NO INVESTIGATION, NO JUSTICE, RACIAL MASS MURDER IN AMERICA

Officially right this moment, Devonte is on the FBI’s List of Missing Persons as of March 26, 2018. However, there is no positive ID of Devonte ever being in Mendocino County or in California on March 26. The man with his hands around the throat of this missing child would certainty be at the top of my suspect list.

Nevertheless, the FBI under Christopher Wray of Georgia appears not too interested in actively investigating Devonte as a missing child, or asking any questions at all about Devonte. 

In April 2018, “I’m to the point where I no longer am calling this an accident; I’m calling it a crime,” [Master Mason] Mendocino County Sheriff, Tom Allman told HLN’s “Crime & Justice with Ashleigh Banfield.” In other words, the matter of Jennifer, Sarah, Markis, Jeremiah, Hannah, Devonte, and Sierra is being currently investigated as a homicidal criminal mass murder case. Beginning on March 26, 2018, his main suspect has been a woman that looks like Jennifer Hart in Safeway in Fort Bragg, Mendocino County on March 25.

In April 2018, Mendocino County Sheriff Lt. Shannon Barney told The Oregonian/OregonLive the woman in the video looks like Jennifer Hart but that the footage is “very grainy.” Also in early April, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said in a news release it was analyzing the store’s footage with FBI agents in an attempt to enhance the blurry viewing quality.

Right this minute in late June 2018, Sheriff Allman’s main mass murder criminal suspect is still the woman that looks like Jennifer Hart in Safeway in Fort Bragg, Mendocino County on March 25. There is no positive ID of Jennifer Hart being in Safeway, Fort Bragg on March 25 from the Mendocino County Sheriff, CHP or the FBI. Mr. Magoo can make a positive ID in Safeway. And, if anybody believes that it was Jennifer Hart in Safeway, it must have come from Mr. Magoo. Because, it didn’t come from the Mendocino County Sheriff, CHP or the FBI. Sheriff Allman will not even confirm or deny if the recently recovered foot evidence belong to Little Hannah.  It is absolutely “BIZARRE“!

I think it is fair and appropriate to formally ask the California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra, to take over the investigation of the Hart Case from the Mendocino County Sheriff. If the woman in Safeway is determined not to be Jennifer Hart, then the unidentified woman may be a criminal decoy, conspirator or a patsy to cover-up racial mass murder.  If the decoy is in fact dead found at bottom of the sea cliff, then she also is a murder victim.

RITUAL STRANGLING & CLANDESTINE MK ULTRA/MONARCH TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL OF CHILDREN

The picture of Peter Yarrow, formerly of Peter, Paul & Mary, with his hands around Devonte’s throat deeply affected and tore me apart emotionally for days and nights. Yarrow left hand is applying a lethal trachea strangle on Devonte. It appears deceptively settle only because Devonte is smiling, but Devonte was under a very sophisticated form of mind control.  When I first saw the picture, alarms started going off in my subconscious. It terrified me, inside. My Lord, they prepared Devonte to be ritually sacrificed!

 Strangulation is the restriction of airflow through the trachea via something squeezing from the outside. It’s technically incorrect to say that someone was “choked” by another person. The correct terminology would be strangled. Whether caused intentionally or accidentally, anything wrapped around the neck hard enough to restrict airflow through the trachea is causing strangulation.[1] It is not a mistake or coincidence. The picture shows Yarrow torturing Devonte. He has the child in a trachea stranglehold as if he is some kind of crash wreak dummy. And as if he is or will be a “ritual strangling” child victim!  Even though, I see it with my own eyes that Yarrow has his hands around the black child’s throat in trachea stranglehold, I still cannot come to bear to fully comprehend that he is really ritually strangling Devonte. I talk about ritual satanic and sexual abuse of children all the time and it hurts and eat away at you. Yet, when I see it literally even masked or in deception, I kinda lose it.

My dear Lord! Beyond being a convicted pedophile, Peter Yarrow is extremely dangerous. He is a tip of an iceberg. Yarrow is a multi-generational CIA operative directly linked to Allen Dulles, and Hauptsturmführer SS Dr. Josef Mengele’s MK ULTRA/MONARCH most clandestine and top secret mind control programs. There is a connection between the experience of childhood trauma and the consequential development of anxiety disorders. One type of anxiety disorder that can be particularly incapacitating is called PANIC DISORDER. Panic disorder is a severe form of anxiety in which the affected individual feels an abrupt onset of fear, often accompanied by profound physical symptoms of discomfort. Two of the most common and terrifying symptoms of severe anxiety (trauma) are a sense of shortness of breath and feelings of suffocation.[3]

The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave by Cisco Wheeler and Fritz Springmeier: When the child victim’s crying is heard, they immediately apply torture so the child thinks it will suffocate. This trains the child not to cry.

Anectine (succinylcholine) is a MK ULTRA/MONARCH chemical strong muscle relaxant which paralyzes the body and makes one think they are suffocating. It was secretly used in prisons for aversion (behavior modification) conditioning experimentation.[4]

In Monarch Programming, Alters and Triggers: Trauma-based Coercive Mind Control is the 12th form of mind control, beginning with thought reform that is registered consciously, with memory, through the most covert forms of mind control, in which the individual has no memory of the installation, and is controlled beyond conscious awareness.

Trauma-based mind control programming can be defined as systematic torture that blocks the victim’s capacity for conscious processing (through pain, terror, drugs, illusion, sensory deprivation, sensory over-stimulation, oxygen deprivation, cold, heat, spinning, brain stimulation, and often, near-death), and then employs suggestion and/or classical and operant conditioning (consistent with well-established behavioral modification principles) to implant thoughts, directives, and perceptions in the unconscious mind, often in newly-formed trauma-induced dissociated identities, that force the victim to do, feel, think, or perceive things for the purposes of the programmer. The objective is for the victim to follow directives with no conscious awareness, including execution of acts in clear violation of the victim’s moral principles, spiritual convictions, and volition.

Installation of mind control programming relies on the victim’s capacity to dissociate, which permits the creation of new walled-off personalities to “hold” and “hide” programming. Already dissociative children are prime “candidates” for programming. Alternatively, very young children can be made dissociative through trauma-based programming. The extreme abuse inflicted on young children in intra-familial satanic and “black” witchcraft cults reliably causes dissociation. Children in these cults are programmed to the extent that the cult’s leaders understand mind control programming. Many ritual abuse survivors report that other abuser groups with criminal, political, [CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH] and military agendas infiltrate their familial cults to gain access to these readily-programmable children to program them to fulfill their own agendas, often paying the cult parents large sums of money to do so.

One common function of trauma-based mind control programming is to cause the victim to physically and psychologically re-experience the torture used to install the programming should the victim consider violating its directives. The most common programs are unidimensional directives communicated during torture and impaired states of consciousness to; “Remember to forget” the abuse and “Don’t tell” about the abuse.

Much trauma-based mind control programming is significantly more complex, more technological in its methods of installation, and utilizes the individual’s dissociated identities (personalities) to effect greater layering of psychological effects. Personalities are usually programmed to take executive control of the body in response to particular cues (hand signals, tones, etc.) and then follow directives, with complete amnesia for these events. This is exemplified by the automatic response of the programmed assassin to seeing the Queen of Diamonds in the 1962 film, “The Manchurian Candidate”. Personalities are programmed to become flooded with anxiety or feel acutely suicidal if they defy program directives. Personalities are often programmed to believe that explosives have been surgically implanted in their bodies and that these will detonate if the individual violates orders or begins to recall the programming, the torture used to install it, or the identities of the programmers.

