarize the races. Marilyn was bound to be disposed of in a hail of police bullets until she unexpectedly flipped the switch and exposed her programmers.

At the time of the knife attack, Miss Kianfar was a state/county employee. She was an Alameda County mental-health worker or a guidance counselor at Juvenile Hall in San Leandro. Marilyn Webster was a Ward of the State of California locked away in its foster-care (abuse) system. Mental health counselors had been strictly forbidden from fraternizing with their charges outside the facility.
In 2007, Kianfar surrounded by her seen and unseen influential grove of supporters had worked out a plea deal with the Alameda County Mafia. She pleaded “no contest” to the charge of accessory after the fact to assault with a deadly weapon.With her plea, she worked out a covenant to not spend any time in county jail or state prison.
Gutless Judge C. Don Clay Threw County/State Satanic Ritually Abused Black and Brown Children Under the Bus
Alameda County Superior Court Judge C. Don Clay completely twisted the facts around and almost proclaimed Kianfar a HERO for calling police 15 hours later to get that wild and crazy black girl off the streets before he attacked anyone else. The judge ordered Hamaseh Kianfar to spend the nextfive years on probation, do 30 days of sheriff’s work detail, which can include picking up trash on roadsides, and complete 2,000 hours of community service, such as volunteering for a nonprofit organization. That was an end to a possible public trial.[73]
I was hopeful for a public trial. However, I knew all along that it wasn’t realistic. Kianfar’s public trial would have opened Pandora’s Box to covert SatanicCIA/MK ULTRA mind control projects involving virtual defenseless and throwaway predominately black and brown children, Wards of the State of California. In lieu of a public criminal trial, I was also hopeful that the Popes would file a civil claim against Kianfar, the county and state for damages, then proceed to a civil trial that also would have opened MK ULTRA’s Pandora’s Box in Oakland. However, I couldn’t find anything in the public records regarding the Popes’ claim for civil damages and proceedings.
The Popes weren’t ordinary liberal John and Jane Doe of Berkeley. It turns out that they both were purveyors of the secret shadow government. Alexander H. Pope had been a powerful Westwood-Sacramento politically influential attorney- keylegal advisor and legislative secretary to 1950s California Governor Pat Brown, father of current Governor Jerry Brown.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Chicago and its law school, where he was managing editor of the Law Review, Pope served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954. That included a stint in the U.S. Korean Aggression as the news analyst (military intelligence) for the 8th Army in Seoul. He also held the extremely powerful position of influence as the Los Angeles County Assessor during the 1970s.[74] The victim, Katherine Pope, was/is a special coordinator at UC Berkeley’s Bancroft Library[75] that has been an internal part of covert CIA/FBI collaboration, spying, surveillance/counterintelligence activities on campus for decades.[76]
SeyedehKianfar and her grove must have been an extremely powerful and scary force, because it appeared that the Popes either made a secret compensation deal with Kianfar,AlamedaCounty Mafia and state or they were too afraid to open Pandora’s Box to the public. Kianfar’s “nolo contendere” literally means “I do not wish to contest.” Essentially the same as a guilty plea, a “no contest” plea results in a California criminal conviction. When you plead “no contest”, you are not technically admitting guilt but are still allowing the court to determine your punishment.[78]
Marilyn Webster initially charged with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon pled guilty to assault charges in September 2005 and really hadn’t seen the light of day since her arrest. Most of her time in custody, Marilyn was under special 24-hour guard in solitary confinement at juvenile hall to plug any more leaks.
She was last reported living at the Porterville Developmental Hospitalin Tulare County, a state mental health treatment facility in the Sierra Foothills. She was expected to be confined away at that facility until at least 2012.[79]

Being at Porterville State Hospital was far from being a picnic and a rest resort for Marilyn. It is an institutional that that has primarily dwelt into “operant conditioning” as a so-called therapeutic system since 1966. By some accounts, “operant condition can be dehumanizing and can at times lead to a total loss of human values. They also complain about the use of electric shock grids, physical restraint., prolonged seclusion, and deprivation.” [81]

The voice of Crowley’sBook of the Law that he transcribed while in TRANCE had been Aiwaz.[89] As Crowleycame to discover sometime in 1918 that Aiwaz was the proper name of the god of the Yezidis. It was believed that the Yezidis, a Kurdish people located in northern Iraq, worshipped a primitive form of Satan. This became the basis of Crowley’s subsequent identification of Aiwaz with SATAN.[90]
Yezidism, as the religion of the Yezidis is called, combines traditional beliefs with Islamic Sufiheresies. The Yezidi belief system is reminiscent of the Gnostic Nag Hammadi scriptures. Like certain Gnostic sects, the Yezidis identify the disobedience of Satan as an enlightened act. The Yezidis follow the Quran, which states that Satan was cast down by God for refusing to submit to man. Like some Sufis, the Yezidis believe that God’s command was a test, and only Iblis understood this. In fact, God was testing the angel’s love of him. Iblis was willing to disobey God and endure hell itself rather than give up God his love and submission to the Highest. Thus, Ibliscan be viewed as the true Moslem.[91]
The Quran, in many citations, portrays Satan or Iblis as an angel. Iblis is a personal name of the “Devil” and “Enemy of God.”
And (remember) when We said to the angels: “Prostrate yourselves before Adam.” And they prostrated except Iblis (Satan), he refused and was proud and was one of the disbelievers (disobedient to Allah). S. 2:34 [92]
One version is that Iblis claimed to be a nobler being created by fire while man came only from clay. For this exhibition of pride and disobedience, God threw Iblis out of heaven. His punishment, however, was postponed until the Judgment Day when he and his host will have to face the eternal fire of hell until that time he is allowed to tempt all but true believers to evil.[93]
Many Sufis see Iblis as a model for the perfect monotheist and lover of god because he refused to bow down to Adam, because of his separation from his beloved. Ahmad AL-GHAZALI reportedly said, who does not learn from Satan proclaiming god’s oneness is an infidel.[94]
According to tradition, Sufi Preacher AL-GHAZALI gave the so-called Devil worshippers, the Yazidis, the justification for their worship of Satan (Ahmad Taymur Pasha, al-Yazidiyya, Cairo 1352, 59-61).[95]
“Sufism is the science by which one knows the methods of traveling towards the King of kings.”[96] While in Alameda County Santa Rita Jail, Ronnie Flenaugh’s leader, Death Angel Executioner,William E. (Billy) Mapp, made a motion in his behalf (Pro Per) to the court to recues Superior Court Judge Leonard Dieden from his case for prejudice. Mapp had been literally kidnapped off the street by OPD, severely beaten and jailed at Santa Rita County Jail. His sudden reference to “King of kings” isn’t conclusive that he had been subjected to MK ULTRA radical Suficonversion, but it’s certainly a clue.
One thing is certain is that when Mapp was apprehended for capital murder in Southern California, Self-Destruct Alter Personalities set in. Devils and demons suddenly drove Mapp into paranoia and insanity – post hypnotic termination and amnesia blocks.
Prior to that, Mapp had been moving around the state and Nevada with a get-out of jail pass from the Alameda County Mafia, District Attorney, D. Lowell Jensen.[98] Just prior to Mapp gunning down two men in Southern California, he was arrested in Las Vegas for pimping. The police took his gun, then gave it back to him with walking papers from the Alameda County Mafia. He ended up in Pasadena executing two men with that same weapon.
By the time of trial for murder in 1973 in Los Angeles, Mapp had suddenly become so mentally impaired by devils and demons that a jury found him not guilty of murder by reason of insanity (CA Pen. Code, § 1026).[99]
Some sources say that it was Iblis that by a “Divine Trial” tempted Abraham to sacrifice his son by the blade of a knife. The consistent version is that God by “Divine Trial” compelled Abraham to sacrifice his son for Love– the Love of God.

