If you hadn’t seen it with your own eyes, you would never have believed me about the Hart Witches and the clandestine MK ULTRA Occult Bureau trauma based abuse of their 6 (six) innocent adopted black children. Ritual Strangulation is one of the arts of the Dark Fallen Angels. Philo of Alexandria (20 BC – 50 CE), also called Philo Judaeus, was a Hellenistic Jewish philosopher who lived in Alexandria, in the Roman province of Egypt observed that strangulation does not allow the blood- which embodies the essence of the soul to run out freely that may be considered to be taboo. Lucifer, demons and gods want souls.
In the Cairo Calendar, a papyrus document dating between 1163 and 1271 B.C, scientists identified Algol, “the Demon Star” which lies approximately 93 light-years away in the constellation Perseus as one of the Eyes of Medusa’s head. Its name comes from the Arabic phrase, ra’s al-ghul, which means “the demon’s head.” In Greek mythology, Perseus is the legendary founder of Mycenae. Alongside Cadmus and Bellerophon, was the greatest Greek hero and slayer of monsters before the days of Heracles.
In the Perseus Project (1899), Gaius Sallustius Crispus, (Sallust, 86 – c. 35 BC), a Roman historian, politician, and novus homo from an Italian plebeian family said this about the about The Conspiracy of Catiline in 63 BC,
“There is a place in the prison, which is called the Tullian dungeon (a subterranean chapel partially made of oak, beneath a small church erected over it), and which, after a slight ascent to the left, is sunk about twelve feet under ground. Walls secure it on every side, and over it is a vaulted roof connected with stone arches; but its appearance is disgusting and horrible, by reason of the filth, darkness, and stench. When Lentulus had been let down into this place, certain men, to whom orders had been given, strangled him with a cord. Thus this patrician, who was of the illustrious family of the Cornelli, and who filled the office of consul at Rome, met with an end suited to his character and conduct. On Cethegus, Statilius, Gabinius, and Cæparius, punishment was inflicted in a similar manner.”
The “certain men” (Latin, vindices rerum capitalium) can be literally be interpreted as “the revengers of the capital matters” or “capital revengers” that specialize in state or empire secret ritual strangulation. The subterranean chapel match the description of the secret sacred rites of the Temples of Sun God Mithras. The temples were called mithraea (singular mithraeum).
Mithras and Perseus wore the so-called Phrygian cap, which was only worn in the olden times by either Persians or someone “oriental”, and, like Perseus, Mithras looks away from their victims.
Perseus was believed to be from the underground chamber and Mithras was born from the rock, both from underground caverns. They are also comparable because of the weapons they use—harpe and dagger, both with curved blades— used by Perseus and Mithras respectively.
Religious and state “capital revengers” and “sacrificants” that specialize in secret ritual strangulation are far from long loss and forgotten history. Known as the “soldiers of Christ” after the military bearing of their founder, Ignatius Loyola, there are over 12,000 Jesuit priests, and the society is one of the largest groups in the Roman Catholic church. The quotes from the Jesuit Oath were entered into the Congressional Record, 62nd Congress, 3rd Session; House Bill 1523, Library of Congress, Catalog Card Number, 66-43354, Volume 49, part 4, pages 3215-16.

Consecration is the solemn dedication to a special purpose or service, usually religious. Consecrat is a word comes from Latin, which means dedicated, devoted, and sacred. Persons and Souls can be consecrated to SATAN.

STEPHEN BLAKE CRAWFORD, STANFORD, HUMAN SACRIFICE & ALEISTER CROWLEY
Many including himself have been waiting a long time for a break in the infamous Satanic Black Mass Ritual Murder sacrifice of Arlis Perry in October 1974 at Roman Catholic Stanford University Memorial Church. According to the San Francisco Gate, DNA testing provided investigators with new leads in the unsolved murder that led to 72 year old, Stephen Blake Crawford of San Jose, CA.