In highly sophisticated mind control, the individual is programmed to perceive inanimate structures in the unconscious inner landscape. “Structures” are mental representations of objects, e.g., buildings, grids, devices of torture, and other containers, that “hold” programmed commands, messages, information, and personalities. In many cases, walls are also installed that serve as barriers to hide deeper levels of programming and structures. Unconscious personalities perceive themselves as trapped within, or attached to, these structures, both visually (in internal imagery), and somatically (in experiences of pain, suffocation, electroshock, etc.).[5]

Studying the picture of Peter Yarrow and Devonte, it is trauma-based mind control programming taking place directly in front of your eyes! The picture actually makes me so upset that I become physically ill. If I look at it if for only a minute, I get double vision and dizzy. I have to lay down. It is an atrocious smoking gun form of MK ULTRA/MONARCH ritual child abuse, programming and torture that do not mark the child’s body.[6]

 

From what I have come to understand is that the above picture of Yarrow and Devonte was uploaded by Jen Hart to Facebook on 12/3/2014.[7] The picture appears to have been recorded in a storehouse, warehouse or even a basement. And, it appears that Jen Hart’s Facebook photo page with the picture have been subsequently wiped clean.[8]

Along with the public, Jen Hart tagged  Bethany Yarrow, daughter of Peter Yarrow, posting “Devonte sends an abundance of love to you and your family! Our entire family looks forward to the next time we meet. Much Love.” It appears that Devonte was the first of the 6 (six) adopted black children to undergo highly advanced, sophisticated experimental trauma based mind control programming. All of the children were scheduled to go thru very sophisticated levels of high control to be implanted with complicated  dissociated identities.

Bethany replied; “Oh Jen Hart! I will never forget that smile. What an amazing young man you have raised. The world thanks you, and him, for reminding us of the power of love, forgiveness and the highest possibilities of humanity. This is the unity prayer that we are all walking. So honored to be walking it with you.… for my children to walk it with your children together as shining warriors of the heart. It is the only way forward. The only way to heal this wounded and suffering planet scarred by so much violence and suffering passed down through the generations. So looking forward to seeing you again, and hoping that Devonte will be able to speak at unity 2015. We are focusing on the youth next year… We need a movement led by the children! It is coming! It is already here! (and so there IS hope!) sending love.”[9]

The clandestine children’s mind control movement was indeed already here. On November 25, 2014, Devonte became directly operational in a CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH mass population diversion, distraction and propaganda operation. From Alex Riedlinger, a photographer in Portland, Oregon who was at the Ferguson Michael Brown Black Lives Matter mass protest the day of the infamous “Ferguson hug” between 12 year old Devonte, and Brett Barnum, a white Portland PD officer that went viral among millions on the internet across America and the globe:

“Here are the images of Devonte I took. The first depicts him and his guardian just prior to him approaching the officer, in my mind she seems to be coaching him though the picture does not imply this. The second was taken just before the hug and you can see as a crowd and captive audience is starting to form.

The cropping of an image is everything when it comes to its subjectivity and the way ideas are projected unto it. Every picture I’ve seen of this crops out the circus of photographers that surrounded these two creating a captive audience. With such a captive audience I can’t really say that the officer did anything that his superiors wouldn’t have told him to do. They were there just as much for public relations as to keep the peace otherwise the dept. wouldn’t have sent every queer looking, POC and female cop on the force.

Free Hugs, Love and Compassion for the Police State, Devonte and Portland Police Officer

The way this image has been propagandized is highly disturbing to me because it distracts from the real issues. This has never been about the relationship between individual officers and young Black men, but about the way in which our institutions and society protect cops, granting them license to use lethal force in ANY circumstance. Whether they do use it or decide to demonstrate “love” is irrelevant.

I would like to add that Devonte was crying before approaching the officer while he was talking to his guardian, presumably because he was terrified. This brings the question of coercion to my mind, but I’ll let ya’ll debate over it.”[10]

Of course the 12 year old child was crying, his unconscious personalities were programmed to become flooded with anxiety or feel acutely suicidal even possible suffocation if they defy program directives.

RITUAL STRANGLING, MYSTERIOUS HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY & ANCIENT BLOOD RITES

Beyond even all of the extremely frightening MK ULTRA/MONARCH mind control circumstances above, Ritual Strangling is a deep practice linked to the mysteries of human physiology that is still unfolding as I speak. A common but little understood abuse method is partial strangulation, and its long term effects are staggering. What most victims, and many professionals who deal with domestic violence strangling every day, don’t know is that even partial strangulation can cause brain damage, pneumonitis, miscarriage, heart attacks, and delayed death, days or even weeks after the event. Strangulation even cause mysterious changes to WHITE BLOOD CELLS. Ritual Strangling is directly linked to ancient blood rites and human sacrifice going back to remote antiquity.

Peter Yarrow practice of ritual strangling to mind control program children is far from happenstance. Yarrow is a secret Sacrificial Blood Rite Kabbalah Torah Hasidic Jew. He is an executioner in Judaic Ritual Strangling.

Lubavitcher Rebbe in Queens, NY, is a Chabad-Lubavitch movement—a branch of Hasidism.[11] Yarrow follows the very same ancient Juratic Hasidic Blood Rite tradition of Jared and Ivanka (Drumpf) Kunster.

Chabad.org: “Here’s your chance to fulfill a relatively rare biblical mitzvah—that of covering the blood of a slaughtered bird. Take a handful of dirt (usually made available in the area) and recite the following blessing before covering the blood: Baruch attah Adonai Eloheinu melech haolam, asher kidishanu b’mitzvotav v’tzivanu al kisui hadam be’afar. (Blessed are You, L‑rd our G‑d, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning covering the blood with earth.).”[12]

In 2017 in Manhattan, NY, an ultra-Orthodox ritual involving the twirling and slaughtering of tens of thousands of chickens can continue on public streets despite the ruffled feathers of animal rights advocates and Brooklyn residents, an appeals court ruled.

The 3-2 ruling by the Appellate Division First Department in Manhattan upholds a lower court decision that declined to block the pre-Yom Kippur slaughter, Kaporos, that involves swinging the chickens three times overhead while saying a prayer that asks God to transfer sins to the bird. The chicken’s throat is then slit in accordance with kosher laws.[13]

When Moses consecrated the Tabernacle in the wilderness, he sprinkled the Altar of Burnt Offering with the anointing oil seven times (Leviticus 8: 10-11), and and purified it by anointing its four horns with the BLOOD of a bullock offered as a sin-offering,” and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.” (8:15-15). Then he took all the fat that was on the entrails, the fatty lobe attached to the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Moses burned them on the altar. But the bull, its hide, its flesh, and its offal, he burned with fire outside the camp, as the Lord had commanded Moses. (8:16) The Leviticus Blood Rite involves a massive amount of BLOOD.

From almost the beginning, Abel was a keeper of sheep, and Cain a tiller of the ground. In the course of time, Cain brought to the Lord an offering of the fruit of the ground, and Abel for his part brought of the firstlings of his flock of sleep, their fat portions. And the Lord had regard for Abel and his offering, but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. Since Adam’s day, generations of believers have sacrificed animals as an expression of faith. (Gen.8:20-21) The God of King Solomon diligently instructed man that he would not receive forgiveness or blessing if he did not approach the Lord with the blood of a sacrifice. So down through the ages many thousands of animals were sacrificed as a means of access to Yahweh’s holy presence. Later, again by divine decree, animal sacrifices were included in the laws given to Israel through Moses: but with a difference: The BLOOD of the sacrifices was to be brought to the Door of the Tabernacle (Exodus 29:11,32,42) and later to the Temple in Jerusalem.

When King Solomon consecrated his Holy Temple,  “…the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great high place: a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar”(1 Kg. 3:5).  The second time, ‘Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings … two and twenty thousand oxen,[22,000] and an hundred and twenty thousand [120, 000] sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the LORD. (1 Kg. 8:63). That involves absolutely thousands of people and tons of BLOOD. There was so much blood and carnage at Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem that the DEVIL, Himself, showed up to consecrate the Temple.

Part of Solomon’s temple complex was dedicated to Human Blood Sacrifice of Children. A Temple for Moloch/Molech is dedicated to the sacrifice of children.

I KINGS 11:7

Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.