The bible and many ancient texts claim that Abraham ofUr of the Chaldeans is the father of all religions and nations.[100] By a covenant with God, he is said to be the father of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
God’s first covenant to Abraham was the land gift to him and all of his descendants. Along with that gift was the promise his descendants will be as numerous as the stars in heaven; and, the world would be blessed because of him. (Genesis 17:1-8.) When given his covenant from God his name was changed from Abram to Abraham. Abraham means “father of many nations.” But the covenant was conditioned on the requirement that Abraham “walk with me (God) and be blameless.” (Genesis 17:1.) This covenant requirement was repeated in detail in Deuteronomy 28. [101]
According to the Bible, God commands Abraham to offer his son Isaac as a sacrifice. (Genesis 22:5 and 22:8 ). After Isaac is bound to an altar, the angel of God stops Abraham at the last minute, saying “now I know you fear God.” At this point Abraham sees a ram caught in some nearby bushes and sacrifices the ram as a burnt offering instead of Isaac.[102]
Muslims consider that visions experienced by prophets are revelations from God, and as such it was a “Divine Order” to Abraham. The entire episode of the human sacrifice is regarded as a trial of God for Abraham and his son, and both are seen as having passed the test by submitting to God and showing their awareness that God is the Owner and Giver of all that we have and cherish, including life and offspring. The submission of Abraham and his son is celebrated and commemorated by Muslims on the days of Eid al- Adla.[103]
Abraham’s human sacrifice of Isaac had been under the system of the worship of Moloch and the Baal-Ishtar. It was common in Arabia and the world generally until the worship of the Golden Calf was eliminated by Christianity.[104]
The ritualized slaughter of animals is a very special and affectionate custom in Abrahamic Jewish life. The body count and the attack is unquestionable, and the programmer/handler by the public record didn’t contest the fact that she had programmed a young ritually abused 16 year old black female of our community to be a knife welding Blood Rite Executioner.
Sufism is a mystical or esoteric form of the Muslim faith that seeks a direct experience of God. In Sufi tradition, al-Khiḍr has come to be known as one of those who receive illumination direct from God without human mediation. He is the hidden initiator of those who walk the mystical path, like some of those from the Uwaisitariqa.
Uwaisis are those who enter the mystical path without being initiated by a living master. Instead they begin their mystical journey either by following the guiding light of the teachings of the earlier masters or by being initiated by the mysterious Prophet-Saint al-Khiḍr.[107] According to the New Oxford American Dictionary, “Sufism is the esoteric dimension of the Islamic faith, the spiritual path to mystical union with God. It is influenced by other faiths, such as Buddhism, and reached its peak in the 13th century.”[108]
Seyedeh Hamaseh Kianfar’s mother is Dr. Nahid Angha, PhD. She is a co-founder of the International Association of Sufism (IAS). Dr. Angha is the main representative of IAS to the United Nations (NGO/DPI). She is Executive Editor of the journal Sufism, An Inquiry, and founder of the international Sufi Women Organization (SWO).[109]
Dr. Angha is the daughter of Moulana Shah Maghsoud, above, the twentieth century Persian Sufi of the Uwaiysi School of Sufism, Dr. Angha was the first woman appointed to teach in her father’s school, and later the first woman ever to sit in the inner circle council with Muslim leaders from around the world to lead meditation at the annual Sufi Symposium. In 2000, she earned UNESCO’s “Messenger of Peace” award for her work as a humanitarian leader.[110]
Seyedeh Hamaseh’s father is Shah Nazar Ali Kianfar, 68, the 1983 co-founder of the IAS. He is the spiritual son of Uwaiysi Sufi Master Moulana Shah Maghsoud. He began his study and devotion to the discipline of Sufism in his twenties, and later was appointed to teach in the Uwaiysi Tarighat.Seyyed Dr. Kianfar was among the first of Moulana Shah Maghsoud’s students to be given this honor. To commemorate the significance, Moulana Shah Maghsoud gave Seyyed Dr. Kianfar the honorary title Shah Nazar (The Sight of the King).[111]
Seyedeh Hamaseh Kianfar’s sister,Sahar Angha Kianfar, is a Great Britain and California Attorney.[112] She is Hamaseh’s co-author of the book, Sufi Stories.[113] They are the granddaughter of Moulana Shah Maghsoud. Shah Maghsoud is the last of the long lineage descended from Uwaiys-i-Gharan whose way of spiritual traveling was directly approved by the Prophet Mohammad.[114]
Shah Maghsoud & The Bloodline and Path of Uwaiysi
Shah Maghsoud’sUwaiysi Tarighat is an Order of Sufis practicing in the ancient tradition of the Path ofUwaiys-i-Gharan. Gharan was a devotee and a follower of the Prophet Muhammad from the 7th Century AD.
Uwaiys-i-Gharan was a mysterious ascetic figure born in Yemen. He is reported to have been a slim man of medium height who had a white spot on the palm of his hand. He ate very little, and sold dates to earn a living, eating only to break his fasts and giving the remainder to the needy. He wore an old robe, which he knitted himself, to keep warm. He was a shepherd, and supported his elderly mother, whom he cared for.[115]
Uwaiys Gharan never met the Prophet Muhammad, but the Prophet told his devotees, “There is a man in Gharan whose name is Uwaiys. At the day of Resurrection, he shall intercede for my people to as many as the number of the Rabia and Muzzer tribes.” The Prophet also told his followers, “When you see him, give him my greetings and ask him to pray for my Ummah, my people.”[116]
Uwaiys Gharanwas martyred at the Battle of Saffein. The Battle of Siffin (May–July 657 AD) occurred during the first Muslim Civil War, with the main engagement taking place from July 26 to July 28. It was fought between Ali ibn Abi Talib and Muawiyah I on the banks of the Euphrates River in what is now Ar-Raqqah, Syria.[117]At the other end of dualism, Uwaiys Gharan can also be seen as an Islamic Warrior renowned and honored among both Shia and Sunni Muslims, Sufis in particular, for his piety, Practice of Zuhd (asceticism), and Love for Muhammad Proved by Trial in Battle.
Zuhd, (Arabic: “detachment”), in Islam, asceticism. Even though a Muslim is permitted to enjoy fully whatever unforbidden pleasure God bestows on him, Islam nevertheless encourages and praises those who shun luxury in favour of a simple and pious life. The Quran (Islamic scripture) holds in great esteem those “servants of God who pass the night prostrating themselves in the worship of their Lord” (25:63–65). There are students of Islam, however, who maintain that zuhd was influenced directly by the Christian hermits, with whom early Muslims had some familiarity. We are led to believe that the alleged demons that compelled Tamerlan and Dzhokhar as “lone wolves“ to do unspeakable things and commit horrific crimes against innocent citizens didn’t come from CIA MK ULTRA. Both Tamerlan and his younger brother were used as pasties, informants and actual double agents for the FBI and CIA sheep dipped in Russian Republic Islamic Wahhabi jihadism[127] just like CIA/FBI double agent Lee Harvey Oswald had been sheep dipped in pro-Castro groups/communism before the assassination of JFK.[128]
Sufism and Majestic Mind Control
Majestic is an adjective- describing word. Its standard definition is having or exhibiting majesty.[129]Majesty definition includes, “The Sovereignty and Power of God.”[130]

Fritz Kraemer and his son, Sven Kraemer, were major advisors of the NSC for both Democratic and Republican presidential administrations since Eisenhower. They were also prominent advisors in the Center for Security Policy (CSP), which features the William J. Casey Institute. Federal Judge D. Lowell Jensen’s Alameda County Mafia partner, Edwin Meese III, was an informal advisor of the CSP with the Kraemers. [5] The Kraemers were some of the most dominant and influential members of Henry Kissinger’s staff, and the U.S. Pentagon.
U.S. Domestic Terrorism Operations such as Northwoods were part and parcel of The Knights of Black Sun’s Master plan for a 1000 Year Third Reich of World Domination. After the fire, Van de Lubbe was found by the SS, cowering behind the Reichstag building, the house of the first parliament of Germany. Van de Lubbe had been a mental patient who lived as a vagabond and entertained grand delusions. On the forty-second day of his trial, he talked about “inner voices” that commanded him and demanded that he be put to death. [6] Van de Lubbe’s trial was compromised. He was convicted by a German court and executed. He was guillotined in a Leipzig prison yard on January 10, 1934. [7]
According to Nazi propaganda, the Reichstag fire was intended as a signal for a feared national communist uprising that had long been planned. The Nazis had deliberately set the fire and setup Van de Lubbe as a patsy to scare the people into turning Germany into a Nazi dictatorship and strong-arm fascist state to fight off a sham communist menace.