Crawford, a U.S. Air Force veteran, was born in Los Angeles. He began work for the Stanford Department of Public Safety in 1971 as a police officer and had carried a gun. He had master keys to most of the building on campus. He left Stanford sometime in 1976. And, they aren’t talking about what he did after leaving Stanford University. Early in the investigation of Perry’s murder, law enforcement allowed Crawford to walk without taking a lie detector test that most of the Perry murder suspects took. In the interest of National Security?
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office deputies said they arrived at a San Jose apartment around 9 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 to serve a warrant to Crawford. After deputies announced themselves at the front door, they heard a gunshot. When they entered the apartment Crawford was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.[1] Crawford took part in the heinous Satanic ritual sacrifice of Arlis Perry that I believe was part of the CIA MK ULTRA Occult Bureau. It is possible that he had been implanted with a termination or self destruction alter personality.
And, it seems as though the Sheriff’s Office is overly anxious to close the books on the Perry murder case without talking about the man’s background in or his tie ins to satanism. They won’t even talk about the motive for killing Perry, because they would have to discuss Black Mass human sacrifices, and Satanic desecration of the Catholic Church.
Whomever killed Arlis Perry were fervent SATANISTS and Crowleyians. Crawford wasn’t alone that midnight hour. From the DNA evidence, it appears that Crawford was getting off on the kneeling pillow, while someone else, a sacrificant, ritually strangled Perry. The person that killed Perry was a Satanic High Priest ritual STRANGLER and CIA Assassin. Many thought that anyone linking Perry’s murder to a satanic cult was crazy. Well, it appears that Crawford didn’t share that opinion during his life.

ARLIS PERRY, NORTH DAKOTA & THE PROCESS CHURCH
The Process Church
After graduating from Bismarck High School, Arlis’s husband Bruce Perry moved across the country to attend Stanford University pursuing a career as a doctor. Arlis still had a year left in high school and it has been reported that during this time, while Bruce was away, Arlis, a fervent Christian, spent her time spreading the Gospel and proselytizing to non-believers. One of the groups that Arlis allegedly approached and knew a lot about in Bismarck and attempted to convert was the Process Church. The full name of the group is the Process Church of the Final Judgment.
Established in London in 1966 by Mary Ann Maclean and Robert de Grimston Moore, two former Scientologists who were expelled from the church.
During questioning, Charles Manson was asked if he knew Process co-founder Robert De Grimston Moore, to which Manson responded “You’re looking at him. Moore and I are one and the same.”[2]
Robert DeGrimston has published three books on the subject of war, Jehovah on War, Lucifer on War and Satan on War, alleging that the words are from the three gods themselves as operating through the mouth of DeGrimston. The Process Church is linked to Nazi Occultism, Satanism, Son of Sam, and Charles Manson and Family. The Process Church of the Final Judgment is an English occult society dedicated to observing and aiding the end of the world by stirring up murder, violence and chaos (Helter Skelter), and dedicated to the proposition that they, the Process (The Enlightened Ones), shall survive the gore as the chosen people.

Grimston’s wife, Mary Anne DeGrimston assumed various names such as Hecate and the Oracle and possibly Circe. Both Robert and Mary Anne are devout reincarnationist. According to one account, Mary Anne believes she is the reincarnation (agent) of Dr. Paul Josef Goebbels.[3]
Aleister Crowley was born October 12, 1975. Perry was murdered around midnight on the 12th of October. Perry’s body had been spread across the central altar of the church, but that the authorities had her body moved to another location in order to maintain the sanctity of the church. Found on her back, naked from the waist down with her legs spread wide apart, her pants were carefully placed over her legs to form oppositional, triangular shapes.[4]
In Amalantrah Working (1918) Crowley reached the conclusion that the name should be spelled BAFOMIThR, signifying “Father Mithras.” Crowleyan invocations and sexual magick involve ancient Mithraic and Bacchanalian rites, Goetia, and Gnosticism.