Peter Yarrow could kill all 6 (six) of the black children at the drop of a hat in ultra secret Jewish Blood Ritual Sacrifices or the CIA. The sacrificial rituals of the Vikings ranged from great festivals in magnate’s halls to offerings of weapons, jewelry and tools in lakes. Blood sacrifices of Humans and animals were also hung from trees in holy groves, according to written sources.[14]

LITTLE TY,  HART WITCHES, SOUTH DAKOTA & THE NINTH SATANIC CIRCLE NETWORK

In August 2014, officials of the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) in Brussels, Belgium in conjunction with Montreal police raided a secret Ninth Satanic Circle gathering where two children were scheduled to be sacrificed. Among those arrested were two Americans from bordering states of South Dakota, Cargill Corporation Executive Kerry Brick of Wayzata, MINNESOTA, and Sinclair Oil Executive Stephen Holding of Sun Valley, IDAHO.

On October 11, 2013, 2 year old Tyrese Robert Ruffin, of Sioux Falls, SD passed away surrounded by family members and close friends on Friday, October 11, 2013, at Sanford Children’s Hospital, Sioux Falls, SD. They called him, TY. DNA confirmed that Little Ty was actually NFL running back Adrian Peterson’s biological child. His mother left him alone one evening with her boyfriend, Joseph “Joey” Robert Patterson.

He called 9-11 to report that the child CHOKED on a fruit snack. They actually found fruit snacks in the child’s mouth. But, an autopsy concluded that 2 year old Ty sustained four blows to the head that killed him that doctors said couldn’t have been accidental. Within hours of being declared dead due to criminal homicide, Little Ty’s organs were harvested. 

Little Ty’s October 22nd gathering of fellowship for friends and acquaintances was held at the First Evangelical Free Church in Sioux Falls. The Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) is an evangelical Christian denomination that also pin their faith like the Klan to the Bible as the Revealed Will of God. EFCA was formed in 1950 from the merger of the Swedish Evangelical Free Church and the Norwegian-Danish Evangelical Free Church Association.

The Church of Sweden goes back to the Middle Ages commingled with Norse Paganism and other pre-Christian religious systems that survived in the territory of what is now Sweden; for instance the important religious center known as the Temple at Uppsala at Gamla Uppsala was evidently still in use in the late 11th century. The temple was dedicated to Wodan (Odin) and Fricco (Freyr).

Danish historian, Saxo Grammaticus, says that Freyr began the human sacrifices at Gamla Uppsala:

Also Frey, the regent of the gods, took his abode not far from Uppsala, where he exchanged for a ghastly and infamous sin-offering the old custom of prayer by sacrifice, which had been used by so many ages and generations. For he paid to the gods abominable offerings, by beginning to slaughter human victims.

The sacrifices at the Temple at Uppsala are described by Adam of Bremen:

There even dogs and horses hang beside human beings. (A certain Christian told me that he had seen seventy-two of their bodies hanging up together.) The incantations, however, which are usually sung in the performance of a libation of this kind are numerous and disgraceful, and it is better not to speak of them.

Additionally, Freyr is also known as Tyr. Norse Mythology by Arthur Cotterell, originally published in 1997 and updated for 1999 by Lorenz Books has this to say: “Tyr, also known as Tiwaz, was the Germanic war god… He was closely associated with Odin and like that god, received sacrifices of hanged men.

TYR and Little TY, I just don’t believe that the names are similar due to any coincidences.

Just how deep are you willing to sink down the Rabbit Hole? Extremely deep! Little Tyrese’s Celebration of Life Ritual was held at Sioux Falls’ El Riad Temple. On May 25, 1888, the first ceremonial of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine held in Dakota Territory, was called to order in Sioux Falls by W. D. Stites, first Illustrious Potentate of El Riad Temple. The ceremonial was held under dispensation on May 25, 1888 and a “Class of 33” was taken into El Riad Temple. El Riad Temple was instituted by El Kahir Temple of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

A Masonic Temple is reserved for Satanic Freemasons. It’s pretty clear that whoever organized Little Tyrese’s Celebration of Life ritual was a Satanic Freemason. The ritual itself is a Humanist ceremony. The ritual is conducted by a Humanist Celebrant that believes that there is no soul or other supernatural component of the human personality that can in any way survive after physical death. The Humanist Manifesto II is very similar to the Satanic Bible. Anton LaVey’s Satanism is a form of Humanism. Whereas, a Celebration of Life ritual could very well be a Satanic Ritual.

El Kahir & Albert Pike-Arkansas Grand Dragon of the Invisible Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of the Ole Southern Satanic Brotherhood

In 2011, the El Kahir Temple of Grand Rapids was exposed to have been a “Clandestine Masonic Membership Shrine” under the jurisdiction of the Satanic Grand Lodge of Arkansas. The Grand Lodge of Arkansas meet in the Satanist/Grand Dragon of the Klan Confederate General ALBERT PIKE’s Memorial Temple, PIKE’S old home, built in 1838. Recall that Pike was the secret Old World European ILLUMINATI representative for North America. The Ole Southern Satanic Brotherhood that he helped to create in America is part of the Old World ILLUMINATI Satanic (Ninth Circle) network.

Since its establishment as a state on November 2, 1889, South Dakota and its predominately superstitious and dualistic nature European-Germanic population have been under the iron grip and influence of secret networks of Old World Secret Satanic Societies and the Ole Southern Satanic Brotherhood. The old families of South Dakota are undoubtedly deeply inter-related and associated with Secret Old World Bloodline and Blood Oath Secret Satanic/Masonic Based Societies such as the International Shriner, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and Albert Pike’s Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, and Freemasonry.

The global elite Old World Ninth Circle Satanic Cult is also secretly based in South Dakota. It is involved in the routine and systematic kidnapping, rape, torture and SACRIFICIAL MURDER of newborn infants and children up to age fourteen. According to witnesses in a federal lawsuit, the Ninth Circle Satanic Cult is globally based and centuries old, operating at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, London and dozens of other locations, including at protected forest groves in America, Canada, France and Holland. It routinely utilizes children taken from Catholic orphanages, adoption agencies, hospitals and schools.

After the collapse of Lawrence King’s Omaha, Nebraska CIA Satanic and Pedophilic Franklin Federal Credit Union, the federal credit union insurance fund repaid nearly all depositors 100 % of their deposits. It is accepted by most scholars of the Kabbalah that the author of this monumental work was Moses de Leon of Spain, who began to circulate editions of the book in the period of 1280 and 1290 A.D. He claimed that it represented some of the writings of Rabbi Simeon bar Yohai of the 2nd century A.D. From what we can find out, Rabbi Simeon bar Yohai was a great student of the corpus Hermetica and Jewish & Persian (Zoroastrianism) mysticism. The medieval environment is easily recognized in much of writing of the Zohar, though. Historical references to the Knights Templar Crusades and to Arab rule in Palestine after wars are put together with material based on laws and customs found in the Spanish environment of the author, Moses de Leon.[21]

The Zohar is a monumental work of 2500 published pages plus a gigantic oral tradition, and would take a serious researcher several lifetimes to fully digest and comprehend. This book is primarily a collection of allegorical stories and commentaries and has been written to hide and discourage serious seekers of mystical truth, and requires studying with someone, a master, to unveil its real truths hidden in its allegories, Hebrew letters, and strange symbology., where he went to Hebrew school, and which describes itself online as a “Progressive Reform Synagogue,” and at The Santa Monica Synagogue, a Reform temple where Stephen Miller was confirmed in 10th grade.[22]

What is the Emerald Tablet? The Emerald Tablets are a series of writings that were given allegedly passed down to mankind by the Kemetic God Thoth which were apparently written on a material created through an alchemical process.  Nobody has seen all of these tablets.  Only one exists in its original form, and the Emerald Tablets (as a textual body) are generally considered to be channeled material given to man by Thoth. The Ordo Lapsit Exillis is named after the Stone that fell from Heaven, the fabled jewel that is said to have fallen from Lucifer’s crown during the war in Heaven, and which in the occult is used as a symbol of enlightenment – of the descent of divine light form the mind of God into the mind of Man. As such it symbolizes Venus, the Morning Star, as well as the Luciferian doctrine of the initiates, the secret knowledge which men are not allowed, and which Lucifer’s angels were cast from Heaven for sharing with man.[24]

Legends tells us that when Lucifer fell from heaven, Archangel Michael swung his sword at Lucifer’s crown an emerald fell out and hit the Earth. This legendary emerald was symbolic of the fall of humanity and also the key to humanity’s redemption. In legend this emerald was the Holy Grail itself. It is believed that this emerald was was then fashioned into a cup or bowl by another angel that served as the cup of the Last Supper.[25]

Lucifer’s greatest- most secret, dangerous and sinister “servants” are the SS- Knights of the Black Sun.  By the outbreak of World War II, Heinrich Himmler’s Knights of the Black Sun had consolidated into its final form, which comprised three main organizations: the Allgemeine SS, SS-Totenkopfverbände, and the Waffen-SS. Himmler’s Waffen-SS evolved into a second German army alongside the Wehrmacht and operated in tandem with them, especially with the Heer (German Army). The SS rank system did not copy the terms and ranks used by the Wehrmacht’s branches. Instead it used the ranks established by the post-World War I Freikorps and the SA.