To justify the invasion of Poland in 1939, the SS took twelve Jewish prisoners out of Buchenwald Concentration Camp and forced them to take poison, shot them after they had put on Polish uniforms. An SS Officer yelled in Polish into a radio transmitter at a radio station bordering Poland and Germany that they had taken over the station, and intended to invade Germany, and then the SS fled leaving the dead Jewish concentration camp inmates scattered about at the site of radio station as proof of Poland’s aggression.[8]
On September 1, 1939, to terrorize the people of Germany, Hitler told the Nazi Reichstag that Poland had tried to invade Germany, and the Wehrmacht was returning fire since 5:45 AM. Actually, in a carefully planned and highly mobile attack codenamed Fall Weiss (Case White) planned by General Field Marshal Walther von Brauchitsch, German land, sea, and air forces were moving rapidly into Poland. U.S. Naval Hospital Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego & FIRST EARTH BATTALION
A blend of PSI (psychokinesis, etc) and mind control was used to create Col. Jim Channon’s U.S. First Earth Battalion (FEB) at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Washington. FEB is an advanced version of the assassins created at the U.S. Naval Hospital Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego in the late 1970’s, which were replications of the CIA’s 1954 Artichoke project. [10]
According to the Late Great Mae Brussell, “Project Artichoke… [t]he object of this project was to create the real “Manchurian Candidate”, an assassin who could be programmed to kill a target and then not even remember he did it.” [11] The mission of the Manchurian Candidates were to commit acts of selected assassinations, and random acts of violence that appear to be crime sprees, and occurrences of international and domestic terrorism.
During the 1ate 1970’s, Sebron Flenaugh, Jr., Oakland’s Jedi Knight Assassin, had been conveniently tucked away at the U.S. Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA.
Alternative House & Project Scangate and the Jonestown Connection
Laser physicists Dr. Russell Targ and Dr. Harold E. Putoff at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Pentagon’s Jack Verona, The Raven, of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in the 1970’s developed the top secret psychic warfare program that was called PROJECT SCANGATE.
John Bircher’s Elmer J. & Deana Mertle AKA Alan & Jeannie Patricia Mills were some of Jim Jones’ most trusted former aids. Jim Jones’ idol and possible mentor was SS Dr. Josef Mengele, The Angel (Demon) of Death. According to some sources, Dr. Mengele was a Jonestown visitor. The Mertles joined Peoples Temple in Redwood City sometime in 1969. The Mertles were members of the Peoples Temple’s select and very sensitive “Lily White” Planning Committee.
The cover story was that the Mertles defected from the Peoples Temple in 1975, and changed their names to Alan Joseph & Jeannie Patricia Mills to avoid associations with their former names because Jim Jones held their signed confessions to various illegal deals.
On January 1, 1980, Alan, Jeannie, and their 15 year old daughter, Daphene, were assassinated at their home at 3028 Regent in Berkeley, CA. The house had been a site for Mertle Rest Home, one of a string of nursing homes ran by the Peoples Temple and Jim Jones.
The Mills had been central in organizing the “Concerned Relatives” of Jonestown. Concerned Relatives was a division of the Human Freedom Center which the Mills were principals. It was “Concerned Relatives” that drew Congressman Leo Ryan into Guyana. Congressman Ryan’s assassination served as a pretext to mass murder of 913 predominately Black women and children in the rainforest of Guyana.
Silent and professional killers murdered the Mills. The Mills’ 17-year-old son, Eddie, sat in a room in the house completely unaware of the murders. Was he drugged? We may never know because the Berkeley Police Department and FBI seem not to be pursuing the case, then or now. This murder remains unsolved.
After the mass murder of the mostly Black women and children of Jonestown on November 18, 1978, the Mills founded a half-way house called Human Freedom Center to counsel, debrief, and control survivors of Jonestown, and former members of the Peoples Temple. Jonestown had been a CIA MK ULTRA Medical Experiment. Dr. Margaret Singer of UC Berkeley worked with the Mills and the Human Freedom Center. She was also involved in covering up CIA’s Jonestown experiments, and Congressman Leo Ryan’s assassination in Guyana. For whatever reasons, Jeannie Mills had been number two on Jim Jones’ (CIA) hit list after San Francisco Mayor George Moscone.
During the 70’s, for cover, many of the CIA’s MK ULTRA pharmaceutical-medical experiments were funneled into domestic prisons, universities, hospitals, clinics, churches and cults. The Mills’ liquidation appears to have been none other than a military intelligence mop up or clean up operation of one of their sensitive domestic programs. In the CIA Jonestown Medical and the Alternative House Assassin experiments, they were cutouts from the beginning. After the Mill’s assassination, Human Freedom Center was taken over by none other than Russell Targ of OPERATION SCANGATE. Targ of SRI had top U.S. governmental military intelligence secret clearances.
Alternate House in Oakland had been frequented by members of a governmental contrived group of virtual reality created Islamic Black Manchurian Candidate Domestic Terrorist to scare the hell out of the masses called Al Constran also known as Al Colestran.
Paul Cook, Ronnie Flenaugh (Al Rashid) and Billy Mapp (Alim Alalah Ali) were members. Two of them would be liquidated within months of each other after the Zebra or Death Angel horrific mass random terrorist attacks against whites took place in the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area.
On October 16, 1972, Paul Cook was liquidated in cold blood on the sidewalk in front of Alternative House at 526 32nd, when he threatened to publicly expose the assassin (Death Angels) program being developed and sustained at the house. Unarmed, Cook’s brains were violently blown out by U.C. Berkeley Assistant Professor, Maalik Al Maalik.
Al Constran was an experimental Black Community Domestic Terrorist Sect “Artichoke Program” setup by the CIA’s Station Chief at Vacaville Medical Men’s Facility, Dr. James Alexander Hamilton of Stanford and UC Berkeley. They were “Dr. (Isaac) Slaughter’s Boys.” Alternative House had been turned into an ex-offender Manchurian Candidate “Murder Incorporated” and “Black Mafia” of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Area.
Additionally, OPERATION SCANGATE ESP remote viewers, Targ and Pat Price of SRI were directly involved in the Symbionese Liberation Army caper, America’s most infamous domestic terrorist operation. OPERATION SCANGATE was called in on the Patty Hearst SLA case by the Berkeley Police Department. ESP is extrasensory perception. It is perception occurring independently of sight, hearing, or other sensory processes.
Price, allegedly by ESP, identified CIA Collaborator Willie Wolfe as a conspirator in the Hearst kidnapping. William Wolfe, alias Charles William Morgan, Cujo, was born in Pennsylvania; son of Dr. L.S. Wolfe, anesthesiologist. Wolfe had travelled for nine months in Europe before coming to Berkeley. [13]
Wolfe attended a UC Berkeley Black Studies class in “Black Lexicon,” under CIA contractor Professor Colston Westbrook, who would later bring Wolfe into Vacaville Medical Facility as a collaborator. Westbrook was the U.C. Berkeley outside facilitator of the Black Cultural Association (BCA), Dr. Hamilton’s secret MK ULTRA experiment cohort group funded by SRI.
Paul Cook’s liquidator, Maalik Al Maalik was also part of the U.C. Black Studies Department with Westbrook. Dr. Isaac Slaughter of the West Oakland Mental Health Clinic was the deliberating Elder and prison psychiatrist of BCA. Westbrook nor Wolfe had no known experience with prisoners, black friends, or radical movements, but Westbrook and Wolfe taught “black identity” to a prison study group at Vacaville. [14]
Wolfe lived at Peking House in Berkeley, the common meeting ground from which the illusory and veiled white “prison reformers” would spread into Vacaville Medical Facility, San Quentin, Folsom, Soledad and San Luis Obispo prisons. Wolfe was the common denominator that brought Russell Little, Robyn Steiner and other whites into the prison group. [15]
Wolfe attended Oakland School Board meetings and brought arguments against Dr. Marcus Foster into BCA prison discussions at Vacaville to incite black prisoners against Dr. Marcus Foster as a pretext to his assassination on November 6, 1973. [16]

Another strange twist to the story is that SRI’s Scangate Remote Viewing Project was once Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler’s secret ESP project. Remote viewing (out of body projection) was directly connected to the secret research and occult practices of the SS.[17]
Russell Targ’s SCANATE PROJECT (Manchurian Candidate) programs were sub-contracted out to Lt. Col. John B. Alexander’s Psi-Tech. [18] A unit called Task Force Delta (TFD) was formed by Col. Alexander. It was related to FEB (First Earth Battalion) at Fort Lewis. Col. Alexander and Major General Albert Stubblebine helped organize the (FEB) First Earth Battalion which in fact sought to create a battalion of mind controlled “Jedi Warriors”. [19] Both have been interested in creating an elite soldier with very powerful paranormal abilities. FEB and TFD both evolved out of the SCANATE PROJECT, and the Novel Biological Information Transfer Mechanisms (NBIT). [20]
Co. Alexander also known as “Dr. Death” is an extremely scary individual. He entered the US Army as a private in 1956. From 1966-1969, he commanded Special Forces “A” Teams in Vietnam and Thailand. His teams are said to have been involved in Project Phoenix, an assassination campaign, along with Colston Westbrook. He received a Ph.D. in Thanatology, a study of the social and emotional aspects surrounding death. He married Victoria Lacas (Alexander), an abduction researcher and Las Vegas-based film reviewer/ journalist for the Devil’s Hammer. Victoria has written a comedy screenplay called BeDeviled, which is about a woman whose sister is having a love affair with the devil.She has been photographed having dinner Edward Teller. She is a student of mysticism and of the South American ritual use of ayahuasca.