ARLIS PERRY, MANSON II & SON OF SAM
The Grimorium Verum (Latin for True Grimoire or The Grimoire of Truth) is an 18th-century grimoire attributed to one “Alibeck the Egyptian” of Memphis, who purportedly wrote in 1517. Like many grimoires, it claims a tradition originating with King Solomon.

August 10, 1969, six of the Manson Family led by Tex Watson entered the La Bianca residence, tied up both Rosemary and Leno, placed pillow cases over their heads, and strangled them with lamp cords. But, they weren’t experienced stranglers.
Rosemary and Leno La Bianca were then stabbed repeatedly until they eventually had passed. Most of the Manson Family serial murders of white families were remarkably blamed on a satanic sect of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense. I was well away and distance from the Panthers when they welcomed the ILLUMINATI into the black movement, and began to move into the isolated Santa Cruz Mountains for clandestine CIA MK ULTRA Revolutionary arms and explosives training with Dr. Gregory Bateson and SRI stationed at Santa Cruz University.
In 1969, Bobby Seale converted to a secret sect of Humanism Ministry most likely attached to the Fellowship of Humanity (Humanist Hall) in Oakland. It is the first and oldest affiliate of the American Humanist Association. Humanist philosophies are all focused on humans. Human beings—not God—are at the center of all this thinking. Within secular humanism, and even religious humanism to a lesser degree, anything dealing with the supernatural (including God, the Bible, angels, demons) isn’t considered. While modern humanists point to Prometheus in Greek mythology as a hero in defiance of Zeus, the real origin of humans defying God and thinking for themselves goes back to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Satan presented the underlying philosophy of self-determination to Eve as higher-level thinking—something positive and good for her to do. Satan invited Eve to cast away God’s rules and to think for herself. Based upon Satan’s sales pitch for humanism, Eve was deceived (Timothy 2:14). She ate of the forbidden fruit and gave it to Adam, who did the same. Bobby began to sell a slick version of Satanism/Humanism among brothers and sisters in the black community, Man is God, the Son of Man Temple.
In April 1971, BPP Captain Fred Bennett was ritually sacrificed. His body was mutilated, dismembered and burned at a secret so called revolutionary bomb training hideout in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The secret bomb and revolutionary training sites in the mountains were overseen by a clandestine untouchable special group of mulatto Humanist CIA agent provocateurs and assassins operating out of the Humanist Hall on 27th Street in Oakland.
Early on October 13, 1974, a security guard (Stephen Blake Crawford) was making his usual rounds at Stanford Memorial Church when he made a shocking discovery: Inside the church, lay the corpse of a young woman on the altar. They said that her body was found on the side of the altar.
However, Satanists don’t roll like that. Perry’s body was spread across the top of the altar. 19 year old Arlis Perry of Bismarck, North Dakota had an ice pick shoved through the back of her left ear, and it appeared she had been strangled. The ice pick is a silent killer that causes lethal internal bleeding at the site. The young woman was naked from the waist down, and the killer(s) had inserted a 3-foot long candle into her vagina.

A second altar candle was placed under her bra between her breasts. Despite the candles being used as devices for sexual assault, there was no evidence that Arlis had been defiled any other way. There were no signs of rape, although a kneeling pillow found next to the body did have traces of semen on it.[5]
The Perry ritual killing was a secret Black Mass Satanic Ritual Sacrifice serviced by at least two (2) or more satanists. Today, we know that Stephen Blake Crawford had been one of them. The two witnesses who exited the church shortly after Arlis arrived described a man entering the church as being approximately five foot ten inches tall, and of medium build and with sandy hair. Interestingly, this description fits that of the unknown man who visited argued with Arlis at her job the day before her murder.[6]
In the late 1980s, the truth community was blown away when the iconic classic Maury Terry “The Ultimate Evil: Mind Control, Satanism, & the U.S. National Security Establishment” (1987) fully documented Perry’s ritual murder links to the Charles Manson Family, Son of Sam, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, and the Process Church of England.