This was primarily done to emphasize the SS as being separate and independent from the Wehrmacht. They were Hitler’s second army. [28] At the end of WWII, the Wehrmacht– Heer (German Army) surrendered to Allied Forces. However, Himmler’s separate and independent “Knights’ Army” did not surrender. When people in the White House recently called Stephen Miller Waffen SS, they must not truly understand who and what the SS Knights of the Black Sun are. Then again, if they do know and still call him Waffen SS, the Gates of Hell are indeed wide open in America. I

Man. They really tried to kill Brother Huey with their Magick.  The Black Panther, in itself, is a mystic mysterious animal. Brother Bobby said that they adopted the panther as a symbol because it was solidarity and wanted only to be left alone. Push it up against the wall, it’s one of the most fearless and powerful defenders known to man.

But, they were truly afraid of Huey P. Newton and the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (BPP). They knew from the very beginning that they couldn’t get close to him spiritually or physically with their False Gods and Magick.  It wasn’t that he didn’t believe it. You see. Brother Huey was a very remarkable man, and historic figure. He was among a rare and special breed of men born in the 20th century. The masses loved him.

Huey was universal Love & Magic without the K. He didn’t play, and everybody knew it. Huey had the eyes, ears, wings, breath, spirit and wisdom of the HAWK. He could see what’s coming miles away. He was our BPP Minister of Defense.

The Nazi Luger Pistol represents a thing of great volkish mysticism, magic, spiritualism, superstition, and folklore of the Black Sun. The pistol’s mystic power is part of an unique signature of Adolf Hitler’s key racialist and most dangerous executioners that lived by myth and legend, Reichsfuhrer SS-1 Heinrich Himmler of the Cult of the Dark Messiah.

Don’t get it twisted. Hitler, Himmler and SS Knights had some of the most advanced wonder weapons, both known and unknown, to mankind. They possessed the keys of the Dark Messiah to the total destruction of matter- nuclear weapons. They wanted to dominate and control the entire planet, and conquer nature itself. The mightily awe of their weapons were designed to break the spirit of the people. Their Dark Messiah uniforms were designed to instill fear in the masses. You need to know that their unearthly wonder and most mightily weapons came from the MAGICK OF THE SPIRIT WORLD, THE BLACK SUN AND DARK MESSIAH- SATAN.

In the film, Gun of the Black Sun- in 1940, the Romanian Iron Guard placed an ancient spell upon a golden luger pistol that had a gift from Himmler and the SS Teutonic Knights of the Black Sun. The spell and the power bestowed on gun was that it would used be as an instrument to restore absolute global fascism. The command of the MAGIC of other dimensional unworldly Satanic Spirits and Forces of Duality were their unknown POWER and STRENGHT.

In October 1967, the OPD/FBI/CIA Special Task Force tried to kill Brother Huey. Hidden in the forensic evidence files of the case against Huey held in prison for the murder of an OPD officer and wounding of another, there were two spent bullet shells from a Nazi Luger Pistol locked into evidence. Don’t believe me, click here, People v. Huey P. Newton.  Other than case files, the Gun of the Black Sun has never been recovered, referenced or talked about as if it never existed. The Luger pistol disappeared from the crime scene- back into the dark abyss that it came from.

Chairman Bobby Seale was another very remarkable and extraordinary wise human being. He was a genius with a photographic memory and call back. Brother Bobby was so amazing that I thought that he had the ability to read through the covers of books. He was a walking set of encyclopedias. He was a vast reservoir of man’s knowledge down to the essence of its details from the beginning to the future. I distinctively recall him talking about memorizing blueprints while he worked with NASA building rockets. Huey and Bobby were young men of exceptional and unprecedented intelligence and character of epic proportions. The people loved both of them.

I often wondered how we could overcome the enormous stigma of public fear and panic surrounding the killing of a police officer (John Frey) to rally around Brother Huey. Bobby talked about resting and winning the heart, mind, spirit and the soul of the people through ART. He said, we get our story out about Huey and BPP by organizing and changing the universal atmosphere thru our music, art, poems, literature and the spoken word.  We began simply with only two words, FREE HUEY.

It was absolutely remarkable. White people from Frey’s own community began to step forward with vital background information on him. In one instance in Berkeley, I was even pulled aside by a frightened young white female that told me that Officer Frey had been a ardent racist in the proportions of a Neo-Nazi. Be careful. I immediately reported it to Brother Bobby. At that time, I understood little to nothing at all about Nazis and Nazism. We certainty did not know anything about the German Luger Pistol shells that had been recovered at the scene.

Huey and Bobby were very remarkable human beings that could have been highly successful and respected intelligent men of great morals, turpitude, skills and ability in one and many fields in the world. Early in the formation of the BPP in 1966,  I was approached by what undoubtedly was an undercover black FBI Agent, he gave me some helpful advice. But, it was really an option to live for myself with the images, role models, idols and HEROES that they create and provide, or die with Huey and BPP

As a manchild, I was growing and evolving as an individual. What I saw in Huey and Bobby was something intangible, an unseen and unknown quality that I had never seen or known in other young men or among men. They had this perplexing unselfishness motto, LOVE THE PEOPLE MORE THAN YOU LOVE YOURSELF. 

They talked about unselfishly – UNDYING LOVE FOR THE PEOPLE. At the time, I was a manchild that walked a tightrope. I was sitting on a fence between seeking living a moral and meaningful responsible life, and that of  living for myself in the model of a petty street hustler and young Mack preying on the weaknesses of the people, and particularly young women. I was  a manchild inside a puzzle warped inside a dilemma. I preyed on a beautiful married young lady on campus like a snake in the grass. She told me that she loved her husband that dearly loved, respected and worshiped her. I persuaded her to bring me of that money and give me some of that brown sugar and honey on the side. The dilemma- I was raised on a strict moral system and the Lord’s Ten Commandments. My mother and family didn’t raise me that way.

One day, I was feeling real proud of myself for what I was doing to corrupt and pollute a happy marriage. Suddenly, Huey and Laverne Williams, his significant one, turned the corned on campus. Whenever, I saw them coming. I would take off in the opposite direction, because Laverne didn’t respect me at all. Each and every time that she saw me on campus, she would always whisper something negative about me to Brother Huey. Huey was one of most respected brothers on campus, among the people, on the street and in the community. He would always look over at me. And, my heart always fell into my stomach. I felt like the smallest person on earth.

When I looked into his eyes, it was never any scorn or condemnation. The look and subliminal message that I received from Brother Huey was always encouraging and noble – young brother, you can do better. Well after that last encounter with Huey and Laverne, I stopped seeking life only for myself. I immediately ended contact with the married young lady. I became a serious full-time student just like Brother Huey. Laverne and I subsequently developed a meaningful and respectful friendship on campus.

From the beginning of recorded human civilization, Satanic Magick of the Dark Messiah has never defeated the sweet harmony and melody of the universe-  MAAT- TRUTH, JUSTICE, BALANCE, ORDER AND RIGHTEOUSNESS. That what the real Huey P. Newton, Bobby Seale and BPP were all about in the BEGINNING.