Col. Alexander stated in an interview with the Washington Post in 2007, …The military and intelligence agencies were still scared by the excesses of MK-ULTRA, the infamous CIA program that involved, in part, slipping LSD to unsuspecting victims. “Until recently, anything that smacked of [mind control] was extremely dangerous” because Congress would simply take the money away, he said. Alexander acknowledged that “there were some abuses that took place,” but added that, on the whole, “I would argue we threw the baby out with the bath water.” But September 11, 2001, changed the mood in Washington, and some in the national security community are again expressing interest in mind control, particularly a younger generation of officials who weren’t around for MK-ULTRA. “It’s interesting, that it’s coming back,” Alexander observed.
TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF U.S. DOMESTIC TERRORISM
On Wednesday, October 2, 2002, House Speaker Dennis Hastert and Minority Leader Richard Gephardt introduced (H.J. Res. 114) to authorize the use of armed force against Iraq. It was referred to the International Relations Committee. On that day, there were two sniper attacks in the Washington D.C. area killing James Martin in a grocery store parking lot.
On Thursday, October 3, 2002, the bill was reported out of International Relations Committee for debate. On that day, sniper attacks continued killing 5 (five) people in 14 hours.
On Friday, October 4, 2002, the debate continued on H.J. Res. 114. On that day, a sniper shot and wounded a woman outside a craft store.
On Monday, October 7, 2002, the debate continued on H.J. Res. 114. On that day, a sniper shot and wounded a 13-year old arriving at school.
On Wednesday, October 9, 2002, the debate continued on H.J. Res. 114. On that day, a sniper shot and killed a man at a gas station.
October 10-11, H.J. Res. 114 passed both the House and the Senate. On the day it passed the Senate, a sniper shot and killed another man at a gas station.
On Monday, October 14, 2002, a sniper shot and wounded a FBI agent outside a store.
October 15-16, H.J. Res. 114, President George Walker Bush received and signed the bill into law.
On Saturday, October 19, 2002, a sniper shot and killed a man outside a Ponderosa Restaurant.
On Wednesday, October 23, 2002, on that that day, a sniper shot and killed a 35 year old bus driver. [21] As suspects, the police were looking for a white man driving a white van or truck.
MUHAMMAD & MALVO BLACK “DUCKS IN A NOOSE”
After the death of the bus driver, Montgomery County Police Chief Charles Moose read a carefully drafted cryptic message to the snipers late that Wednesday night: “You have indicated you want us to say and do certain things. You want us to say, ‘We have caught the sniper like a duck in the noose.’ We understand that hearing us say it is important to you.”
A few hours after Chief Moose broadcasted the trigger, and police had issued an all-points bulletin for the suspects’ car, two Black virtual reality created Islamic subjects to scare the masses with another Islamic menace, John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo, were found conveniently asleep in the wanted car, at a public rest stop, near I-70, a heavily-traveled Interstate highway.
When the attorney of John Lee Malvo asked him why he committed the alleged random killings, his answer was simple: The Matrix made him do it. Sources familiar with Malvo’s six-hour interview with Fairfax police Nov. 7, 2002 said he referred to “The Matrix” repeatedly. According to sources, he laughed when allegedly confessing his shootings – as if he didn’t believe that he had killed actual human beings.
Malvo was not only obsessed with “The Matrix.” He was trapped inside “The Matrix.” His writings demonstrated that he wished people would free their minds from the matrix. The writings appear focused, in part, on “The Matrix.” “Free Your Mind! The Body Will Follow!” Malvo went on, “You are a slave to the Matrix ‘control,’ ” One page refers to Morpheus telling Neo: “Free first your mind, trust me! The body will follow!”
The writings were taken secretly from Malvo’s cell at the Fairfax County, Va., jail, photocopied and provided to investigators on the sniper task force preparing for the murder trial of Malvo, and John Allen Muhammad.
Chief Moose’s cryptic message was a trigger phrase used to put both Muhammad and Malvo into a post hypnotic sleep. If you watched the 1999 movie, “The Matrix”, you would instantly understand that Malvo was Neo, and Morpheus was John Allen Muhammad. In the MATRIX, Neo follows thewhiterabbit tattoo to Morpheus, who tells him: “You take the blue pill and the story ends.
“Follow the White Rabbit Neo.” – CAUGHT IN “The Matrix”
In “Alice in Wonderland,” Alice begins her journey by following the white rabbit who’s not happy to have her there, and who’s in quite a hurry to get somewhere. They tumble down the rabbit hole, and so it all begins. Neo is told to follow the “White Rabbit” in The Matrix in one of many metaphysical “waking up” metaphors. Seconds later, his doorbell rings, and when he opens the door he finds a woman with a tattoo of a white rabbit on her shoulder. Later in the film right before he meets the oracle one can see Night of the Lepus playing on a nearby television, symbolizing Neo’s decision to “follow the white rabbit” and to disturb the order of the Matrix.
In some cases, the “white rabbit’” is a mind control programmer. If we follow the white rabbit, it would lead you to Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Washington. Some of the Col. John B. Alexander’s Psi-Tech operations of FEB and TFD were run out of Ft. Lewis, Washington. John Allen Muhammad (Williams), was a soldier being run out of Ft. Lewis. Muhammad may have been one of FEB’s experimental remote controlled Jedi mind controlled soldiers implanted with a “Morpheus Complex.”
Muhammad has all the treadmarks of a governmental assassin. Without any visible means of support, he had been able to travel to foriegn counties, and at least 10 states. He even had a travel agent or a handler posing as a travel agent. He was able to purchase weapons, ammo, laptop computer, and GPS system. He bought a car and gas. Most glaring of all, he had been stopped by police on numerous occasions, but each time that Muhammad was stopped and investigated, he sort of got a pat on the back and a license to continue on his mission. In Antigua, Muhammad boasted of being a CIA and FBI agent. Muhammad also said that he was member of an elite Special Forces team on a secret mission. Malvo, he said, was part of the team.
During the 23 days of Terror, John Allen Muhammad’s license number had been entered into the FBI database eleven times during the span of the shootings with no information on any arrests or convictions showing. [22]
Information missing from that database includes the following. Muhammad was arrested three times for possession of false I.D., once in Antigua (where he was allowed to walk away from the police station after being held for two days). He was caught twice in Florida with false I.D. and trying to smuggle aliens into the country. He was not held. [23]
In the State of Washington he had a conviction for driving on a suspended license. There was also a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on a shoplifting charge. Also in Washington his ex-wife had obtained a person protection order from the court, which made it illegal for him to possess a firearm and was the basis for the arrest warrant issued on October 23rd. [24]
In addition, Muhammad was courts martialed twice when in the Louisiana National guard. Once for disobeying three direct orders to report for duty and the second for striking a non-commissioned officer. On the first offense he was fined $100 and reduced in rank to a specialist. He got a suspended sentence for hitting his sergeant. [25]
Strangest of all was an incident in the 1991 Gulf war when Muhammad was accused of rolling a hand grenade into a tent where a number of his fellow soldiers were. He was led away in handcuffs but nothing further was heard and it apparently does not show on his service record. [26]
In the military, John Allen Muhammad was either a “bad ass” passive-aggressive type able to kill without any regrets ripe for conditioning for special covert assassination assignments, or he was already one of their protected experimental special services programmed (killer) boys ready for the next level, a psychic level in “The Matrix.”
A Global Positioning System (GPS) device was found in Muhammad’s possession when arrested with Malvo. E-Systems of Texas developed the GPS device. Raytheon, one of the largest military industrial complexes’ contractors, acquired E-Systems.