The Minot Air Force Base is located in Ward County, North Dakota. It is home to Aerospace Defense Command, Strategic Air Command (SAC), Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC).[7] There is evidence of air force base’s ties to clandestine mind-control programs. Minot is an area that has highly secretive satanic cults operating in it that have been directly tied to the Son of Sam coven.
In June 1971, Jewish Charles Richard Berkowitz joined the U.S. Army. In December, he was shipped to South Korea as an Army Specialist E4 where he is stationed for 10 months.
During his years of service, he used marijuana, mescaline, amphetamines, and LSD. The Late John Judge along with Mae Brussell maintained that the type of “acid” the Manson Family used was a special military version, unlike the stuff found on the streets, and though it was called “acid” was actually different from LSD-25. It is believed that the MK-ULTRA version of “acid” was a psilocybin derivative called EA1729 that was used at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, home to Himmler’s SS Rocket Team, as part of MK-ULTRA experiments. Reportedly, this is the same “acid” that a buddy of David Berkowitz’s named Terry Patterson – who served with him in Korea – claimed Berkowitz was given by the “brass” while he served in the Army. Berkowitz was placed in a special program for “profiled” candidates, after he asked for conscientious objector status. Mae Brussell was convinced that Berkowitz was another in a long list of MK-ULTRA patsies, and hilariously referred to him as “Son of Uncle Sam”.
At Least 4 (Four) Son of Sam Assassins
The Son of Sam and the .44 Caliber killings and assaults, began in New York City during the summer of 1976. The crimes were perpetrated with a .44 Bulldog revolver. Six people were murdered and nine wounded by July 1977. Charles Richard Berkowitz (MK ULTRA LSD Mind Control Occult Bureau Satanist) was arrested and charged with all the crimes. However, the Son of Sam murders and assaults were carried out by a clandestine Satanic Coven linked to Minot.
Terry was also able to connect the 1978 death of John Carr (F-106 Maintenance) at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. Carr, who was shot in the head (suicided) at the home of his girlfriend on base, was initially listed as a suicide, but it turned out, John’s father, Sam Carr of Yonkers, was the inspiration for the term “Son of Sam.” Sam had another son named Michael also linked to the Process and the Son of Sam assault team. When the investigation of John’s murder got close to Michael, he also came up dead.[8]

Berkowitz told Terry the group likely killed John Carr, a user of illicit drugs and diagnosed schizophrenic, because of his bizarre behavior and the fact he was untrustworthy. Berkowitz also fingered Carr as one of the Son of Sam shooters.
Terry traveled to Minot, N.D., where he interviewed Lieutenant Terry Gardner of the Ward County Sheriff’s Department, who had received a book from Berkowitz during the time he was investigating Carr’s death. The book was the Anatomy of Witchcraft by Peter Haining and on page 114, Berkowitz (or someone) had underlined the following passage: “The shade of Aleister Crowley looms large in the area, but his excesses pale into insignificance compared to today’s devil worshipers.”

In the margins, he had written: “Arliss [sic] Perry. Hunted, stalked and slain. Followed to California,” and scribbled at the top of the page was: “Stanford Univ.” (Berkowitz later admitted the chilling notations were his.) Peter Haining became one of Britain’s leading authorities on horror, and particularly on early Gothic and the classic English ghost story.[9]
Many scoffed at Terry’s claims and his response was: “Why would he [Berkowitz] make it up? He had no motive, no reason. He’s confessed to three murders, he’s not getting out.”[10] Berkowitz linked Perry’s ritual murder at Stanford directly to an assassin from Los Angeles called Manson II that was connected to the Charles Manson Family. Terry did not reveal the identity of Manson II, but stated that he had moved in the circles of both Charlie Manson and Mama Cass Elliot. It is likely that there were more than one Manson II High Priest Satanic Stranglers.