I had always approached the subject of CLONES as Dr. Mengele’s ACTUAL CLONES. After his death, I got access to his official 1949- 1953 psychiatric hospital medical records. In 1948, he first disappeared from his job at the U.S. Naval Air Station in Alameda, CA. However, I intensively studied the details of his 1949- 1953 medical records. Based on those records, I sent out numerous FOIA and California Public Records Acts access requests to public institutions and agencies found named in his medical records. While working thru his medical records at a public library, I left my work station to retrieve some medical journals when all my father’s hospital medical records were stolen. All of them had been U.S. Navy officers or former reserve psychiatric officers except two. Of the two, one was completely and totally UNKNOWN in the California- U.S. medical field, Dr. JEWEL.

Psychic Driving  was a psychiatric procedure of the 1950s and 1960s in which patients were subjected to a continuously repeated audio message on a looped tape to alter their behavior. In psychic driving, patients were often exposed to hundreds of thousands of repetitions of a single statement over the course of their treatment. They were also concurrently administered muscular paralytic drugs such as curare to subdue them for the purposes of exposure to the looped message(s). The Galatian Greek gods had certain months set aside as sacred: April and Oct. for Apollo; Feb. and June for Zeus; January for Bacchus; and many others.[29]

Pan is also associated with the worship of Bacchus. Pan and satyrs, along with goats, personify sensual lust. In the seventeenth-century, representations of Bacchus were highly prized for their playful erotic character and were not regarded as obscene because of their reference to Greek mythology.

Bacchus, the god of wine and revelry — acquired a sinister reputation in Rome in the second century B.C. Introduced by a mysterious Greek immigrant, the cult of Bacchus allegedly practiced human sacrifices and all manner of debauchery at its secret nighttime orgies. And the cult sought not only to corrupt Roman morals but also to take control of Roman government. “Never,” said Spurius Postumius, the Roman consul who first exposed the cult of Bacchus before the Roman Senate in 186 B.C., “has there been so much wickedness in this commonwealth, never wickedness affecting so many people, nor manifesting itself in so many ways…. Their [the Bacchan votaries’] impious conspiracy still confines itself to private outrages, because it has not yet strength enough to overthrow the state. But the evil grows with every passing day…. It aims at the supreme power of the state.” Fortunately for Rome, the Senate heeded Postumius’ warning and suppressed the Cult of Bacchus. But the episode showed the potency of cultic secret societies, and their potential, at least in the ancient Mediterranean world, to unravel moral fabric and even threaten the integrity of the state.[30]

This Roman bronze figurine, dating from the second century CE, has silver encrusted eyes. Bacchus is shown in typical Roman fashion, as a beardless, rather effeminate youth; he wears a crown of leaves and flowers. He is accompanied by the half-goat, half-human god Pan, patron of shepherds and flocks, whom the Romans identified with Faunus, a native Italian god of the wild forests. In this statuette, Pan offers Bacchus a bunch of grapes.[31]

Acts 17 in the new testament gives an account of a man liberated from the control of Dionysus:  Howbeit certain men clave unto Paul, and believed: among the which was Dionysus the Areapagite [Acts 17:34].

Greek Magick Kiste

To carry the name of Dionysus meant that, 1) the parents were devotees of Dionysus and their child was predestined to become a follower, or 2) the person was under the spell of the kestatot.  The kestatot was a magic arm band used in connection with an orca, or container, called a kiste.  Wherever a kiste is inscribed on sarcophagi or on Bacchic scenes, it is depicted as a sacred vessel or soul-prison with a snake peering through an open lid.

Pan, later relegated to devildom, is sometimes pictured kicking the lid open and letting the snakes or souls out. Such loose snakes were depicted as enslaved around the limbs and bound in the hair of the Bacchae women. Such images of Pan, the serpents, the imprisoned souls, and the magic Kestatot and Kiste, have never been adequately explained by authorities and the interpretation is under scrutiny.  Yet, since the prophet Ezekiel described the methods of the Bacchae to imprison the souls of people mystically through the magic bands of Dionysus, and since Pan was the most beloved of Dionysus because of his “pandemonium” (all the devils), which struck panic and fear into the hearts of humans and animals, and since the Hebrew symbol of the occult is the serpent, it can be summarized that the Bacchae used symbolic magic (of orcas- Greek crateras and keste), to incarnate Dionysus himself into a human body through an inter-dimensional gateway, or opening.[32]

Charlie Sheen & Ancient Ireland

Martin Sheen’s mother, and Charlie’ grandmother was Mary Ann Phelan who was born in Borrisokane, County Tipperary, Ireland, with some of its residents who date back to Phoenicians. She married Martin’s father, Francisco Estévez of Ancient Galicia.[33]

The Bogomils are a religious group related to Armenian Paulicians out of the immediate area of Galatia. KARDASHIANS & THE ANCIENT ARMENIAN PAULICIANS

I said all of this to lead to this. Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie Kristen Jenner and the Kardashians aren’t particularly concerned one way or another about Tyga, Mia Isabella, and Charlie’ secret  Bacchic orgiastic cult, because the Armenian Kardashians and Sheen’s Gaelic Satanic cults may be related, and have a common clandestine goal and agenda. And. Caitlyn had been just the same as Mia Isbella, a transgender MAN.

The Paulicians were an  Armenian dualistic heretical sect, derived originally from Manichaeism. Manichaeism was a major religious movement that was founded by the Iranian Manichaeus or Manes; c. 216–276 AD) in the Sasanian Empire. Manichaeism taught an elaborate dualistic cosmology describing the struggle between a good  spiritual world of light, and an evil material world of darkness. Through an ongoing process that takes place in human history, light is gradually removed from the world of matter and returned to the world of light, whence it came.[37]

The origin of the name Paulician is obscure. Gibbon (Decline and Fall, liv), says it means “Disciples of St. Paul” (Photius, op. cit., II, 11; III, 10; VI, 4). Their special veneration for the Apostle, and their habit of renaming their leaders after his disciples lend some color to this view. On the other hand, the form (Paulikianoi, not Paulianoi) is curious; and the name seems to have been used only by their opponents, who held that they were followers of Paul of Samosata (Conybeare, op. cit., cv). The latest authority, Ter-Mkrttschian (Die Paulicianer, 63), says the name is an Armenian diminutive and means “followers of little Paul“, but does not explain who little Paul may be. It occurs first in the Acts of the Armenian Synod of Duin in 719, a canon of which forbids any one to spend the night in the house of “the wicked heretics called Pollikian” (Ter-Mkrttschian, 62).[38]

In the year 970 AD, the Eastern Emperor John Tzimisces gave permission and support to a group of Paulicians to move from Armenia to Thrace the most eastern part of Europe across the Bosporus. North of Thrace was Romania and to the west was Macedonia and the Adriatic Sea. Tzimisces granted to the Paulicians, total religious liberty, and in turn those people granted it to others. And from there the doctrines of the New Testament were spread across Europe.

“Eerdmans’ Handbook on Christian History” also brings the Paulicians from Armenia to France: “The Paulician movement which spread in Armenia from the seventh to the twelfth century… came to Bulgaria in the tenth century and helped to develop the Bogomils who flourished in the Balkans in the eleventh and twelfth centuries. The latter movement in turn stimulated the …..heresy of the Cathars or Albigenses. who were dominant in southern France and northern Italy in the twelfth and thirteenth centuries.”

Douglas, who edited the “Dictionary of the Christian Church,” points out they were “influential at least until the twelfth century, even spreading to Italy and France. Probably they developed into and amalgamated with sects like the,,,,_ Bogomils, Cathari, and Albigenses. The Crusaders found them everywhere in Syria and Palestine.[39]

Marcion of Sinope

Marcionism was an early Christian duelist belief system that originated in the teaching of Marcion, the son of the Bishop of Sinope, at Rome around the year 144. Marcion believed Jesus was the savior sent by God, and Paul the Apostle was his chief apostle, but he rejected the Hebrew Bible and the God of Israel. Marcionists believed that the wrathful Hebrew God was a separate and lower entity than the all-forgiving God of the New Testament.[40]  Marcion’s father called him, “first-born of Satan” (Irenaeus, Adversus Haereses 3.3.4).[41]

Historic Marcionism, and the church Marcion himself established, appeared to die out around the 5th century, although similarities between Marcionism and Paulicianism in the same geographical area, indicate that Marcionist ideas may have survived and even contributed to heresies derived from Armenian Paulicians in Bulgaria (Bogomilism) and France (Catharism).[42]

The Catholics did everything in their power to eliminate the Armenian Paulicians, Bogomilism, Catharism, and destroy all their literature. They mass murdered from at least 200,000 to a million followers in Southern France during the Albigensian Crusade or the Cathar Crusade (1209–1229). Survivors went underground, and became more secretive.