Ultra secret E-System’s core business was focused on intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance, which includes systems for law enforcement, which can intercept faxed messages, telephone calls, modem transfers, and video transmissions on a single system in eavesdropping by the government. Their Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies (satellite based) can locate objects anywhere in the world within one foot of the object’s actual location. [27]
E-Systems acquired ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI). APIT developed the High Frequency Active Auroral Program (HAARP). HAARP involves making man-made changes in the electrical earth ionosphere that can be used for individual and mass behavior control. Extremely low frequency electromagnetic (ELF) oscillations can attack and control low frequency electromagnetic brain waves in human beings. HAARP’s perturbation of the environment by ELF geophysical warfare can produce changes in, and control behavior patterns. [28]
So you have it. Under the influence of HAARP, Muhammad and Malvo could be summoned to follow the white rabbit to various locations around the U.S. with the GPS device where FEB and TFD (Project Northwoods) sniper teams were setup to pick off innocent human targets to terrorize the masses to mask the Iraqi aggression and create an illusory strong-arm fascist state to fight off a sham Islamic menace.
Muhammad and Malvo have become some of the first 21st Century Remote-Controlled Black Manchurian Candidate Domestic Terrorist “Patsies” programmed to be trapped inside the “Matrix.” In the final criteria, the disposal of the Manchurian Candidate after operations, both Muhammad and Malvo were convicted of capital murder in the Washington, D.C., area sniper attacks that left 10 people dead in four states.
John Allen Muhammad, Morpheus, was sentenced to death, while his 19-year-old accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo, Neo, was given life in prison without parole. While Malvo did not speak at his sentencing, Muhammad, 43, asserted his innocence, saying, “I had nothing to do with this.” Who will listen? They intend to liquidate Muhammad as soon as possible as like Marinus Van der Lubbe, “The Nazi’s Patsy” Domestic Terrorist.
For Malvo, hypnotically deeply imbedded and lost mentally and psychologically in “The Matrix”, the story will never end for him because the man, his Morpheus, with the blue pill will never be able to come to his aid. His final story will end locked away in a mental institutional unless a qualified psychiatrist can deprogram him. Then, who will listen?
In the final analysis, John Allen Muhammad probably had been a good soldier. As Sebron Flenaugh, Jr., their Yoda had been Reagan’s richly endowed STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITATIVE PROJECT (Star War Initiative) that continually fund Lt. Col. John B. Alexander’s secret Psi (psychokinesis, etc), mind control and paranormal experiments and programs of Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler’s SS against unwitting citizens to create weapons of mass destruction and zombie robot armies. It is not too far out of the box to believe that as Flenaugh, Muhammad had volunteered to help his country in an experimental secret governmental program.
But what these brothers and many more had no way of knowing was that the very enemy that this country openly identified and accepted as universal war criminals and mass murderers, enemies of world peace such as the Nazis and the SS (The World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murder Cult) were secretly brought into the country to make prey of them and their children; and their children’s children.

RONNIE FLENAUGH: The Confrontation with Huey P. Newton
In late 1970, Ronnie Flenaugh, The brother of Jedi Knight Assassin, Sebron Flenaugh, Jr., blew into Merritt Junior College, Grove Street Campus, like a storm. In a packed assembly, Flenaugh boldly taunted Huey P. Newton and the Black Panther Party for Self Defense in the college auditorium. The California Appellate Court had just overturned Huey’s conviction for murder on August 5, 1970. He had been released on August 13. After his release, Huey went on a college speaking tour.
Among Huey’s crew and bodyguards were “Big” Robert Heard, Robert Bay and Jimmy Carr. Carr was the cousin of FBI informer Louis Tackwood. Heard was at least 6’ 6” and over three hundred pounds. He was known as an enforcer. Carr was a well respected higher up in the Black Guerilla Family, and associate to George Jackson in prison. Both Heard and Carr would meet violent deaths within years of Huey’s release from prison.
Ronnie’s taunting resulted into a physical alternation with Huey.[1] Elaine Brown, former Chairman of the BPP, recalled the incident between Ronnie and Huey.
“During Huey’s speechmaking stint, in a college auditorium a Black Muslim in the audience kept interrupting Huey’s already-difficult exercise with taunts. He said something to the effect that the party was not providing a proper image for the black man and needed to embrace Allah. Huey had ignored the man for the entire speech; but two seconds after he had finished, he jumped off the stage and walked through the audience to confront the man directly. “Is Allah your god?” he asked the Muslim, inches away from his face. The audience was stunned into immobility. “That right, Brother!” “Well, Man is my god- and I hope your god will save your ass from the wrath of my god.” Within a breath, Huey was all over the Muslim, pummeling him up and down the auditorium aisle.” [2]
Who was Ronnie? Where did he come from? He wasn’t a seasoned Black Muslim, Nationalist or prison or college activist. Ronnie appeared be under the control of William (Billy) E. Mapp, the so-called leader of a Black Muslim splinter group, “Al Constran”. This was according to Alameda County Mafia District Attorney D. Lowell Jensen. The word on the street was that Ronnie had just been released from prison.
He just seemed to be so out of place for Ronnie or anyone else to confront Huey P. Newton and his crew on his home turf. Ronnie was born on February 12, 1947 in San Francisco, or Richmond, California. He had grown up in Oakland, Richmond and Berkeley. Ronnie’s last occupation was student at Merritt Junior College. The cover story provided by authorities that appeared in local newspapers was that Ronnie was from Chicago. The Chicago reference was to Elijah Muhammad’s Nation of Islam, and the “New Mecca.” That detail of the story was deliberate misinformation. Ronnie had been a local all his life.
Ronnie’s behavior on campus just prior to the incident with Huey was awfully strange and bizarre. I was on campus that day and saw Ronnie just minutes before the incident. Ronnie was in group of about four to five members of Al Constran. They were an awfully strange and bizarre sight. They all dressed in long black capes and wore black turbans. A member of the group, Paul Cook, wore nothing but a vest of chains under his cape. Among the group, I recognized Billy Mapp. My older sisters knew him personally, and one of them seemed to have cherished a graduation picture of him that I had often seen at home.
Leading the group as they passed through the campus courtyard to the auditorium was Ronnie. I was absolutely stunned by his peculiar appearance and behavior. Ronnie was extremely muscular and well built. He appeared to slowly sway and bend from side to side as if he was about to fall, but continued to regain his balance and walk forward. Ronnie’s eyes were empty and emotionless with a fixed and blank stare as if he was in a trance. It looked as if Billy had him on a string like a large sleep walking pit-bull.
Years later, I ran into one of the brothers that I was with that afternoon on campus that I hadn’t talked to for years. Out of the blue, he asked me if I remembered Ronnie. Of course, I did. He had been just as startled by what he saw as I had been. I never forgot what I saw that afternoon. He told me that he had known Paul Cook a member of Al Constan around campus and that he was always secretive about his activities. He told me that I needed to find out what happened to Ronnie. I really didn’t think about it at the time, but how did his brother that I hadn’t spoke to for years know that I had been involved in research around the murder of Paul Cook.
I called him back on several occasions to fill him in about the details of my research, and try in a round-a-bout manner fish out of him exactly how he knew about my research. After numerous messages, he never returned my calls. I suspect that some entity that he worked with had briefed him on my research. Out of this group of brothers that I knew on campus at that time, some very odd and peculiar faith overcame them, but he was untouched and prospered. He was a Korean War veteran that had an odd psychological wound that rendered him uncontrollably savagely violent when triggered. Somebody or something had taken good care of him over the years.
RONNIE FLENAUGH: Pre selected, Kidnapped, Drugged & Driven Insane
The answer to the enigma of Ronnie Flenaugh lies in PROJECT PAPERCLIP, the CIA’s MK-ULTRA, GEMSTONE PROGRAM, military intelligence experimental mind control programs, the FBI’s GHETTO INFORMANT, and COINTELPRO (counterintelligence) programs.
Ronnie was one of an army of individuals released from prisons and mental institutions programmed by the government to seek, attack, discredit, and destroy Black Nationalist and their movements in the Bay Area, and create a climate of fear and hatred of Black Nationalist. Who and what entity conscripted and programmed Ronnie against his will?
In late 1967, Ronnie had been officially declared to be insane. Dr. Sandritter, M.D. Superintendent and Medical Director of Agnews State Hospital admitted Ronnie to the mental hospital in San Jose. Why Angews in San Jose?
Prior to his commitment a Agnews, Ronnie had been found to be insane by two doctors on September 7, 1967, Malcolm A. Sowers, M.D. 1197 A street, Room 7, Hayward, CA, and Isidore Weiss, M.D. 4855 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA.