MAE BRUSSELL, STANFORD, THE CIA MK ULTRA SATANIC STRANGLER & THE DEATH ANGELS
The late great Mae Brussell believed that she had been directly stalked by a figure connected to Manson II. In 1975, she met him face to face in her home. Mae met him thru an alleged truther researcher called Julie Mc____. She dropped him off at Mae’s home in Carmel-By-the-Sea. A couple of years later, Julie called Mae to apologize for bringing the man to her home. Julie said that she had been enticed to bring him to her house. As a reward, she worked with CIA figures, E. Howard Hunt and U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel William Buckley of the CIA.[11]
Lt. Col. Buckley was employed by the CIA from 1955 to 1957 and again from 1965 until his death in 1985. He served in many varied assignments all over the world. He was taken hostage from his last assignment in Beirut; Lebanon where he was the Political Officer/ Station Chief at the U.S. Embassy. Colonel Buckley died after 15 months in captivity of illness and torture.[12]
E. Howard Hunt was the country’s most dangerous and notorious CIA spooks linked to the assassination of JFK, who later served time for his role as one of the plumbers in the bungled burglary that later toppled Richard Nixon.[13] Julie also told Mae that the CIA planned to build a house across the street from her to serve as high tech surveillance center to monitor her and the truth community. The house was built. And, the day that Mae died the house across the street mysteriously burned down.
Julie told Mae that the man she left at her house the was the assassin that did the killing (ritual strangling) at Stanford of the Perloff (Perlov) girl. He was a shadow government”capital revenger” and a CIA “sacriicant” strangler.
On Feb. 16, 1973, deputies found the body of Leslie Marie Perlov in the foothills behind the Stanford campus . Perlov, age 21, had been strangled to death three days earlier. Her scarf “wrapped tightly around her throat.” The case remains unsolved to this day. The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate it as a cold case.[14]
Police Say Perlov Not Sexually Assaulted Leslie Marie Perlov, the Palo Alto law clerk whose strangled body was discovered last Friday in the foothills behind the campus, was apparently not sexually assaulted as was previously believed. Capt. Frank Mosunic said that “indications are that she was not sexually assaulted” before she was murdered. Her skirt had been pulled up around her waist, and her pantyhose had been stuffed into her mouth.[15]
September 11, 1973, Santa Clara County sheriff’s detectives and officers of the Stanford Department of Public Safety (Stephen Blake Crawford) remain baffled by the brutal murder of a physics student. Early on the morning of Sept. 11, a jogger found the body of David Sidney Levine, a senior in physics from Ithaca, N.Y., on a walkway just east of the Meyer Library. About 1 am in the morning, Levine’s assailants stabbed him 15 times in the back and side with long knives.
It is believed that Levine may have been an early victim of the “Death Angels” Satanic Cult, a prison mind control group responsible for the so-called Zebra race killings. San Francisco Mayor Joseph Alioto, announcing the arrest of seven men in connection with the killings, said Levine’s murder was one of 73 (seventy-three) “murderous assaults” in the state that might be laid to the reputed black separatist sect. Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Lead Detective Capt. Frank Mosunic told the Daily yesterday that “what we have would coincide with what San Francisco has released to the media.” Mosunic said that there is a “very strong possibility that two blacks were involved in the (Levine) murder,” and that “we wil1 be in touch with San Francisco tonight, and some people from Alameda.”[16]
Jessie Lee Cooks & Anthony Harris
The satanic “two blacks” suspected of killing Levine with long knives were former state mental patients/convicts Anthony Cornelius Harris and multiple personality disordered Jessie Lee Cooks, both connected to clandestine California prison CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH Black Manchurian Candidate mind control programs.