Marcionism, Holy Grail & the Knights Temple

For the record, Marcionism and dualism formed a very secret inner circle of the Knights Templar, Quest for the Holy Grail, and Maria Orsic’s Thule Gesellschaft and the Vril Society. The Veil of Luciferianism that created or infiltrated and Satanically ritualized Hip Hop has an extremely complex ancient origin and history. In 1928, Hitler began renting a home with a view of the Untersberg Mountain. With the Nazis rise to power in 1933, Hitler bought the house and renamed it the Berghof (“mountain palace”). The once simple chalet grew into a sprawling compound. The Untersberg Mountain was of Aryan “volkish” Thule inspiration.

“What was the legend of the Untersberg Mountain, at which Hitler spent many hours gazing from his study in the Berghof? In 1220, Templar Komtur Hubertus Koch, returning with a small party from the Crusades, passed through Mesopotamia, and near the old city of Nineveh in modern Iraq, received an apparition of the Goddess Isais (first child of goddess ISIS and god SET). She told him to withdraw to the Untersberg Mountain, build a house there and await her next apparition.    

Whether that is true or not, in 1221, Koch erected his first Komturei at the foot of Ettenberg near Markt Schellenberg. A second, larger structure followed. It is believed that over the next few years, underground galleries were excavated into various areas of the Untersberg, and in one of them a temple to Isais was built.

A second apparition occurred in 1226 and was repeated on occasions until 1238. During this period the Templars received Die Isais Offenbarung, a series of prophesies (recently published) and information concerning the Holy Grail. The Templars at Jerusalem had knowledge of these visitations, over which the Church drew a veil of silence. What follows is only tradition, but may be of interest.

It is the German tradition that the Templars were ordered to form a secret scientific sect in southern Germany, Austria and northern Italy to be known as “Die Herren vom Schwarzen Stein” – The Lords of the Black Stone – or DHvSS for short, and this is said to be the true, hidden meaning of SS.

The Holy Grail (“Ghral” is holy stone, Persian-Arabic) was said to be a black-violet crystal, half quartz, half amethyst, through which Higher Powers communicated with humanity. It was given into the safe-keeping of the Cathars, and smuggled out of the last stronghold at Montsegur, France, and hidden, by four Cathar women on the night of 14 March 1244. There is a Cathar legend that 700 years after the destruction of the Cathar religion the Holy Grail would be returned to its rightful holders, DHvSS, or the SS?”

In 1917 the occultist Baron Rudolf von Sebottendorf, the Gurdjeff disciple Karl Haushofer, the ace pilot Lothar Waisz, Prelate Gernot of the secret “Societas Templi MARCONI” (The Inheritors of the Knights Templar- The Lords of the Black Stone ), and Maria Orsic formed THULE GESELLSCHAFT.

The Bogomils & Cathars

The Bogomils and the Cathars had brought together a dualistic religiosity in Medieval Europe that challenged the orthodox Catholic Church hierarchy.

“They think that the devil went to heaven with his angels, fought a battle against the Archangel Michael and the angels of the good god, and carried off a third of his subjects. Then he imprisoned them in human bodies and in animals, changing them from one body to another until they should all be led back to heaven. “They claim that the Son of God did not really assume human nature from the Blessed Virgin, who was an angel, but only the appearance of it. They say that he did not truly eat or drink, suffer or die, and was not buried or resurrected: all of this was only in appearance, for we read in Luke, ‘being [as it was supposed] the son of Joseph’. They interpret all Christ’s miracles in the same way.  They say that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and all the ancient fathers and also John the Baptist were enemies of God and servants of the devil. The devil is the author of the whole of the Old Testament, except for the books of Job, the Psalms, Solomon, Wisdom, Ecclesiastes, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel,  Daniel and twelve of the prophets, some of which they way were written in Heaven – that is, before the fall of Jerusalem, which they think was Heaven.

“They teach that this world will never come to an end, that the Last Judgment has already been made, and will not be made again, and that hell, eternal fire and eternal punishment are in this world and nowhere else.” – Raineir Sacchoni (1250)[43]

At the peak of their existence in 13th century Europe, primarily in France and Italy, they were characterized as Satanic demon worshipers. It has also been said that “Cathar” comes from the Latin word “cattus” or cat and, as a result, the Cathars were also accused of worshipping Satan in the shape of a cat.[44]The origin of Cathar beliefs has never been precisely identified, but most historians link them to the dualist Bogomil sect in the Byzantine sphere.  Like the Bogomils, Cathars were Christian dualists– a doctrine that has existed in various forms as long as there has been Christianity and before. The dualists attempt to confront the question of how can a God that is all powerful, merciful and good, allow monstrous evil to exist. Their response is that there must be two equally powerful gods- one good and one evil. Unlike Christianity, which demoted Satan beneath God’s authority, dualists see the forces of evil and good as equally powerful.[45]

The Bogomils and the Cathars rejected the Old Testament. However, along with the Ten Commandments, they did fact keep some of the books of the Old Testament. But, Leviticus wasn’t among them.  Leviticus 18 of the Old Testament is the eighteenth chapter of the Book of Leviticus of the bible. It narrates part of the instructions which, according to the Bible, were given to Moses by God on biblical Mount Sinai. The chapter deals with a number of sexual activities considered unclean and abominable.  Although the chapter is principally concerned with incest, it also contains laws related to bestiality and [ritually] “lying with a man as with a woman.”[46]

Moses‘ religious background was formed by the Kemetic Priesthood of Ashur (Osiris).[47] Basically, Macrion and the Armenian Paulicians removed all restrictions from the bible regarding the pagan practice of sodomy that represented the badges of the uncivilized versus the civilized. Kemet represented the oldest civilized society known to man. Gnosticism is also used narrowly to refer only to religious groups such as Sethians and Archontic who seem to have used the term “gnostikoi” as a self-designation.[48] In Gnosticism, Seth is the 3rd son of Adam and Eve seen as a replacement given by God for Abel, whom Cain had slain. It is said that late in life, Adam gave Seth secret teachings that would become the Kabbalah. The Zohar refers to Seth as “ancestor of all the generations of the tzaddikim” (Hebrew: righteous ones).

I argued with one judge, Ken Kawaichi, and the law by express was clear word for word in favor of my position, it was statutory language! In my case, he overruled the defendant’s demurrer before he knew who I was. A defendant whose general demurrer has been previously overruled may properly renew this objection by way of a motion for judgment on the pleadings. (See 2 Witkin, California Procedure, Proceedings Without Trial, § 74, p. 1710.) If the trial judge made the former ruling himself, he is not bound by it (Davis v. City of Santa Ana (1952), 108 Cal. App. 2d 669, 684 [239 P.2d 656]) Well, the defendant filed another demurrer and Judge Kawaichi granted their demurrer and threw me out of court. The appellate court and the California Supreme Court affirmed his lower court’s decision against me.

Kawaichi is an appointed judge of Jonestown Jerry, the Jesuit, Brown. Brown was the mayor of Oakland that I stood directly in opposition to in most of the projects I worked on in the city. Kawaichi  is a leading “inside” member of the American Bar Association (ABA). When I checked on the judges on the state appellate level that were continuously ruling against me no matter the merits or the law,  I found that it was often the very same judges that I  fought on the superior court level in Alameda County, kicked upstairs.

While I was locked in battle with Judge Castellanos, assassinated Oakland Tribune  journalist, Chauncey Bailey, invaded my office inquiring about my working office schedule. After almost a 2 (two) year delay in appointing an administrator or executor to carry out Mr. Gregory’s last will and testament of a small and very modest estate, Jefferson County Probate Court Judge Alan L. King appointed Attorney of Law Elizabeth (Beth) W. McElroy as Jefferson County’s Public Administrator for the Gregory Estate on May 22, 2013. Both Judge King and McElroy are fully compensated “PUBIC OFFICERS” empowered by the people of JEFFERSON COUNTY and the STATE OF ALABAMA.