Dr. Sowers reported during an interview with Flenaugh at Alameda County Santa Rita Jail, “during the early part of our interview he talked somewhat coherently and showed a fair good command of language. He stated that he had the feeling that they were trying to drive him insane. When asked who he meant, he said that he had had a “funny feeling” in the Berkeley jail as though someone had been poisoning him. He said that his body had aches and pains and his imagination ran wild.”
Both Dr. Sowers and Weiss observed that Ronnie’s body was ripped with muscles without a “once of fat.” Ronnie had spent a great deal of time weight training. Dr. Sowers asked if he had taken speed (Methedrine), he answered yes. Methedrine was relatively new drug known on the street as “hot shot”, because it was shot directly in the veins.
In 1967, Methedrine (STP) was a new drug on the street. During that year, Augustus Ousley Stanley III was passing out Methedrine pills free to hippies in Haight-Ashbury section of San Francisco. STP was known to the military intelligence as BZ. BZ was a chemical warfare agent developed by the U.S. military. [3] Stanley was known as the LSD king. Stanley distributed a form of LSD called “Orange Sunshine”. Charles Manson and his group used and distributed “Orange Sunshine”. This form of LSD was different. It was associated with causes of episodes of violence. Orange Sunshine was also generally associated with Robert Stark in Los Angeles. Stark had worked for the CIA. [4]
Also in 1967, Mendocino State Hospital was conducting experimental “attack therapy” sessions with Methedrine abusers. The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Screening Unit at San Francisco General Hospital, and the Haight-Ashbury Medical Clinic channeled meth abusers to the experimental program at Mendocino. Mendocino State Hospital was under the control of the Peoples Temple and Jim Jones. [5] Former OSS agent and CIA MK-ULTRA contractor, Dr. Gregory Bateson, had set up the Haight-Ashbury Medical Free Clinic.
Also in 1967, Leo Hollister of the Veterans Administration Hospital in Palo Alto was experimenting with STP and another chemical to enhance it under a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health.[6] The veteran’s hospital was an UK-ULTRA site also ran by Dr. Bateson.
Dr. Sowers asked if he had taken acid (LSD), Ronnie smiled secretively but did not answer. Dr. Sowers asked if he was on a trip right now, he clammed up. Dr. Sowers observed that it appeared that he was getting some kind of hallucinogenic drug while in Santa Rita. Ronnie was on a trip. Dr. Sowers went no to say that speed causes rather prolonged paranoid states, which could very well persist for sometime after he was placed in prison, but Methedrine was not a hallucinogenic per se. LSD was a hallucinogenic. LSD came from a CIA laboratory, and BZ was developed out of a military intelligence quest for a non-personal chemical warfare agent.
Ronnie said that he had been picked up by the Berkeley Police Department riding in a black & white Porsche. He had been arrested for auto theft. Dr. Sowers found that Ronnie was definitely psychotic at present and therefore unable to know the difference between right and wrong, at present unable to participate in his defense. His diagnosis was schizophrenic reaction paranoid type cause unknown.
Dr. Weiss provided the court with a second opinion of whether or not Ronnie was insane. Dr. Weiss recorded, “he says he is going to try to stop the people from exploring the universe. They are going to do this by psychological warfare. The whole population will blow up if they have their way. They keep messing with me…I told them I wanted to get on a space ship. They are coming to pick me up.”
Including Ronnie’s statement regarding a psychological warfare project, he said, “I wouldn’t die, I wouldn’t join their religious group. Also, I wouldn’t commit treason, that’s why I’m in jail.” Ronnie told the doctor that people have been putting drugs in his veins and into his food. Ronnie wouldn’t voluntarily join some group that was inducting him into some type of mission. Ronnie resisted his recruiters and programmers.
Dr. Weiss observed a laceration on his left wrist. They considered that evidence of an attempted suicide. Both doctors reported to Judge Redmond C. Staats that they found Ronnie to be insane.
On August 30, 1967, Judge Staats declared Ronnie insane. Judge Staats was interesting. Judge Staats was a “good old boy” linked to the Republican Party, and the powerful political cabals of Southern Pacific. Judge Staats committed former mayor John Houlihan to the California Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville after he was railroaded out of the mayor’s office. Houlihan got in the way of the Knowland-Kaiser-Bethtel Cabal’s plans for the multi-million dollar Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) District project. Houlihan as Mayor of the City of Oakland publicly opposed the building of BART, and vowed to stop it.
Ronnie was certain that someone drugged him in the Berkeley City Jail. Ronnie was 20 years old at the time of his commitment. Ronnie’s reference to “psychological warfare” at the time was rather unusual. According to doctors, it was generally understood that Ronnie had been in and out of jail. He told the psychiatrists that he dropped out of school at the 10th grade, but he had done some work at a junior college.
Where did Ronnie obtain information in reference to “psychological warfare” and a conspiracy by a group to use psychological warfare against the people of the United States? Ronnie also made reference to the fact that he didn’t want to commit treason.
The scope of treasonous activity is broad. Sedition, subversive activities and treason involves crimes against the sovereignty of the nation and states; stemming from the advocacy of the overthrow of the constitutional government; and threats to the internal security of the United States. Treason is the only crime defined in the United States Constitution. The Constitution declares that treason against the United States shall consist only of levying war against them, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Treason is generally defined as a breach of allegiance to a government committed by a person who owes allegiance to it, and is the greatness crime known to law. [7]
Why would Ronnie with a 10th grade education be referring to “psychological warfare” and “treason” unless he had been exposed to and subjected to a covert military-intelligence CIA experimental mind control program?
One of the more interesting statements made by Ronnie to doctors were “I wouldn’t die. I wouldn’t join their religious group.” One religious group that was involved in prison-military-CIA mind control programs that had setup roots in the Mendocino County in 1965 was the Peoples Temple.[8]
RONNIE FLENAUGH: Agnews State Mental Hospital & The Programmers
What Ronnie didn’t know was what was waiting for him at Agnews State Hospital. Agnews was in Santa Clara County along the way to the notorious Mk-ULTRA institution, Stanford University. The current occupant of the now closed Agnews Hospital is Palo Alto’s Sun Microsystems, Inc.
In 1968, it was on the record and official; Richard Price and Dr. Julian Silverman of Esalen Institute of Big Sur, CA moved into Agnews State Hospital to conduct an experimental program. Charles Manson spent the day at Esalen exactly 3 days prior to the Sharon Tate Murders in Los Angeles. The cover story was that Manson was playing his guitar for Esalen’s clients. However, I believe during that time Manson was programmed with neuro-linquistist triggers and keys to release sleeper cells that carried out the murders, particularly sleeper Charles “Tex” Watson under the influence of mind control, mescaline, psilocybin, THC, STP, and Orange sunshine.
In 1962, Esalen was founded by Stanford grads Pat Murphy and Richard Price. Esalen was started in close collaboration with Dr. Gregory Bateson, and Dr. Aldous Huxley. Price majored in psychology at Stanford, and had been connected with U.S. Air Force intelligence.
Both Price and Dr. Silverman were close associates of Dr. Gregory Bateson. Dr. Bateson and Dr. Louis Joylon West were apostils of Aldous Huxley. Huxley was the godfather of LSD, and Esalen Institute. Esalen’s first brochure was based on a series of 1961 lectures of Aldous Huxley. Huxley also encouraged Dr. West to combine LSD with his “spook” hypnosis experiments. In 1981, Dr. Bateson died at Big Sur, home to Esalen.
Dr. Silverman joined Esalen directly out of NIMH in 1965 right after the CIA initiated the highly classified Project Pandora. Project Pandora involved Russia’s covert experimental use of extremely low electromagnetic frequencies (ELF) to bombard the U.S. Embassy in Russia.
The NIMH was a conduit for CIA funding of covert mind control experiments, and was involved in funding research directly involved in Project Pandora. Dr. Silverman had been a research psychologist at the National Institute of Mental Health, a notorious MK-ULTRA institution. While at NIMH, Silverman authored over 50 papers on subjects ranging from perceptual style to schizophrenia and shamanism.
The congressional National Mental Health Act created the NIMH in 1946. It was borne of the combined efforts of Robert H. Felix (head of the military’s Division of Mental Hygiene during World War II), General Lewis Hershey (director of the Selective Service System), and chief psychiatrists of the Army and the Navy. Dr. Felix was a 33rd mason that was directly responsible for inhuman torture, drugging and brainwashing of Black men at the drug addiction facility in Lexington, Kentucky.
Richard Price of Esalen was particularly associated with Dr. Gregory Bateson, and Stanford Research Institute’s (SRI) highly classified military-CIA remote viewing project as a remote reviewer.