The October 20, 1973 machete (long knives) murder of Quita Hague, and mutilation of Richard Hague in San Francisco was the work of Black Manchurian Candidates Cooks, and Anthony Harris. Cooks was identified by Hague as an assailant. Hague could not identify the other assailants, but it was Cooks that abducted them. Hague said that he was hit in head with an object by Cooks, and knocked unconscious.
On October 30, 1973, at approximately 9:05 p.m., Frances Rose, 28, was shot and killed with a .22 automatic pistol at 55 Laguna Street. A witness described the assailant as a muscular Black man, 25, 5’ 10”, wearing a navy-blue watch cap, an olive-green jacket, and gloves. A few minutes later within blocks of the scene of the shooting, police stopped Jessie Lee Cooks. Cooks was perspiring profusely like Manchurian Candidate Sirhan Sirhan after the Assassination of RFK.[17]
Cooks had been through the various federal CIA CHAOS “spook” prison secret behavior modification and conditioning systems and assessments at Terre Haute, Marion, McNeil Island (Charles Manson), and Terminal Island (Charles Manson). Cooks was a perfect Manchurian Candidate for the Big Show (Death Angels/Zebra Murders- Strategy of Tension).
For the Big Show, Cooks was turned over to a white Russian emigrant, Dr. David G. Schmidt of Stanford University Medical Center at Neumiller Hospital, San Quentin Prison. Prison Chief Psychiatrist Dr. Schmidt was a colleague of CIA-MK ULTRA/MONARCH psychiatrist and Station Chief at Vacaville Men’s Medical Facility, Dr. James Alexander Hamilton.
During the 1950s, Dr. Schmidt reportedly collaborated in secret CIA-MK ULTRA LSD experiments using state prisoners in the psychiatric wards as guinea pigs. Dr. Schmidt allegedly invented a secret mind control (psychotronic) machine called, Magnetic Integrated Neuron Duplicator (MIND). This is just a fancy phrase that means EEG cloning. TAMI stands for “Thought Amplifier and MIND Interface”.[18]
Anthony Cornelius Harris turned state witness and walked away from murder charges and disappeared even though he was directly linked to killing 10 out of 14 whites during the Zebra Killings operation. Anthony Harris had an extensive psychiatric history and institutional background. In 1959, when he was 14 years old, Anthony’s mother placed him in a state mental hospital, Pacific State Hospital, because he was fighting with his brothers and sisters. He was in the hospital about a year before he escaped from Patton State Hospital where he had most likely undergone mind control experiments to kill consistent with the objectives of the CIA’s notorious zombie assassin program, MK-ULTRA/MONARCH.
George Tarjan & Linus Pauling
The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) had a special research project/branch at Pacific, Socio-Behavior Study for Mental Retardation. The NIMH project was headed by Dr. George Tarjan and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Linus Pauling, an international renowned chemical/nuclear scientist. Dr. Tarjan was a Professor of Psychiatry of the Neuropsychiatric Institute, UCLA, Past President of the American Psychiatric Association, and American Academy of Child Psychiatry.
Dr. Jolly West
The UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute was home to the notorious CIA/MK- ULTRA “Maestro of Mind Control”, Dr. Louis Jolyon West. The CIA funded secret MK ULTRA programs at state mental hospitals thru NIMH. It was a conduit for CIA funded clandestine mind control programs.[19]
Anthony Harris, number B-35599, was also a mind control subject of Stanford University’s Dr. David G. Schmidt and the MIND machine at San Quentin.[20] However, I don’t believe that there was any evidence that really linked Harris and Cooks to the killing of Levine. Mayor Joseph Alioto inside information about the “Death Angels” came out of Anthony Harris and his control group. Nevertheless, the Levine case remains unsolved.
Dr. Schmidt’s San Quentin Mind Control Boys infiltrated the well respected Nation of Islam mosques in Oakland and San Francisco to use as bases of operation. Dr. Hamilton’s Vacaville Prison Mind Control Boys moved into a halfway house called “Alternative House” in Oakland to run what one told me was a “Black Mafia”. Dr. Hamilton’s group ran a drug distribution and enforcement network connected to the Mr. Steve NY Gambino Syndicate drug network in Oakland.