The decedent’s real property consist of only a semi-rural residential property and 4 (four) small vacant lots in a traditionally black section of Pratt City, Birmingham. Mr. Gregory built the two (2) bedroom house with his own hands decades ago. He left a small modest checking and savings accounts. There are no stocks, bonds, or 401(s). There are no will contest(s), because the Probate Court Judge Alan King denied probating his last will and testament.

For over 2 (two) years with the heart and cold blood of a snake, McElroy has refused to carry out any of her enumerated duties to Mr. Gregory’s family clearly mandated by the probate code, county law, state and federal constitution. Equally of cold blood, Judge King demands that the family SERVE the whims of McElroy that demand MONEY from the heirs. Don’t get it twisted, Virginia Military Institute (VMI) that founded Alpha Tau Omega was a full fledge War College. At the outbreak of the Great Civil War, VMI Cadet Corps trained recruits for the Confederate Army in the Richmond area. The Corps was later reconstituted at the Institute to supply officers for the Confederacy. The Cadet Corps were called into active service a number of times that included the infamous Battle of New Market Heights.[21] The cadets that formed ATO were not cherry bottom high school boys. Cadet Otis Allan Glazebrook founded the ATO with Cadets Erskine Mayo Ross and Alfred Marshall on September 11, 1865 at VMI in Lexington, Virginia about 5 (five) months after General Lee’s surrender at Appomattox. Glazebrook fought with Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas Stonewall Jackson.[23]

Stratford Hall Plantation in Westmoreland County, VA was the home of four generations of the Lee family of Virginia, including two signers of the Declaration of Independence and it was the birthplace of General Lee (1807–70). General Ulysses S. Grant’s father and two brothers were members of the Masonic Lodge at Galena, Illinois. The father often told friends that Ulysses intended to petition for the degrees but in the press of duties in the army and the presidency, it was delayed. Brooke’s father was James Vess Brooke. He was an ardent Whig. He served as the Virginia commonwealth attorney, and state secretary of the American Party. He was elected to the convention of 1861, and signed the ordinance of secession. In 1862, he organized and took to the battlefield of the Great War, Brooke’s Battery of the Confederacy, which was attached to Stonewall Jackson’s corps.[45] James Vess Brooke was an active Mason and KNIGHT TEMPLAR- A Direct Brethren Brother of Lt. The Maltese Cross- MARK OF CAIN, above the DEMON CAIN in a church of dedicated to Saint Magdalene in the remote village of Rennes-le-Château in Southern France  has an extremely long complex occult history that goes back to the 8th Century A.D. Judge Alan King is rapidly moving behind the veil to ULTIMATE POWER and CONTROL in Jefferson County. He stands in the position as the Chief Election Official for Jefferson County. On August 14, 2013, Julia Ann Rogers, the issue of the body of John Gregory, Jr. filed a formal Complaint against Beth McElroy with the Alabama State Bar, Disciplinary Commission (CSP 2014-571), P.O. Box 671, Montgomery, AL 36101-0671. Basically from the lay perceptive, she complained that she hadn’t heard from McElroy causing the family stress and concern, and that she appeared without authority as an opposing party in her appeal of Judge King’s probate order breaching her fiduciary duties to family.

In May 2014, Diane T. Gray, Investigator/Paralegal for the Office of the General Counsel responded, “In view of the nature and content of the complaint and enclosed response of attorney, we will take no further action in this matter.” (Re: CSP 2014-571, Complaint against Elizabeth Wood McElroy)

Remarkably, Beth McElroy responded exactly as quoted, “On October 9, 2013 I, as Administrator of the Estate of the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., filed a Motion to Dismiss the appeal of the matter by Ms. Rogers because her appeal was untimely pursuant to Ala. Code § 12-22-21 (1975) because it was filed outside the forty-two (42) day time period in which an appeal could have been made.” (Re: CSP 2014-571, Complaint against Elizabeth Wood McElroy)

Well, it wasn’t possible to file an appeal within the statutory limit because McElroy didn’t serve the family with her May 22, 2013 appointment papers, and Judge King’s order denying probate of Mr. Gregory’s Will and the appointment of a county administrator wasn’t served, and it only appeared in the court file after the time limit had run. Plus, the court in which Ms. Rogers filed her appeal was a Court of EQUITY– it had the constitutional power to waive the forty-two (42) day time period violation for good cause such as Lack of NOTICE, DECEPTION, CONCEALMENT AND FRAUD.

Judge King and McElroy didn’t want that on the court record. In 2015, almost 2 (two) years after her August 14, 2013 short lay complaint against McElroy, a detailed COMPLAINT against Attorney at Law Elizabeth W. McElroy was drawn up to date pursuant to the ALABAMA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT and the Alabama Probate Code in the first person of Mr. Gregory’s Issue of his BODY, Ms. Julia Ann Rogers.

I.

Note: The particular rule violations and comments listed below weren’t included in the original state bar complaint. They, Alabama State Bar, are assumed to know their own rules of conduct.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.3. Diligence. A lawyer shall not willfully neglect a legal matter entrusted to him.

Ms. McElroy’s Serious Lack of Competence and Diligence

Almost two (2) year and almost four (4) months after Ms. McElroy has been appointed public administrator of my father’s estate, she has refused to file a signed, notarized initial inventory with the Court listing all known assets (Inventory of Assets) along with their fair market value at date of my father’s death.

The personal representative is statutorily designated as the proper party to act as a quasi-trustee for the benefit of the decedent’s next of kin, and to obtain for such heirs a monetary res. (In re: Samuel Rodgers v. Elizabeth McElroy, as personal representative of the estate of Ron’Drequez Cortez White, Court of Civil Appeals, Case No. 2110364)

She was charged with properly prosecuting my father’s wrongful-death action against the U.S. Veterans Administration. However, Ms. McElroy refused to communicate with me or any heirs about my father’s federal claim or anything else for over a year!

Due to the unnecessary and serious delay in the settlement of the estate and the hostile conduct and attitude of Elizabeth McElroy, on September 09, 2014, I filed an federal court action against Ms. McElroy, Dr. Ahmed Ali and the U.S. Veterans Administration under equity jurisdiction to stay the statue of limitation lapse of my father’s federal tort claim for wrongful death.

Under the unusual circumstances of this case, the federal court granted a stay to allow me time to move through state procedures to remove Ms. McElroy as the administrator as soon as possible (Rogers v. McElroy, etc., District Court Northern District of Alabama Southern Division, Case No. CV-14-BE-1728-S).

On October 20, 2014,  I appeared before Probate Judge Alan King on the PETITION to Remove Public Administrator Elizabeth McElroy from my father’s estate. (In the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., Case No. 213224).

On October 20, 2014, Probate Judge Alan King ruled that he lacked jurisdiction to hear the petition to remove, because the case was still pending in Jefferson County, Alabama, Circuit Court of Appeals, Case No. 2013-000611.00 (In the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., Case No. 213224).

On December 13, 2014, I petitioned the Circuit Court to remove McElroy as the public administrator of the estate. Instantly from his office desk, Judge Graffeo ruled that he also “LACKED JURISDICTION” to hear the petition to remove McElroy.

Judge Graffeo then personally ordered the clerks of the court not to file my petition to remove McElroy. Clerks of the court encouraged me to leave the courthouse building, immediately. Judge Graffeo subsequently ordered the court clerk to refund my $100.00 jury fee that had been posted pursuant to my August 14, 2013 Circuit Court appeal of Probate Court Judge King’s May 22, 2013 Order (Case no. 2013-000611.00). I was virtually thrown out of the circuit court. I was afraid that they would attack and arrest me if I didn’t leave the building immediately.