SRI’s remote viewers Pat Price and Ingo Swan were brought in on the Patty Hearst kidnapping case by the Berkeley Police Department. It was Price that identified Colston Westbrook’s friend, Willie (the wolf) Wolfe as a conspirator in the kidnapping. Price was a former Air Force intelligence officer. Price had also been a former police chief of either Santa Monica or Beverly Hills. He came up dead in 1973 in Las Vegas casino hotel allegedly by food poisoning. Price’s death may have something to do with the assassination of Bobby Baker, Watergate, and the White House Gemstone Project. Baker was a Beverly Hills drug dealer, and an insider of the Howard Hughes affair.
Richard Price died in 1984 following a freak and suspicious accident while rock climbing at Big Sur. During that time, Esalen Institute was heavily involved in exchanging information and visits with Russian parapsychology, and Tesla technology scientist.
Who was Berkeley’s mayor during the Hearst kidnapping? Warren Widener, another former Air Force intelligence officer. Dr. West was also positively associated with the U.S. Air Force. He was a former U.S. Air Force Major. Colston Westbrook was another former U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer. Both Westbrook and Dr. West worked on Korean-Russian-Chinese brainwashing and deception research projects after the Korean War. Master Hypnotist, Dr. William Bryan Jennings, and cult expert Dr. Margaret Singer of Cal, also worked with the Air Force intelligence on the Korean-Russian brainwashing research projects.
Dr. West was the CIA consultant to Dr. James A. Hamilton and his covert mind control projects at Vacaville Prison, particularly, the Black Cultural Association (BCA). The BCA was a CIA mind control research program. BCA was run under banner of UC Berkeley for cover. Colston Westbrook was UC Berkeley’s outside community coordinator for the BCA-CIA project at Vacaville.
Dr. West had also been in charge of medical oversight of SRI’s highly classified remote viewing program, PROJECT SCANGATE. Dr. West was also working at SRI conducting “his own experimental studies of the phenomenology (study of the events or occurrences) of dissociate states, or multiple personalities. [9] Dr. West’s association with the small knot of men such as Dr. Bateson, Dr. Hamilton, Westbrook, Price, Esalen and SRI was too close to be coincidental.
RONNIE FLENAUGH: Dr. Valerie Hunt & Mind Machines
There was another much stronger Agnew Hospital project connection to Dr. West, and CIA, Dr. Valerie V. Hunt of UCLA. She worked with Price and Dr. Silverman on the Agnews Hospital Project. Dr. Hunt was Dr. West’s associate at UCLA. She was also a NASA scientist. Dr. Hunt’s work was directly related to the objectives of the Pandora Project.
Dr. Hunt was a 51-year old world renowned neurophysiologist. She graduated from Rockefeller’s Columbia University in New York with a PhD. in psychology. She was also a professor of Kinesiology (the study of the biological and mechanical aspects of muscular movement in man). She was also a scientist in basic and applied research in behavior biology. [10]
Dr. Hunt’s expertise is in human electromagnetic or bioelectric fields. Most of Dr. Hunt’s research in electromagnetic fields remains hidden. Dr. Hunt’s background information and associations are rather sketchy for a person of her stature in the scientific community. Dr. Hunt’s web site stated that she authored at least 25 public scientific articles. In 1977, she and Dr. Edward E. Massey co-authored a couple of unclassified articles regarding Rolfing.
Dr. Hunt is also currently an advisor to ELF (Extremely Low Frequencies) Laboratories. ELF labs tout heavily the research of Nicholas Tesla, Dr. Robert O. Becker, and Eldon Byrd. Byrd ran the Marine Corps Non-lethal Electromagnetic Weapons project from 1980 to 1983, and conducted most of his research at the Armed Forces Radiatiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, Maryland looking at electrical activity in the brain and how to influence it.
Byrd conducted experiments on animals and humans-including himself-to see if brain waves would “lock on” with waves hitting the brain from the outside. His experiments used VLF (very low frequency) electromagnetic radiation. He found he would induce the brain to release behavior-regulating chemicals. “We could put animals into a stupor,” hitting them with these frequencies, he said. These fields were extremely week. They were undetectable,” Byrd added. “The effects were nonlethal and reversible. You could disable a person temporarily,” Byrd hypothesized. “It [would be] like a stun gun.”
U.S. News reported that: Byrd never tested any of his hardware in the field, and his program, scheduled for four years, apparently was closed down after two years, he says. “The work was really outstanding,” he grumbles. “We would have had a weapon in one year.” Byrd says he was told his work would be unclassified, “unless it works.” Because it worked, he suspects that the program “went black.” Other scientists tell similar tale of research on electromagnetic radiation turning top secret once successful results were achieved.” [11]
Dr. Robert O. Becker experimented in the early 1960’s with ELF by putting the signal on top of a DC current to carry the ELF signal. In other words, ELF rode like the passenger on a bus, maintaining its own integrity but being carried to its specific destination. Dr. Becker tested this concept by using ELF, 1-10 Hertz (cycles or pulses per second) signal on humans resulting in an increased loss of consciousness among test subjects. The weak ELF alone had no effect, and DC current had a significantly reduced effect without the combination. Above 10 Hertz with DC current, the effect increasingly declined until it was no better than with DC current alone. What was demonstrated was that ELF, those frequencies, which most effect human brain functions, could be manipulated externally with profound results. [12]
Ronnie’s brother, Sebron, appeared at the San Diego Naval Medical Center, part of the National Naval Medical Center, after a four or five year disappearance in Alaska. Coincidence? Dr. William Teller (Father of the Atomic Bomb) of Stanford was also very interested in the human electromagnetic field, and Alaska.
Dr. Hunt’s research was the first of its kind to show that low frequency electromagnetic (ELF) radiation had an effect on hormonal levels and other physiological systems of the body. She was the first person to electronically record energy fields using adapted electromyography (the production and interpretation of tracing which represents the electric currents produced by contraction of muscles, as those involved in eye movements) to record small amounts of very high frequency energy from the “charkas” (body energy centers identified in Eastern philosophies). [13]
Dr. Hunt had done extensive work measuring the strengthening effects of ELF waves upon the auric field, the energy field surrounding the body. Dr. Hunt did most of her research while a professor at UCLA.
As a result of Dr. Hunt’s human electromagnetic research studies, researchers began to use ELF radiation in a variety of successful ways. Some introduced low sound frequencies directly into the body with their voices, the client’s voice, or by machine.
Some of the secret experiments that were carried out at the Men’s Medical Facility at Vacaville during this time period involved mind control-ELF radiation.[14]
The Price-Silverman-Hunt experiments at Angews State Mental Hospital involved much more than “Rolfing” somatic discipline. Was the research related to Dr. David Ewen Cameron’s infamous mind control technique involving depatterning, and “psychic driving”?
Dr. Cameron used tape-recorded messages to imbed suggestions to a laboratory induced comatose or drugged patient. Dr. Felix’s sponsored experiments in Lexington involved driving messages to comatose Black addicts. Some of Dr. Felix’s patients had been drugged on LSD for 77 days straight and driven with messages to “kill”. I suspect that Dr. Hunt was imbedding suggestions into drugged patients by an electromagnet or sound wave machinery and devices (Psychotronics).
During a presentation to the U.S. Psychotronics Association Annual Symposium at Bergamo Center in Ohio in 1988, Dr. Hunt presented what was described as “epochal work” showing chaos and hidden order in recorded ELF electromagnetic radiation from human bodies. Dr. Hunt split received EM signals emitting from the human body into two identical channels, a time-delayed one channel by a very slight amount, then mixed the non-delayed and delayed signals and bombarded the body with the ELF electromagnetic sound waves. The bottom line was Dr. Hunt induced “chaos” human confusion, disorientation with ELF electromagnetic waves.[15]
Dr. Hunt also reportedly constructed an experimental room emitting human ELF electromagnetic sound waves that she had recorded. She changed the recorded ELF polarization and created “chaos”. The human subject inside the room lost orientation; he or she would not touch a finger to nose or maintain balance to walk.