I had a tense face off with one of Dr. Hamilton’s well publicly financed boys in a Oakland community meeting, and I didn’t know it. I told him and his small group of brothers the foolishness that they had proposed to do in the black community in the name of the black community wasn’t going to happen, period. It was Cecil Moody, the former president of Dr. Hamilton and Colston Westbrook’s (BCA), a CIA medical cohort mind control group, at Vacaville Prison.
In fact, Cecil Moody and Donald Defreeze (SLA- Cinque) competed for the presidency of the BCA. I didn’t recognize his name because he had changed it around. Of course, my name was thereafter scratched off the city and county community contact list.
Dr. Gregory Bateson also ran a clandestine Stanford Research Institute (SRI) experimental Black Manchurian Candidate program out of the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. Bateson and SRI’s group centered around a false Muslim sect called, Al Constran.[21] They were also a cell of drug runners and the Zebra Operation long knives “Death Angels.” [22]
Jessie Lee Cooks had been in police custody since October 1973, they could have stopped the infamous Zebra Killings before it ran amok from October 1973 to April 1974. There were at least 15 murders and 8 attempted murders, entirely against white victims. However, some authorities believe there may have been as many as 73 (seventy-three), or more, victims killed in California.[23]
On March 24, 1974, Janet Ann Taylor, 21, was strangled to death after leaving the Stanford University campus. Taylor, daughter of former Stanford University Athletic Director Charles A. (Chuck) Taylor, was apparently hitchhiking back to her La Honda home after visiting friends on the campus Sunday night. Her body was found the next morning three miles from the Stanford campus, in a roadside ditch on Sand Hill Rd. Like Perlov, Taylor was strangled (although by hand instead of with a scarf) but not sexually molested. The strangling pressure crushed bones in her throat. Investigators at the time speculated about a possible link between the cases.“Both were barefoot when their bodies were found, and both had been wearing raincoats,” The Daily reported. “Both women had been carrying purses, which were not found with the bodies.”[24]
In July 1976, adhesive tape was the weapon of choice in the murder of 25-year-old Edward McNeill, a postdoctoral researcher in chemistry. In the fifth unsolved murder of a Stanford University community member in three years, McNeill was bound with adhesive tape and strangled in his Menlo Park apartment. His landlady and a friend found McNeill on July 20, and coroners declared that he had been dead for approximately two days.[25]
The CIA “capital avenger” that stalked Mae Brussell in Carmel-By-the Sea linked to Stanford’s ritual strangulation murders does not appear to have been a man generally believed to be the Manson II serial assassin, William Molony “Bill” Mentzer, or Stephen Blake Crawford that was working at Stanford in 1975.
William Mentzer is serving life without the possibility of parole in a California prison. In 1991, he was convicted of the 1983 murder of Roy A. Radin. Allegedly, Mentzer aka Manson II was an associate of Charles Manson, but he hasn’t been convicted of any crime connected with Manson Family. He also allegedly associated with the Son of Sam satanic coven. They also allege that he may possibly be the Zodiac Killer. One thing is certain is that he was a low ranking hit man with ties to U.S. intelligence and the shadow government. He wasn’t very smart and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. In 1983, he had been hired by drug dealer Karen DeLayne Greenberger along with Alex Lomota Marti and Robert Ulmer Lowe to kidnap and murder Roy Radin, because Radin had cut her out of a Hollywood movie deal and had been involved in the theft of cocaine and money from her house.
Alex Marti was a neo-Nazi Argentine national that had been part of the Argentine Death Squad that “admired the Nazi method of execution: a single gunshot to the back of the head.” (Sinister Forces Book III, Peter Levenda, pg. 218) The men appear to have first encountered one another while working as bodyguards for famed pornographer publisher, Larry Flynt, the founder of Hustler. In 1983, Flynt worked closely with Mae on the inside to produce the Rebel magazine. If Mentzer had been her mysterious CIA house guest in 1975, Mae certainly would set off an immediate alarm. She didn’t miss much.

