According to the KOIN 6 report, no dogs were found left behind at the Hart home, although authorities found evidence that two (2) dogs lived in the home when they searched the house on March 27, 2018. No food had been left out for them so there weren’t intended to be left behind.
Clark County Animal Control Officers Bill Burris and Rachel Morrow
Prior to the sheriff’s court warrant search of the Hart home, a county animal control officer who entered the house to gather the family’s animals found evidence that two (2) dogs lived in the home. Animal control were contacted on March 27, 2018, Tuesday afternoon, by a woman who said she was an aunt of the Hart family, according to Paul Scarpelli, the manager of Clark County Animal Control. “She was calling concerned about the animals,” Scarpelli said.[1]
They took action immediately. Animal control, escorted by the Clark County sheriff, entered the home and found several fat and healthy chickens, some fat and healthy ducks and one cat, Scarpelli said. The animals are safe. Some were taken to a nearby humane society and an animal control staff member was fostering some of the ducklings that were found.[2] The officer said it appeared 2 (two) dogs lived in the home but the dogs were not in the house, Scarpelli said. The officer found 2 (two) large dog bowls, 2 (two) dog beds and 2 (two) leashes. He said there was no food laid out for the dogs. Well, that’s really interesting that if Tiny Hannah and the Children had been abused dogs, cats or a horses, they would be live today. Clark County animal control officer(s) had state power to storm into the Hart house to protect animals without a search warrant, but Clark County CPS can’t immediately help to protect Children.

Captain Gregory L. Van Patten of the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Department told Portland, OR KOIN 6 that authorities did not find any animals or animal remains at the crash site.[3] Jennifer Hart loved her dogs. She would do nothing to harm. Yet, she and her twisted sister could kill the Black Children and raise not a finger to harm or deny their dogs and animals food and water. In fact, it looks as if the animals never missed a meal while the Children lived like Nazi concentration inmates by a strict near starvation diet. Devoted beautiful and loving parents- MY ASS! He received a presidential citation from (Dixie Mafia Slick Willie) President Bill Clinton for his work in the D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program. It’s really grainy video, but it resembles Jennifer,” Mendocino County Sheriff Lt. Shannon Barney told the Daily News. “It’s the first video we’ve got that’s pretty close. We’ll see if we can get it cleaned up through the FBI.” The FBI would clear it up and make the call whether or not it was really her. If law enforcement conclude that it’s not Jennifer, then IT IS A CONSPIRACY. Apparently, the Sheriff’s departments of Clark, Mendocino nor the FBI will go there, either.
Well, it has been a month since she was allegedly seen in Fort Bragg, CA and apparently the FBI (Christoper Wray of Donald J. Drumpf’s Dark Circle) is still trying to determine if it was Jennifer Hart or an impostor. It’s the summer of 1940. Three men are working out in the desert arroyo behind the Devil’s Gate Dam near Pasadena. In driving off a cliff, does it really matter if a seat belt is on? Mr. Magoo not Mendocino County Deputy Sheriff/Deputy Coroner Lt. Shannon Barney had a perfect excuse for not being able to see. Mr. Magoo Is nearly blind. They have released just one still photo of the Hart SUV crash site, and one still photo of allegedly Jennifer Hart in Safeway as if it comes out of 1960s-1970s Mayberry, USA. This is the age of 21st century video and photography technology. They’re concealing plain sight observable evidence from the masses.