Psychotronics are basically described as “mind machines.” Dr. Ross Abey was another of Drs. West and Hunt associates at UCLA. Dr. Abey was also doing research work with Psychotronics. On June 3, 1983, it was reported that Dr. Abey was investigating a Soviet Psychotronic device called LIDA. LIDA was designed to bombard human brains with radio waves in the 40-MHZ region. Dr. Abey was also investigating the work of A.S. Davydov of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, who discovered how the blood-brain barrier can be penetrated by low-frequency radio waves so that brain cells are affected. [16]
Dr. Abey tested LIDA on a cat, and in two or three minutes the cat was sitting quietly, almost as though transfixed, and uninterested in its surroundings. The animal remained uninterested in its surroundings for some 20 to 30 minutes after the machine was turned off. [17]
Dr. Abey’s laboratory is located in Linda Loma, CA. From 1984 to 1986, Sebron Flenaugh was located in Pt. Linda Loma doing some janitorial work with a firm, he called, Maintenance Teck Service.
The Soviet Union had a great deal of interest in Psychotronics. However, keep in mind that Dr. Hunt was a pioneer and leader in the field. During the 70’s, the Soviet KGB developed a Psychotronic Influences System (PIS) that was used to turn people into programmable “human weapons.” Soldiers fighting in the Afghan conflict were trained using the system which employed a combination of high frequency radio waves and hypnosis. Commands were activated by code words or ciphers. The purpose of PIS was to render regular soldiers and members of Special Forces incapable of feeling sympathy. [18]
The CIA and Defense Department officials were deeply involved in the field of bioelectronics (machines involved in the generation of electrical currents of living tissues and organs), and biocybernetics (life-the science of communication in living and mechanical systems, especially with regard to the utilization of feedback). [19]
The CIA had, through the intermediary of the Defense Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency and Dr. Jack Verona, The Raven, been involved in funding research into the fundamental working of the human brain at UCLA. [20]
During the 50’s, the agency experimented in a microwave “amnesia bean” that would destroy memory neurons at a California research institute connected to the UC system. [21]
During the 1960’s, the CIA and the military were directly involved in refining research experiments involving low frequency sound waves carrying voice information, and UCLA was involved in some aspects of that research. [22]
The CIA and military were covertly or openly financing research and experiments involving human ELF electromagnetic sound waves, Psychotronics. The CIA and military was actively involved in behavior modification research and experiments at UCLA. They were very much interested in Dr. Hunt’s research and experiments involving human ELF electromagnetic sound waves. Is it too speculative to conclude that the CIA and the military were indirectly involved in the Price-Silverman-Hunt experiments at Angews State Mental Hospital
The National Institute of Mental Health funded their experiment. NIMH was a MK-ULTRA institution. The NIMH was a conduit for CIA funding of the Pandora Project, and covert mind control experiments.
Was Ronnie an early experiment subject of one of Dr. Hunt’s secret and revolutionary Psychotronics? Look at the results. Ronnie and maybe hundreds of other innocent Black military enlistees, ex-convicts and mental patients were turned into zombie killers? Ronnie went go on to join an “assassin” Manchurian Candidate contrived fraction of Black Muslims, “Al Constran”. Al Constran was an agent provocateur, counter intelligent front that sought to discredit and neutralize the Black Nationalist Movement, the objectives of the CIA’s CHAOS Program, and the FBI’s CoIntel Program. Al Constran was a division of “The Death Angels”.
In 1971, Jim Jones was working with Vitali V. Rozynoko on a behavior modification project at Mendocino State Mental Hospital under a NIMH grant.[23] Ronnie in the first instance refused to join a religious group whose objective was to control the population by a campaign of psychological warfare. That religious group had to have been the Peoples Temple.
In 1967, Jones and the Peoples Temple were carrying on experimental programs at Mendocino State Hospital with Methedrine (STP) with heroin addicts from Oakland and San Francisco. [24] The experiments were headed by a social worker, Wayne Wilson. Wilson also carried on experiments with LSD.
In an article entitled “People Control Blueprint” by Carol Denton published in May 1972 issue, Vol.3, No. 12 of the National Educator exposed “A Top Secret” paper from the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions. The paper provided a plan for total control of the people of the United States through behavior modification techniques of B.F. Skinner. The paper was prepared on December 31, 1971. [25]
A conference was held at the Center January 17 through 19, 1972, at which a discussion on “The Social and Philosophical Implications of Behavior Modification” was held. The discussion paper was prepared by Vitali Rozynko, Kenneth Swift, Joseph Swift, and Larney J. Boggs. They were the senior staff members of the Operant Behavior Modification Project located at Mendocino State Hospital. [26]
On page 5, they wrote, “we are presently concerned with social change and discontent.” They believed that an Orwellian world was more likely under presently developing society than under the kind of rigorous controls of a society envisioned by Skinner. On page 6, they discussed law and order, stating that the population is now more apt to support government repression than previously, in response to their own fears. [27]
They added that “with the rising population, depletion of natural resources, and increase of pollution, repressive measures may have to be used to guarantee survival of our specie. These measures may take the form of forced sterilization, greatly restricted uses of energy and limits on population movement and living location.” They asserted that operant conditioning (sensitivity training) and other behavior techniques can be used to control the population through positive reinforcement.”[28]
After Ronnie refused to join the Peoples Temple and be programmed as one of their soldiers, he was forced into Al Constran a faction of the infamous “Zebra” killers and became AL RASHID. Al Constran was a virtual reality contrived Black Muslim group of believers. For all practical purposes, Al Constran and AL RASHID were created by U.S. military intelligence controllers, and the Alameda County Mafia.
BILLY MAPP: Pre selected, Kidnapped, Drugged & Driven Insane
According to D. Lowell Jensen, Alameda County Mafia D.A., Al Constran was led by William (Billy) Edward Mapp. Mapp was born on January 6, 1943 in New York. He was first arrested and committed to California Youth Authority (CYA) at the age of 13 and spent his youth in and outside of CYA on parole until 1961. At 17, he was convicted of attempted robbery and returned to CYA. In 1965, he was convicted of conspiracy and placed on probation.
Mapp had his roots in West Oakland. He had attended McClymonds High School. Mapp was intelligent, handsome, and rather short, thin Black man. He appeared to have had Ronnie on a string like a pit bull. Mapp had accompanied Ronnie to Merritt to induce an altercation with Huey and the Black Panther Party. Mapp also had no known prior activist history.
In May of 1969, Rev. William E. Mapp, Minister of the Life Universal Church of San Jose or Fresno, was raising money for a Black business (ABC Distribution) on 98th and Edes in Oakland. He was giving out a box of pepper for a donation to raise funds. He was standing in front of, or adjacent to Ziegler’s Bar B-Q. Mapp had lived on welfare for the past 5 years. He was living at 926 7th Street in Oakland with his wife and three kids.
For whatever reasons, OPD officers Thomas Otto, and J. Dowd arrested Mapp for solicitation without a license. Solicitation without a license was no more than an infraction under the Oakland municipal code. Mapp was placed in a police unit and taken to an isolated parking lot of a local hotel where he was beaten.
Mapp was charged with two felony counts of assault and battery on the police officers. On May 20, 1969, “Good Olde Boy” Judge Staats enters the case. Judge Staats denied Mapp’s release, and sets bail at $6000. Judge Leonard Dieden then revokes his bail and orders him into custody when Mapp arrived late for court due to the injuries he sustained while being beaten by the OPD. Dieden was described to a low life political hack that sent so people to San Quentin that part to the prison was named “Dieden’s Row. [29] Mapp was held at Alameda County Santa Rita Jail pending trial. Judge Dieden set bail at $20,000. Mapp would languish being driven insane for almost 6 months pending a jury trial in November 1969.
While in jail, Mapp made a motion to the court to recues Judge Dieden from the case for prejudice. In that motion written in longhand, he said that he was, “Most of all ordained by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords to preach his words through out the land and I want freedom, Justice and Equality.” He ended, “Allah uh Arbar”.
Was Mapp being primed and selection for forcible induction into “Al Constran” in Santa Rita Jail? Was it random that Mapp was arrested, beaten and jailed by OPD for such a minor infraction? Someone in a governmental agency that Mapp had prior extended with knew that he was susceptible to hypnotism and programmable. Just as in the case of Ronnie Flenuagh, Mapp was pre selected, drugged and programmed against his will into the contrived fictional group Al Constran, and the “Death Angels” by Squad 19, and the Alameda County Mafia.
On November 5, 1969, William E. Mapp was acquitted of two charges of assault and battery on police officers, but the damage had already been done. He had been beaten, humiliated, and isolated beyond his mental and physical capacity. He had been driven insane. Mapp was right for induction and programming to kill as “Ali Allm Alalah“. It appeared to me that he was high on his own spirit. My impression of Flenaugh was that he was crazy. Crazy to confront Huey in Oakland, at Merritt were we loved Huey.