CONCLUSION
Detectives combing the apartment found a box in Crawford’s closet containing important personal papers such as financial records. They also found the jacket to Terry’s “The Ultimate Evil.” Sheriff spokesman Sgt. Reggie Cooks said the book jacket was found in a folder with other papers.
Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith
Sheriff Laurie Smith said that investigators did not think Crawford was connected to any other unsolved homicides at Stanford or the local area. But, she appeared to leave the possibility open.
“During this time there were a lot of serial killers in this area,” she said. Wow! She said, “We have a chart of unsolved homicides and we’re looking at when he was living in this area,” she said, noting that detectives are looking at whether there is a correlation between Crawford’s presence in the local area and whether homicides stopped when he wasn’t living here. Maybe, Smith should at least pick up Terry’s book and read it.[26]
Before I left for Los Angeles in 1972 or 1973, some of our then radical brothers had been admitted to Stanford University. On several occasions, I accompanied brothers, riding shotgun, on sundown rides into the Farm. During the day, it was on a liberal college atmosphere. But when the sun went down, Stanford was like something out of Alabama. Black students said that reported racial incidents, but Stephen Blake Crawford and the Stanford Department of Public Safety never showed up.
We had to roll right up in some of Stanford’s dorms to straighten out racial matters and racial harassment of black students. At the time, I didn’t know anything about the Arlis Perry Murder or the other killings on the Farm, but there was something about the place that always bothered and scared me when the sun went down. We rolled in Stanford, handled our business and rode out.
Nevertheless, I hate to rain on anyone’s parade that believe that the Arlis Perry Satanic Murder Case has been closed. A standard plain run of the mill Stanford security guard without anything more as of this minute, Crawford had no motive to kill Perry. Law enforcement won’t even deal with the issue of whether or not Crawford was a Crowleyan Satanist at the very least. The sheriff’s department has also been quick to say that Crawford had nothing to do with Stanford’s other three 1970s unsolved strangulation murders, Leslie Marie Perlov, Janet Ann Taylor, and Edward McNeill. Arlis was ritually strangled and snuffed out by a bloodless ice pick stab behind the left ear by a Satanist and experienced assassin.
I was at a large public jazz concert in Antioch, CA when I was suddenly tapped on the back by an Oakland Black Angel Assassin that I knew. She whispered, see there- “I can kill you anytime I get ready.” I told her that I am not running from anybody, then I thought about the silent pick ice plunged in my brain from behind- instant death without blood. I am still not running from anyone even her- ice pick, poisoning, gunshot or whatsoever.
The bottom line is Arlis Perry’s serial satanic sacrificant is still out there. Stephen Blake Crawford had lived with the knowledge of the identity of the CIA’s Occult Bureau sacrificant for 44 years. He had many tales to tell, but now he is dead, and dead men tell no tales. I quite certain that he was implanted with a MK ULTRA termination or self destruct alter that took his life when threatened with detection, arrest and public exposure. Because, that is the way they roll in these extremely highly controversial explosive murder cases.
Mae Brussell pointed out, for a number of years, her thesis which has endured that all or most of the mass serial killers were/are, in fact, forms of agent provocateurs. Basically, according to Mae’s thesis is that it is the application of the “strategy of tension“. The CIA unleash all of these horrendous cold blood killers that have the effect of driving the political spectrum to the “right“. People want and demand “law and order“. They want stronger laws, more cops, more jails, lengthy sentences, quicker capital punishment. And in general, it predisposes the masses to accepting brutal police state conditions. “What we need is ‘law and order.” “We need a Fuehrer like figure (Donald J. Drumpf) in America.” [27]