On April 27, 2015, while I was desperately seeking counsel(s) and resources for a possible timely state procedure/remedy to remove McElroy from my father’s estate beyond Probate Court Judge King and Circuit Court Judge Graffeo in the state appellate court or Alabama Supreme Court, the District Court Northern District of Alabama Southern Division, Case No. CV-14-BE-1728-S , dissolved my stay and dismissed my case in equity due to McElroy’s (statutorily designated as the proper party) refusal to settle my father’s estate, period, or take any action to pursue or protect my father’s federal tort claim, the res of the estate. Again, she wouldn’t talk or communicate with me about my father’s federal tort claim or anything else.

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File Inventory of Assets

McElroy had a duty to file a signed, notarized initial inventory with the Court listing all my father’s known assets within forty-five (45) days of her appointment over two (2) years ago, at the date of the filing of this complaint, she continues to refuse to file and serve an inventory of my fathers known assets, which I now own a part of through intestate succession.

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File Statement of Heirs

After over two (2) years, she refuses to determine the heirs of my father’s estate. She won’t file the Statement of Heirs. Two of my brothers with issue died before my father, she won’t communicate with any of us whether or not this could or may be an issue of case.

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File An Accounting of the Estate

Two (2) year and almost four (4) months after Ms. McElroy has been appointed administrator of my father’s estate, she refuses to give me notice of the property that she has collected, and the bills paid. She won’t communicate with any of us about our own inherited property.

At this very late state of affairs of my father’s estate, damages accrue daily to my inherited property. She has abandoned my father’s real property. The real property is in the state of decay and deterioration. The home owners insurance has been dropped due to the deterioration of the property. Utilities have terminated on the property. During her tenure as estate administrator, I (the heirs) have lost the fair rental value of the property.

Ms. McElroy’s two (2) year delay in filing necessary mandatory estate documents, communicating and informing me about my inherited property, and the general unnecessary and extreme delay in the administration of my father’s estate has/is causing me great of frustration, nervousness, distress, anxiety and mental anguish.

Ms. McElroy Won’t Communicate with Me or the Heirs

She refuse to serve me with her letters of administration. I demanded that she serve her letters of administration about two years ago. She won’t answer any of my letters addressed to her about my father’s property. She won’t answer any of my letters urging her to help us take immediate action to stop the decay and deterioration of my property She won’t answer any of my letters about delinquent taxes on the house or the termination of home insurance and utilities. She won’t talk or communicate with us. However, she communicated one THING to me. Her one verbal demand was very crystal clear to me and my brother, “WHERE IS YOUR FATHER’S MONEY!”

What MONEY? If my father had any MONEY, it was his to spend and do what he pleased with it. If he buried his MONEY in the ground, it was his MONEY to do with it at his own very WHIM.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.7. Conflict of Interest: General Rule

Loyalty is an essential element in the lawyer’s relationship to a client… As a general proposition, loyalty to a client prohibits undertaking representation directly adverse to that client without that client’s consent. Paragraph (a) expresses that general rule. Thus, a lawyer ordinarily may not act as advocate against a person the lawyer represents in some other matter, even if it is wholly unrelated.

Ms. McElroy’s Conflict of Interest in CV-2013-000611.00

In August 2013 within a reasonable time after I discovered on my own accord that Probate Court Judge Alan King denied probating my father’s Last Will and Testament, I appealed the court’s decision to the Circuit Court, CV-2013-000611.00. I had not been served with Judge King’s Order denying probating my father’s will or the order appointing a public administrator to the estate.

Ex parte Samuel Rodgers PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS (In re: Samuel Rodgers v. Elizabeth McElroy, as personal representative of the estate of Ron’Drequez Cortez White, deceased) (Jefferson Circuit Court, CV-10-2979; Court of Civil Appeals, 2110364), the Alabama Supreme Court told her that she acts as a personal representative, she acts as an agent of legislative appointment for the effectuation of the legislative policy, “… a quasi trustee for those who are entitled thereto under the statute of distribution.”

On October 09, 2013, Ms. McElroy, my legislative entrusted trustee,, without notice to me or the heirs improperly and irregularly filed with the Jefferson County, Alabama, Circuit Court of Appeals, a MOTION TO DISMISS MY APPEAL to deliberately prejudice and frustrate my efforts to mitigate damages and move the estate along on a timely basis. She advocated against me and subsequently prejudiced me so greatly that Judge Graffeo of the circuit dismissed my appeal with PREJUDICE in response to her formal motion to dismiss my case without my response or a hearing.

Ms. McElroy prejudiced me so much and so intensively that Judge Graffeo closed the district court doors in the my face. He purged my case permanently from the civil appeals calendar closing any adequate speedy state remedy to appeal, and remove McElroy from my father’s estate. In over two (2) years, she has not pursued any actions on my behalf to effectuate state law and policy to distribute the assets of my father’s estate.

III.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.15. Safekeeping Property.

A lawyer should hold property of others with the care required of a professional fiduciary. Ms. McElroy’s Refuses to Safe keep Any of My Property

For over two (2) years, Ms. McElroy has and still refuse to inform me, heirs or the court where my father’s money is that she has seized, and what she has in fact collected and seized of his estate. She hasn’t and will not safe keep my father’s house and lot. She refuses to inform us of the existence of any account(s) to the pay the taxes, creditors, insurance, and utilities on my father’s real estate. She wont’ inform us or show me, the heirs or the court any books, ledgers, receipts for any interest(s) received from accounts, or any incoming or outgoing receipts. She won’t communicate with any of us about anything about our own inherited property, and its been going on for over two (2) years.

IV.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Maintaining the Integrity of the Profession Rule 8.4. Misconduct

It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: …

(b) Commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;

(c) Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;

(d) Engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; …

(g) Engage in any other conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness to practice law.

Ms. McElroy’s Misconduct

Ms. McElroy’s demand is that we (I) pour over into the estate some unknown substantial amount of money that she has formed an opinion from some source (word of mouth) that my father may or should have had at his death. I don’t have that type of money. From my brother and I, she demanded to know “where’s your father’s money?” Until that time that we produce a substantial amount of money to turn over to her, she has refused to talk to us, or administer my father’s estate according to the letter of Alabama State Probate Law.

Dear Ms. Rogers:

We are in receipt of your request for reconsideration of the above-referenced matter. The Alabama State Bar only has violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Your initial complaint, the respondent attorney’s response, and your recent request were independently reviewed by two lawyers in this office. They have concluded that there appears to be no new information which warrants a formal investigation. Therefore, no further action will be taken in this matter in accordance with our earlier decision.

Interestingly, this time nobody in general counsel’s office not even a paralegal had the conviction to sign their name to the B.S. In the first instance, Ms. Rogers’ complaint against Beth McElroy was not a plea for reconsideration of the facts or newly discovered evidence that existed on August 14, 2013.

Rule 1.3. Diligence

“No new information which warrants a formal investigation” – since August 14, 2013, Beth McElroy has not performed any of her duties as an estate administrator (state official) mandated by law and state and federal constitution. EYES WIDE SHUT.

8.4. Misconduct

The issue of Beth McElroy demanding MONEY from the family before she performs any of her county and state mandated duties wasn’t brought up on August 14, 2013, and even if it was- a continuing 2 (year) refusal to perform any of her estate administrator duties until she is paid should be like “icing on the cake” for criminal EXTORTION.

In Alabama, “A person commits the crime of extortion if he knowingly obtains by threat control over the property of another, with intent to deprive him of the property.” (Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §3235.)

In Alabama, “(13) THREAT. A menace, however communicated, to: i. Take action as an official against anyone or anything, or WITHHOLD OFFICIAL ACTION, or cause such action or WITHHOLDING… (Definitions Generally, 13A/8/1)” EYES WIDE SHUT! 

This is only 2 (two) examples of the state bar’s sudden infliction of gross blindness in the Case of the QUEEN BEE. It certainly appears clear that for some of the State Bar’s Inner Circle and Powerful Influenced Secret Society BRETHREN, you only get one bite at the apple, or NO BITE AT ALL. Their EYES ARE WIDE SHUT to the Crimes of the Secret BROTHERHOOD against the PEOPLE and their FORM OF GOVERNMENT. In this case, the BEAST lies Behind the VEIL.
